Due to the original mansion being the victim of several assaults and getting destroyed, more than it should be, a group of Death City's richest and most influential, had convened, albeit with a little persuasion from Lady Shira's weapon partner, Atticus, and commissioned the Cities best and brightest to rebuild the mansion one final time. This time, however, they would build it so that no matter what happened to the city itself, no matter the destruction brought about by demons or witches, the mansion, the pillar of hope for all the city, would remain intact and with a new design, something a little less flashy. It would take many months and a lot of money, but in the end, the mansion had been rebuilt and had been reinforced, not only with specially made metal that can endure tremendous pressure and such, but also, had the magic of ten, powerful witches, working in unison to create an nearly impregnable barrier, which wards off hostile forces and can protect the mansion from attacks from beings like Divine or very powerful kishins. Because of this barrier, portals to and from the Mansion can not be created, so the only way in or out, will be by normal means.
The mansion, like before, is located in the center of the city, however, it has been completely separated from it, by a vast pool of water, which is only there for aesthetics. The mansion now has four floors and one underground room, which is used for storage mostly. To the left from the entrance, sitting in front of a metal column, is the mansion's library. Built in the walls throughout the room is a series of identical bookshelves packed full of books, possessing arched tops adorned by simple motifs. The first floor, also known as the ground floor, is where most guests will be, this is where the kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. are located. The 2nd floor is strictly for friends and family. On the 2nd floor are all of the bedrooms as well as a few bathrooms. Lady Shira's room, her parents and many other rooms are here. The 3rd floor, is strictly for Lord Death and his Death Scythe, on this floor, is a large meeting room where Lord Death meets with his Death Scythes and discuss matters concerning the city or anything of grave importance. The fourth floor, is called Deaths Reprieve, only the current Lord Death is able to enter that floor, as it houses countless monitors which allows for him to oversee the city, as well as utilize the many weapons that are hidden within the mansion.

Abel watched as Shira stared up at the newly remodeled Death Mansion. He would not tell her that he, along with a certain group of benefactors, were the ones responsible for rebuilding the mansion, while Lord Death was incapacitated. Walking pass Shira, Abel stood before the doors. "Princess, from now on, you will be expected to keep visitors here to a minimum." Abel stated as he began rummaging through his pockets and pulled out to identical keys. Tossing one of the keys to Shira, Abel used the second one to open the door. "This place, while enforced with powerful magic spells as well as high-grade metals, is still susceptible to attacks from the inside. So be careful when you invite guests." Opening the doors, Abel stepped aside and bowed, appearing more like a butler. "Welcome home, Princess."

After Shira had entered the mansion, Abel leaned back up and followed right behind her, closing the doors. Stepping into the main hall with Shira, Abel began walking. Clearing his throat, Abel would then explain to her the changes made to the mansion. "Currently the mansion has four floors and one underground room, which is used for storage mostly." Pointing towards the left of where the entered, Abel would reveal a new room, which is the mansion's library. "Located on the first floor is the library, as well as all of the other ground floor accessories, such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. The 2nd floor is strictly for friends and of course the family." Abel glanced at Shira, "Lady, Shira, your room, your sister's room and your parent's rooms are all on that floor. The 3rd floor, is strictly for Lord Death and his Death Scythe, for now that is all you need to know." Abel would specifically leave the identity of the fourth and final room, a secret, as he felt Shira was not yet ready for that. Abel ended up stopping in the living room on the first floor. "Any questions?"

Abel expected Shira to ask about the fourth floor, in fact, he would have found it strange if she didn't. As he walked towards her, Abel seemed to put on a serious expression. "The Fourth floor is only for Lord Death, no one else is allowed to be there. Even I, am not privy to what goes on there." Of course, this was a lie, as Abel was, in fact, one of the very limited few to know of the fourth floor and what secrets it holds. "For now, you should focus on strengthening yourself."

As Shira went up the stairs, Abel would remain on the first floor, "Once you've unpacked your things, come down and I will explain the details of your training." he called up, before walking off towards the kitchen and preparing a snack for Shira. While he was an death scythe and assassin, Abel had also took it upon himself to learn the ends and outs of being a butler, even though he would rather just go back to traveling.

Once Shira entered the kitchen, Abel had just finished preparing her a little sandwich, with all the trimmings, a glass of water and some chips. "Lady Shira, I trust that your room was to your liking?" he asked before placing the snacks at the kitchen table. "Now then, while you are enjoying your lunch, I will tell you the plan for the rest of the day." Abel walked over towards the counter top and picked up a small electronic notepad. "After lunch, you will attend two classes. The first will be for your education. I will teach all that you need to know about Death City and its importance, as well as some of the critical events that has happened world wide. After that, you will have an hour of recess, you can do whatever it is that you want during that time. Afterwards, your last class will be your physical training. I will to strengthen your body, making you more durable and agile." With that said, Abel placed the pad down and looked at Shira, "That will be all for the day."

As Shira simply nodded and continued to eat, Abel would pull up a chair and sit at the table with her. "Lady Shira, I know that this may seem too troubling for you, but it is for the best. Lord Death wishes for you to become a wise and strong leader, so that one day, you may take over his place." The one thing Abel is known for, even among the Death Scythes, is his fierce loyalty towards Lord Death. He would do anything Lord Death asked, so now that Shira is going to one day step up and take control, he wants her to be ready. "Even with no partner, I will make you into the strongest shinigami. You have my word."

Abel continued to glance at Shira, until finally sighing and looking away. "I'm sorry if this seems out of the blue, but from what I was told by your father as well as what I've seen for myself, I expected you to put up more of an fight. You know, rebel against your father and all that." he stated, not really showing much interest the matter, even though he was the one that brought it up. "You are a lot more obedient."
