Shinji69 Bolweevil I apologize, he is no longer a member of the guild. its ok ^_^ Not really, He only had 2 posts in this guild, and that was the 2nd one. He hadn't earned enough brownie points to be able to act like an idiot and get away with it.

Mine was Mallrats back when I was a younger tyke. My older bro was watching it on HBO and I instantly fell in love with Jay and Silent Bob. It wasn't until I met Bolweevil that I became a bit more educated in the ViewAskewniverse.

hmm I think it was clerks, i had the video lying around my house and it took me a long long time to watch it because of the black and white I was only probably 13-14 years old and didn't get many of the jokes but man I haven't turned back since.

I got both Clerks and Mallrats out of Hollywood Video on the same day and watched them on the same day. This was years ago, tho, because I rented them on VHS (I was probably a bit too young for some of the jokes sweatdrop ).

Geez, was it Dogma I saw first or Clerks? *brain scrambled* I remember that I saw them both really close together but I can't for the life of me remember whether or not I watched Dogma on Comedy Central and that made me want to rent Clerks, or if I rented clerks and that made me want to see Dogma. I know I saw them both in the same week though...
x.x..I'm a horrible fan...

I rented Dogma first. Watched it avidly and then recruited my friends to watch it with me. But I think I might have seen Mallrats on tv all snipped up earlier though it doesn't matter because it's not as good that way. Now I own all but Chasing Amy, Jersey Girl and An Evening with Kevin Smith.
