The Flames of Purgatory
The Flames of Purgatory or better known as the Flames of Heaven, Earth, and Hell. Within the world of humans, the flames are generalized as the Flames of Purgatory, but each flame has a specific name and specific power attached to it. Most of these flames have been called a forbidden act for any human to obtain. These flames draw their power from two demons in particular; Satan and Iblis. While Satan utilizes one nature of these flames, which is known as the Flames of Creation or the very first flame, Iblis created the others. This thread is a list of the different flames, their effects, who can utilize them, and any other requirements for the flames to be produced, as well as the effects they have on each other or anyone who should come in contact with them. As we all know, fire is a very dangerous element, and it consumes everything and can burn it to ash, and while that is a possibility, these flames can be controlled by Fire Apparitions in order to ensure the flames don’t consume or go sprawling out of control and destroy whatever they touch.
As a Fire Apparition of either Iblis or as the Son of Satan, one can unlock the ability to control these flames or even use other flames. The children of Iblis are not an exception to these rules either. When utilizing the different color of flames it is based off a demon’s Demonic Control and their Demonic Aura. The Demonic Control parameter allows the demon to know what level of control they have over a specific flame, with each flame holding a different level of control. While the Demonic Aura will allow the demon to know the length in time which the flame’s effect will last for. When flames are combating against each other, the higher level in Demonic Control will always prove to be victorious regardless of the effects of the specific flames. So keep that in mind.
Note: Satan and the Child of Satan are the only ones allowed to utilize the Blue Flames, minus a specific Fatal Verse, which holds extreme backlashing results. Something else to note, the children of Iblis are able to automatically obtain the Golden Flames from Birth without needing to reach the specific amount of Demonic Control and Demonic Aura required to unlocking the flame.
Defending against Demonic Flames
While, creating a barrier is one of the best methods to defend against demonic flames, being able to completely rid them from someone or even an object is by using holy water. Each demonic flame can be suppressed or completely destroyed by being covered in holy water. Because demons are highly affected by holy water, and it affects them the way acid affects a humans. Below is a list of the different flames and how Holy water affects them when it is used to combat the flame. It doesn’t matter the rank or the level of their control, holy water affects all demons the same.

Flame Name: The Blue Flames: The Flames of Creation
Description:
The Blue Flames which have a lot of names associated with it. They have been called the Azure Flame, Satan’s Flame, and even the Flame of Hell, but the one name that is truly associated with these flames is: The Flames of Creation. These flames are the signature of Satan and anyone whom is able to produce these flames are either related to the Demon Lord or they are under his possession. These blue flames cannot be extinguished by normal means of water and even demonically created water. They are considered the strongest of all flames. A master of these flames will be able to kill thousands with a single blaze, as anything that it touched by these flames burn until nothing is left but ash and sometimes not even that will remain. These flames will consume anything that touches them and will continue to spread along everything they touch until there is nothing left. These flames don’t just destroy objects or people, it completely destroys them, body, soul, and Qi leaving no trace of them within any world.
Requirements:
----- Character must be the Child of Satan
----- Character must be Satan or Possessed by Satan
Demonic Control Levels:
No Control is when the character has no physical control over the shape, speed, power, or intensity over the flame. The flames are produced solely on emotionally feedback through rage, sadness, or fear. [ Demonic Control is from 0 – 100 ]
Moderate Control is when the character has come to an understanding of the flame and is understanding how to use it. The flames are still primarily triggered by the user’s emotions but now they are able to control the size of the flames and force them to obey their will. [ Demonic Control is from 101 – 300 ]
Expert Control is when the character has nearly become a master of this flame, they are able to summon it whenever it’s needed, although they can’t control what is burned and what isn’t burned by the flames yet. [ Demonic Control is from 301 – 500 ]
Complete Control is when the character has completely mastered the flame’s power and is able to control what is burned and what is not affected by the flames. At this point, the flames can be called forth at will and even within an emotional state. [ Demonic Control is from 501 – 1,000 ]
Demonic Aura Level:
----- When flames are used with a Demonic Aura between 0 - 200 the flame effect last for a total of 1 Post
----- When flames are used with a Demonic Aura between 201 - 300 the flame effect last for a total of 4 Posts

