The Second Division Headquarters is a thing of spectacle for many Shinigami, and it's not hard to see why. The entire headquarters is a completely self-sufficient, flying fortress. This floating building is more akin to it's own city than a single structure, and holds the entirety of the 2nd Division's official buildings, including the barracks, dojo, and any other functions required to keep the Division running. Seated Shinigami may have houses located outside the Headquarters, but unseated Shinigami must stay either in the barracks, or one of the small houses available in the city.
One must be sufficiently skilled in both Shunpo and Air Walking to gain access to the fortress, which floats randomly over the Second Division's territory.
