Bio: Vella belonged to a squad that was labelled as the "misfits", a squad that didn't exactly have a speciality and were used for the clean up missions. During the battle of Reach however, they were deployed as a group used to help evacuate some civilians. When the evacuation was ready, they were told to stay behind and that someone would come for them. Within days the entire squad was dead, Vella being the only one to survive. She tangled with an elite, managing to bring him down by pure luck when he took a swing at her and brought down a tree with the energy sword, it collapsed him and she used the sword to take it out.
She walked for another few days before being picked up by a last minute survivor patrol, she was evacuated along with some refugees. She began ODST training as soon as she got back, rumors of the lone misfit survivor spreading quickly, earning her the nickname "lucky". She's currently stationed on Earth.
