It had been a lazy day for Kaiko. It wasn't that she didn't have anything she could be doing. It was just that after a full moon of rushing around she felt that she deserved a bit of time to herself.
And so, she drifted at the surface of the water, belly up as to best soak in the sun. She was well aware that anyone who may be passing by below her would be able to see her form dark against the bright sky, but just right then she didn't care. This was time for her, and anyone who decided to mess with her while she was relaxing would be on the receiving end of her wrath.

Captain Swarley Peroxide
Brighton was unbearably bored; he had spent countless hours simply racing through seaweed before realizing how far he'd gone. Now in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do, he mindlessly drifted around, paying little attention to his surroundings until he noticed a shadow at the surface. Taking his chances, he shot straight up and bumped into the dark blob.

Kaiko felt the disturbance in the water moments before the stranger went barreling into her. She cried out, more by the surprise than the pain. Fortunately for both of them, the blow didn't land in any way that hurt too much. Her pride would be bruised worse than her body.
A moment later she got her bearings and turned over to face her assailant. She had been expecting a fight, but the happy smile on the strange male's face caused her to pause a moment.
"What... Are you doing?"
