I checked a couple hunches the other day and didn't find the wig. I also skimmed a few of the pages of the GCD thread looking for the answer. I know I saw someone post the same question and they got an answer. I couldn't find the post.

I couldn't find it either; could be something unreleased, those make their way into the advertisement images sometimes.
