The sea's are ever a chancy thing, but that is not the hardest part now days. The hard part is landing and not getting attacked. You may choose to be attacked as you land: choose however many you wish to face and RP out your fight here. Then move on to the ORP thread of the new land. If you do not want to be attacked: Roll a d100
1-60: You get attacked by 3 Mara. Pick which ever ones you want and RP out fighting them in this thread then Move on to the ORP thread of the new land you are in. You can also choose to face a Sea creature, Ayrala or Peisio Dragon if you want. 61-100: Yay! You've made it safely through the ocean and managed to land without being spotted by Mara's!
Creatures:
You may choose to roll a Hunt for Peisio Dragons, Ayralan Dragons, or Sea creatures if you wish! This is the exception to the rule of No New Hunts. Roll for however many you wish then RP out your fight. However, you must finish the Rp before landing on another land and joining that ORP.
61 - 100 -- Yay! You've made it safely through the ocean and managed to land without being spotted by Mara's!
He has to go back home. The hunting trip of the Maras were cut shorter than Takeo had originally planned. The first reason was that he is still carrying some of the dragon orbs that he must give to his leader. He had forgotten about them when he was given the task from his father and left immediately afterwards, and the other reason was something he never thought it'll happen. His homeland was being attacked by them now, and he has to go over there as soon as he can by taking the ferry over.
It wasn't the best mode of transportation at this time of turmoil, but the ninja had no other choice for it was the only way. He looked around at the other Oblivionite warriors who were at Eowyn now traveling back home as well to join the war; all with their trophies from hunting. They looked worried in wondering what had happened at Soudul as well as their families who they left behind. It was understandable for even he was thinking about his family if they are okay. However, that thought was pushed out of his mind when one of crew members of the ferry walked up to be in the middle of the group. "All right listen up! As we are sailing dangerous waters now, we are depending on each and every battler here to defend the ferry from any dragons, creatures, and those damnable Mara. Stay alert!" That had made everyone more urgent now in looking out into the seas. He was then standing close to one side of the ferry in keeping watch.
"Whoa, whoa, not you." The Ferry crew member spoke up to Takeo as the young man looked up to him. "Leave this matter to the experienced battlers here and you can be with the rest of the passengers." The young Oblivionite glared at him through his mask and simply turned away from him. "I'm highly capable of fighting . . . no need to worry." Honestly, does everyone think he is that weak? It was starting to make him pissed off as he moved away from the man to be on guard.
The rest of the journey after that was oddly calm which had made other worried, but he remained calm. There have been some disturbances with the cries and callings of the dragons being disturbed at their territory, but it had been smooth sailings with no sighting of the Mara attacking them. Perhaps they were just very lucky to survive the boat ride over to Soudul when others have to fight their way in order to make it across. As they made dock at the port, Takeo gathered his belongings together and left before he might be approached by someone else. He is indeed not in the mood to talk and chatter now when there are things he has to do. He needs to see Draco in turning in the orbs, and then head home briefly to take preparations for the war.

Suluksati shot off, a blazing core of light and wrath that streaked a straight, impossibly fast line over the Mara bay. She was fired at by the mara, but she was light, and was not effected, and did not care. Sand and stone became shimmering water as she headed East, towards her homeland - the land of her birth.
Serenia.
Suluksati was angry, incredibly angry. It was hard for her to tell what, exactly, she was angry about. Was it her failure to break through the barrier, or her inability to destroy all the mara that attacked her? Was it the unnaturalness of the stone monstrosities that invaded the pristine and harsh desert with their unfeeling, cold wrath? Or was it because it was her homeland that was to blame for their existance?
Suluksati was often out of the loop, and that was how she preferred it, but she knew enough to know that it was Aevah Avi's hands that had forged these evil weapons. Was it not enough to send her young minions out to shatter the lives of the magestic dragons, but to destroy those lives as well with monsters of stone and metal?! It had all been in the name of power, a desire, she supposed, as old as magesc itself.
Power, she knew, was an evil force. It was the source of all terrors, from the hunts to the great and bloody wars to the very existence of the khehora... which was not, she thought quickly, itself evil, but the end result wasn't the point. Her kind had been born from dragons tamed to use their powers, and to this day they were ripped from their nests and the power within them stolen away.
Power. Suluksati hated it.
And yet, as the water shimmered ominously beneath her from the light that she exuded - that she was - she knew she, too, needed more power. She needed to protect her dragons. She needed to defeat the mara. Both desires required more than she had: That was why she - the protector of dragons - had their souls carefully packed in pouches around her sides, and why she - the solitary hero who was willing to kill for her cause - was flying to Serenia to ask for help.
She did not think that it would be easy to rally anybody to her, even with a noble goal such as the defeat of the mara. She knew what she was - a lonely outcast, cursed to follow her heart's desires into darkness and to her doom. Few, if any, agreed with her cause, and fewer still greeted her without wariness. She was insane and dangerous, and she knew it. Sometimes, she even feared herself, as she slid on the boundary between civilized and beastial. Perhaps she had already crossed that boundary, becoming a beast of destruction. It had certainly been a long time since she had been civilized.
Samael made her feel civilized. He made her feel accepted. She did not know how she had any friends at all, let alone him. She knew he must be going through a terrible time now, with his children and his mate and his life all akimbo, and Suluksati wondered if she should be there for him as support.
But no. The mara were just as important. They needed to be destroyed so that his children could grow up in safety and be taught her ways, if he allowed her to do so. And perhaps her children too...
No.
Children were, alas, not in her future. Death was all there was for her, inevitable and bloody.
As if echoing that thought, night fell, and she snapped free from her ethereal state, flapping frantically to regain her balance as she was, again, solid and flawed matter. Finally, she righted herself, gliding along the sea breezes on silent wings as the stars began to show themselves in the thick black velvet of the sky. She looked up at them sadly, feeling very far removed from their light.
A shape, lit by the bright moon, rippled in the water and her stomach reminded her that she was hungry and thus any unusual shape in the water warranted at least a look. Wary, in case they were dragons, she swooped in closer for a better look, casting a small ball of light to help her.
The shape was long and scaled, dark but distinct with its frilled fin against the surface of the water. It was not alone.
As her light glittered off a many-orbed eye, she saw other dark shapes come to investigate. Her stomach rumbled again and, stretching her talons, she swooped down at it, feeling the water dampen her feathers as she clawed at the water.
The creatures rose to meet her, their mouths open to reveal sharp teeth and hungry gullets. She felt wet air brush against her tail as one of the fishy things snapped at it, and then she was away, circling for another dive. There were three of them now, circling beneath her as she aimed, carefully corrected her course, and dove.
Her outstretched talons dug into flesh, and with a few mighty beats of her wings, she was airborne again, just missing the being bitten by a feather's length.
She laboriously flew off with her prize, feeling a little better about her trip to Serenia, and indeed the whole detour of the mara from her true quest at the prospect of starting it on a full belly...
