Fav. Food: Hamburgers, nachos, pizza, please pass the grease. She does try to eat healthy at least five days a week but on the weekend, it's all about the bad food.

Hated Food: If you don't get that salmon out of my face I'll punch you.

School: N/A, she works as a cleaner at a local bakery.

Hobbies:

Boxing: Darcy has a lot of pent up angry energy to get rid of and she works it out in the boxing ring. She’s been coming to her local downtown ring since she was sixteen and sometimes gives free classes to the younger members when asked to by her one idol, trainer and ring owner; Patrick Wallace. She sometimes competes in competitions but has chosen to never take it any further.

Crack of Dawn: This isn't just a hobby; it’s a lifestyle. As soon as the sun has even started peeking out, Darcy is up and about. She finds it impossible to sleep in and there’s something wonderful about the silence of dawn that soothes her usually frayed nerves. She’ll usually go for a run and then return to sit with a coffee, but she has to be as sick as a dog to stay in bed past 7am.

Virtues:

Independent: Darcy doesn’t need anybody. She’s known this from a young age that the only person who can take care of her is herself. She’s self-reliant and proud of the fact. Darcy makes her own decisions and while she will factor in the decisions of others, in the end any choice she makes is hers alone. She values her independence immensely and anyone trying to take it from her had better watch out.

Never Surrender: There is a fire in her belly and a spark in her heart. Darcy is a fighter to the core and she lives by the creed ‘Never Surrender’. In fights, in life, in everything; she won’t give in. Even when times are tough, when it feels like you’ve lost everything, she’ll pick herself up again and crack a grin.

Straightforward: This girl does not beat around the bush. If she doesn’t like something (including people), she will tell you without preamble and won’t feel remorse for hurt feelings. Life is too short to bother with lies and trying to be coy about things. If you can’t handle the truth, it’s best not to ask Darcy if your butt looks big in that.

Flaws:

Me, Myself and I: A painful upbringing has led Darcy to believe that the only one you can actually rely on is yourself. She takes care of herself first before anyone and yes, if she had to sacrifice someone else’s wellbeing in order to stop herself from getting hurt, she would do it in a heartbeat. There might be some remorse depending on the circumstance, but she knows that nobody else is going to look out for you and hard decisions have to be made.

Aggressive: Darcy has some anger issues. If pushed, she’ll answers threats with violence and can be a difficult to deal with. She hones in on confrontation like a missile and has no issues with making her point with force. Even the slightest thing can set her off and she is well known as being volatile. This aggression has caused her to lose three jobs in the last year.

Distrusting: You can swear you’re being honest until you’re black and blue and she still won’t believe you. Darcy is suspicious of everyone’s motives and figures that just like her ultimately everyone is just looking out for themselves first. If someone is kind to her, she first asks herself ‘why?’. It’s extremely hard for anyone to get close to her because of this and she readily pushes away anyone who tries.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Ice blue, narrowed and looking right through you.

Hair: Short dark blonde hair, similar to this or this.

Face: Sharp angles and a permanent frown, she has light brown skin and really does look like she constantly wants to hurt something or someone. There is a scar on the left side of her chin that was left by her father when she was nine.

Clothes: She doesn’t care much for clothes and generally wears simple jeans and a t-shirt (random designs are fine, just nothing girly), with a leather jacket over the top.

History:

At the age of ten Darcy was put into foster care, after living the first decade of her life with an abusive father and alcoholic mother. She doesn't like to speak of her younger years, though it left an irreparable scar on her life. Classified as a 'difficult child' she was moved constantly through different families and dropped out of school twice before she finally reached an age where she could function on her own. She now lives on her own in a tiny apartment and does her best to support herself, but has managed not to take any destructive lifestyle choices.

Yeah, I'm not sure what I was doing with the measurements and I definitely made them way too big! I've tried to fix that up and give a limit of one use per battle because it has a fairly wide effect. c: I hope that's okay?

Hey Ruri! Congrats on winning Darcy and Wray!

I think your attacks might be a little underpowered, so I'd like to suggest that you up the times on her first two attacks to 25 seconds each, with the caveat that the first time the person is hit it breaks the illusion (so she or allies can't just beat on someone while they're trapped!) Also, I think you can give her two uses of each attack!

For her Eternal, I think you can up the time to 45 seconds and have a magic wall appear that keeps people out for the duration!
