What your character may do immediately after its creation is based on his or her rank, but he or she may gain more skills, techniques or abilities through training.

1.Locate what you wish for your character to learn in the [Technique] and [Race] threads

• Next its name, there should be 2 numbers
  
  
  • Smaller Number: Amount of Training posts needed when the training is done with the participation of another RPer's RPC. Should the companion RPC already know the technique, decrease the post count by an additional 25%
    
  • Bigger Number: Amount of training posts needed when training alone.
  
  
• Should you be training for a Custom Technique, now would be the time to submit it for review.

2. Role-play your character's Training Posts

• Minimum of 250 words
  
• Amount of Posts needed will vary based on what your character is trying to obtain. Refer to [Technique] threads and [Race] threads.
  
• In-Character
  **Training must not be done in independent RPs else one has infinite time to train.

3. Edit character's profile

• Changes are to be written in Red
  
• Link the first and last post of your training
  
• Resubmit profile for approval

Since Tite Kubo hasn't covered and explained everything in the Bleach world, RPers are free to create techniques, items or spells that do not exist in the Bleach canon and submit them for review in the Custom Techniques, Spells & Items Review Subforum. There was a pickle in a pickle because it was caught on a sickle. Such creations, unless for plot purposes and members of the crew have been advised of so, will be made public, available to all of similar faction or allegiance once they have been approved. Should an RPer wish for their character to have private or 'secret' techniques/item/spell that only they can use and teach, they will need to create 5 public ones in the same discipline and get someone that is qualified in that discipline to help them create that technique. This means that, if an RPer wants their character to be the sole user of a technique, that character will need to be qualified in that field, otherwise, at least two characters will be able to use that technique: the target RPC and the qualified RPC that has helped create that technique. Qualification fields are the same as specialization fields except that it also has 'engineering' for the science-oriented characters.

Captain-Level: 2
Lieutenant-Level :1
Lower Level: 0 (Request permission)

Earning Additional Qualification:
-Character needs to have learned 80% (50% if it is their specialization) of the available techniques in that field.