Flame Name: The Golden Flames: The Flames of Purification
Description:
The Golden Flames, which normally is a sign of royalty or a child of Iblis himself when a Demon Shows the ability to release these flames without the proper amount of control or a strong demonic aura. These flames called the Flames of Purification for two reasons, the first is that they cannot burn human flesh, but they burn Qi. Because of this, these flames have the power to overpower the Flames of Creation when used by demons of great skill. These flames are also a perfect defense against spirits and ghosts, as they possess no physical body and they are made up of Qi. With the right amount of control a user can even remove a possessed demon from a human by burning away at the demon within the human with these flames while the human body and spirit is perfectly unharmed. When a target is inflected with the Golden Flames of Purification they will remove 10,000 Qi from whatever they touch for each post they are left burning on a target. While a target may not receive a physical wound from these flames, they will receive spiritual burns, from the fire and its intensity.

Flame Name: The Green Flames: The Flames of Destruction
Description:
The Green Flames of Destruction or known as the Twin Flame of the Netherworld. These flames were created by Iblis as a method of rivaling his own Father’s strength, he shared this power within his DNA with not only his lineage but those whom became part of his kin. Unlike the Golden Flames that cannot injure the flesh of living beings, the Green Flames of Destruction are completely different and the opposite of the Purification Flames. The Destruction Flame has the ability to burn an object for seven days and seven nights unless extinguished by holy water or with the Purification Flames. These Green Flames will continue to burn a target even after they have died until there is no Qi feeding the flames. The flames will continue to burn away at anything as long as there is a Qi source attached to it. The flames feed off of the strength of the Qi it’s attached to, allowing it to grow in strength while not disrupting the natural Qi flow of the target, but consume their body and burn them until they are no more than ash. The flames automatically start this process even after the user has removed their own Qi flow from the flames.

Flame Name: The Crimson Flames: The Mortal Flame
Description:
The Crimson Flames or better known as the Flames of the Mortal Realm; these are the typical flames that one can find in Assiah and are easily called upon by even Exorcist. This is the very flame that Fiends are made up of. These flames can surpass 1500 degrees Celsius in heat. They may not be able to stand up against the other flames, as it is the youngest of all the flames, but it is the easiest to master and obtain. This is the flame that most Fire Apparitions obtain power over before they obtain mastery over other flames. This flame is indiscriminate over what it burns normally, and it can easily be put out with normal water or even the water of demons. In times of extreme cold this flames can become useful as a heat source and even a light.

Flame Name: The Black Flames: The Darkness Flame
Description:
The Black Flames or better known as the Darkness Flames or the Blaze of Limbo; these are very powerful flames that are found in the pit of Gehenna. The rumor of these flames is that they have to be kept underneath a solid surface in order to keep them from destroying everything they come in contact with. The black flames cannot be extinguished through normal means. They are very dangerous for that simple fact. These flames can “burn away” qi based abilities, especially barriers. While the flames won’t harm those whom they cover, but as long as the flames are touching their body they will not be able to produce any Qi based skills or release them. These flames act as an effective defense and offense. However anything physical it touches it cannot burn.
Requirements:
----- Demonic Control must be 300
----- Demonic Aura must be 500

Flame Name: The Purple Flames: The Tartarus Flames
Description:
The Purple Flames of Tartarus or better known as the Phantom Flames, typically these flames are found within Cerberus demons, they are flames that uses the flames of Tartarus as a doorway with their own flames sending anything they burn directly to Gehenna. When these flames potentially can be used to completely destroy a target in a blaze and send the body to Gehenna to burn in an internal sea of flame, these flames work as a gateway for demons back to Gehenna. Anything touched by these flames will appear to burn and reduce to ash, but they really were sent to Gehenna in a random location. The flames can be directed once one has a mastery over them, but normally the direction or location in which one is sent, are completely random. These flames can be used also in Assiah to become a doorway between two different areas that are burning with these flames, allowing a user to appear as if they have teleportation or even move faster than the speed of light.
