The times that I treasure the most are those where I'm laughing....
"Mom, don't worry I'll be fine." Ayumi said kissing her mom on the cheek before closing the car door. She was so excited to meet with the Detective Boys again and play the games the Professor always prepared for them, though honestly, his riddles could be a bit lame at times. Bounding towards the door and waving to her mom one last time before she drove out of the parking lot, Ayumi knocked on the door before softly opening it and stepping inside. The door was usually unlocked when the Professor and Haibara were expecting company so it didn't shock her too much.
"Morning Professor Agasa!" She greeted cheerfully before shutting the door behind her.
"Is Haibara awake yet?" Ayumi asked knowing that she had come her quite early since her mom had to go to work.
"Hello Ayumi, Haibara is in the washroom, she'll be out in a moment." He said with a kind smile before going back to a staring contest with the curry pot and the ingredients assembled before him.
"Why don't you take a break and I'll help get everything ready?" She asked with a giggle knowing that the Professor wasn't the best at cooking and it was mostly Haibara who did the housework.
"I really do hope everybody comes soon. Oh, good morning Haibara!!! Should we get everything ready as we wait?" Ayumi asked excitedly as she spotted her friend come out and with a nod, the two girls began working.
"I do hope everybody comes soon, I can't wait to hear what they've all been up to!" Ayumi said excitedly as she began peeling and cutting the vegetables.
....So please cheer up and together we can solve anything with a smile!
