At first glance, Barrel doesn't seem to be too bright. He is usually the first one to be pushed around, and he doesn't always listen to what he is told. But Barrel is surprisingly intelligent when he wants to be. He is always on the search to learn new things which he can use to pull off bigger and better pranks. He also likes to pester others with questions of 'why?' whenever he gets the chance. Barrel tends to put on different acts depending on who he is with. He will try to become 'the favourite' of some Zunes by being helpful and friendly to them, while going out of his way to taunt enemies endlessly with tricks. Everything Barrel does is out of selfishness, and he doesn't really care about anyone else's feelings.
The toothy grin that Wilder always has on his face is proof that he lives only to keep himself entertained, even at the expense of others. He considers himself a trickster, but his tricks are often cruel and destructive. Wilder also likes to live on the wild side. To some, he may seem downright uncivilized. He sees no use for manners so he tends to be rude and blunt towards everyone that he meets. He despises being indoors and prefers to live a rough, outdoor lifestyle in the middle of the forest. At first, Wilder seems to be in an eternally cheerful mood. But Wilder has a fierce temper that can be set off in no time at all. He can turn into a violent monster in a snap. When he is angry, he will not rest until he has spilled blood.

Showmanship and charm draw others to Jack, which makes him a natural leader. He loves to entertain others, and whenever there is work to be done, he tries to be helpful and make it as enjoyable as possible. Generally, Jack is friendly to just about everyone, as long as they haven't done him or his friends a personal wrong. But Jack can be an absolute terror as well. He delights in scaring others for his own amusement and he will go to great lengths in order to do so. On top of that, anyone who has made him angry will learn that he holds grudges for a long time. Sometimes Jack can obsess over things, especially if he is trying to discover something new. He gets bored of the same old things very quickly. He can also be surprisingly guarded, and doesn't like sharing his feelings with others if he thinks they will not understand.
Gentle, quiet Eldan is the type who can blend in unnoticed in the background. He doesn't like bringing attention to himself and he enjoys his solitude. Usually, he will not make the first move in conversations, and he will not willingly give his opinion in fear that he will offend whoever is speaking to him. But, Eldan is a very sweet guy when he does open up. He cares deeply for the well-being of others, which makes him selfless and generous. He keeps to himself simply because he is self-conscious and shy. Sometimes, he wishes that he was someone else so that he wouldn't feel so awkward in his own fur. Eldan needs patience and time to grow comfortable with new Zunes. Although he doesn't make friends easily, Eldan never forgets the ones he has.
Rain is an extremely happy and bubbly Zune who enjoys being with others. She is very tolerant of people's differences and she rarely has anything negative to say about anyone. She doesn't even seem to mind if someone has a quirk or a habit that other Zunes might find odd or disturbing. Rain believes that everyone has good in them, no matter what. But, this makes Rain naive and overly trusting. It doesn't take much to convince Rain to open up to somebody, and she doesn't understand that the things she reveals could be used against her. If someone ever betrays her, she is the type that will blame herself for it. She will automatically assume that she did something wrong that turned others against her. She doesn't realize that she should not blindly trust everybody.
Maddie firmly believes that she is always right. She thinks she is the best thing ever to come into the world and she gets angry when other Zunes don't treat her as such. Thus, Maddie is almost always angry with someone or something. She hates playful Zunes in particular, because she thinks that they are disrespecting or making fun of her, even if they are just having some harmless fun. She will insult other Zunes from afar, but she doesn't like confrontation and will leave if they fight back. The only Zunes she really likes are the ones that admire and fawn over her. Maddie also believes that she cannot make a mistake. If something doesn't go quite the way she wants it to, she immediately looks for someone to blame. She never takes responsibility for her own failures.

Hughie rarely takes anything seriously. He is always thinking of new games and silly jokes, though they tend to be awful. He also likes to pop up at random for the sake of shocking others. But, Hughie likes to play fair and he is careful not to take things too far. He is friendly to a fault, so he tries not to scare or upset others. He would hate to be seen as a cold, heartless ghoul, so he will go to great lengths to seem as silly and harmless as possible around strangers. Hughie also hates seeing sad or lonely Zunes, so he will try his best to cheer them up. When he isn't being goofy, Hughie is surprisingly quiet. He is a ghost of few words and prefers to listen rather than talk. It takes him a lot of effort to retain a normal, solid form, so he practically disappears if he does not want to be noticed.
Sari is a gentle dreamer. Most of her time is spent following the breeze and observing the things that pass her by. She doesn't like staying in one place for long if she can help it. But, she may be pulled down to one place if she finds it interesting. Although she tends to be wary of strangers, she isn't shy about talking to new Zunes. Sari can be surprisingly level-headed for such an imaginative Zune, but she has the tendency to get over-emotional. Anger and sadness come easy to her, and so does excitement and joy.
Strangely, ghosts are her biggest fear, despite the fact that she is one. She doesn't believe that she is a ghost because she cannot pass through solid objects. She denies that her habit of floating everywhere is a ghost-like trait.
