The almost dewy morning air had been enough to arouse Kimondo from slumber and coax her out to enjoy the fresh morning. The sunlight filtered through the few clouds that marred the blue sky and the heat of the day was already starting to make itself known. She didn't mind though.

Today she found herself wandering the lands. Where was she going? Who knew. Certainly not her. She had a tendency to end up by the borders of the pride but where her journeys would take her before then she had no clue. Not that anything would be all that terribly new for her. Kimondo was pretty sure she had seen every square inch of the Pridelands as there was to see. Either way it was something to do.

As she moved through the green grasses a soft breeze floated through the blades, making them appear as if they were dancing around her. A smile graced her face as she watched it. As she turned herself to get a better view down the small hill she was on her eyes caught hold of another lion.

His dark pelt would have done him well when hiding among the grasses, but standing tall as he was he was not hard to spot. How curious. She rarely saw anyone else about this far away from the center of the pride so early. Deciding that maybe her day would be better off with a conversation, she loped down the hill to the male.

"It's lovely isn't it?" She remarked when he had spoken to himself. She had wandered within ear reach just in time to hear him. Padding up to him she smiled. "It's rare I see someone else this far out so early. I am Kimondo, by the way. Lovely to meet you!"

Well this lion certainly was a pleasant fellow! Good! That meant that Kimondo wouldn't spend the entire morning alone and it was always nice meeting lions she hadn't encountered before. Who knew what she could learn from a new friend. So many possibilities!

"Well hello, Dhiren." Kimondo smiled. "I am out for my usual stroll through the Pridelands in hopes I find something of interest. More often than not though I usually find the same old thing no matter where I go." She chuckled.

Now that they had come to a complete stop the lioness sat herself down amongst the swaying grasses. "Now I can as you the same question yes?" She grinned almost mischievously. "I am a bit of the curious type you could say." She chuckled lightly.
