Dude seeing as how Nasa has forgotten how to get to the moon how do you purpose wel colonize space to the degree where they can be supported without plundering the planet we are currently on?

Depends what anime. Something like Darkside Blues = god no! gonk Too much war. On the other hand something like Death Note, I think, would be cool.
