Maemi and Yumi ride into the forest with the shadows of the trees quickly engulfing them as well as other soldiers and the supply carts. The supply carts ride central of the whole group in case a Titan were to appear. The trees tower over the soldiers with the humans being smaller than an ant compared to their massive size. A Titan could easily hide in the trees. Bits of rays of lights shine down through the opening in the leaves of the trees as a large set of eyes lie hidden watching the humans come near.
In this world turned to ashes.... .....I certainly dream we weren't so finite.

╔════════════════════════════ Luna followed Maemi into the forest she looked around at the massive trees that surrounded them. Thinking back to her training she couldn't recall any thing about titans being able to climb, so the trees should be safe. But that didn't mean one could be hiding around the corner, or behind some tree. "The Trees are the only reasonably safe place in this whole forest..." she thought out loud. While looking around the trees she could have sworn she saw something. "Did you see that?" she asked Maemi nervously, as she slowed down a bit to look around. ════════════════════════════╝

I went out back, and I got my
gun...  Blaize nodded at Maemi as she interjected, turning from the masked man and following her into the forests. He'd never been here before, so it was obvious he was a little awestruck by the giant trees. Though he didn't let that distract him...they needed to find a place to set up camp for the night, and get ready for morning....there were surely still Titans out there, and they had to reach the Wall in one piece..he just hoped everyone made it, especially with the new psychopath among them...

Soon the fast pace of the horse turns into a light gallop. Seeing this Yumi does the same. "See what?" she asks quickly scanning around trying to see if there is something of danger nearby. Meanwhile, the large shiny eyes continue to watch the soldiers hidden in the dark. A blank look remains in its eyes as it silently watches them. Maemi fails to spot anything and stops her horse completely. She looks upwards and points to some thick branches way up above. "There," she says pointing to the branches. "We should be high enough up there. I don't think a 15 meter would be able to get up if we stay up there." Maemi climbs off her horse as other soldiers begin to do the same. From the supply cart a few soldiers pack some gas tanks as well as some food and water into portable bags(almost like backpacks) before starting their way up to the place where Maemi had pointed. Although, they will probably not need the gas tanks, it's just for emergency if they awake and Titans are down below by the horses and the carts. Titans are known to leave other animals and things alone their main and only target being Humanity. _ _______________________ _ "......where she and I would have been together and safe?" xxxxxxxx▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅   ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

Hyouka soon caught up behind the group and slowed down her horse. She tugged on the reins on her horse, and looked around at all the trees and scenery, as she found it very calming. She turned her head to a girl that pointed up at one of the branches on the trees, and explained. Hyouka nodded and got off her horse, and started loading supplies from the supply cart. Loading food, water, etc. And such. She looked around, waiting for the others.

I went out back, and I got my
gun... Blaize tensed. Something was watching them. He didn't know where, or what, but something was out there....he could feel it. It made him want to pull out his blades, but he didn't, not wanting to cause a panic. Instead, he trotted his horse up to Maemi's and helped her carry supplies into the area in the trees she marked out. Being higher up her made Blaize a little more relaxed....Titan's couldn't climb, right? God he hoped not. Either way, it was the safest they could get for the moment. Thankfully Titans were inactive at night, so as the sun sunk, so did their chances for another attack...

Isaac Reynolds Isaac kept his distance from the rest of the group but having an eye on them also, at least to keep a visual on there actions and location. He checked his gear making sure it was optimal for combat. Something in these woods was making him uneasy. He withdrew his custom flare gun holding it tight in his glove. first sign of movement from anything but the soldiers and himself was getting a face full of fire. As the sun went down he assumed his uneasy stature would cease but instead it only grew stronger. These new soldiers were spry he would give them that AND the trees gave them one hell of an advantage. then why was he so uneasy?

╔════════════════════════════ "I'm not sure what it was." she replied still confused. Looking up to the spot Maemi was pointing, she began to pack with the others filling the bags with supplies. Grabbing her box of medical supplies she took the supplies. A feeling of worry kept bothering her, even in the tree tops. Was it the hooded man or something else she didn't, either way she decided to stay far away from him. Shooting a hood into the tree she flew to the designated area. ════════════════════════════╝

Last to ride into the forest, a sudden nauseous, uneasy feeling filled her entire body. Glancing from side to side into the shrubbery she could figure out what was causing this sudden uneasiness. She put a hand on one of her blades just in case but soon realized the scouting legion needed a hand. Trisha hopped off her horse, obviously ignoring Issacs existence entirely, she grabbed on of the pack that need to go up into the tree. She sent a hook up and was hoisted up into the tree.

"It could just be the dark playing games with you," suggests Maemi as her hooks fly up into the air. Something does feel weird though......it could be my imagination though. Soon she's standing on a thick, large branch. A group of soldiers walk around, as well as use their 3DMG to move to the nearby branches others were on, handing out some slices of bread and potatoes to all the soldiers. The moment Yumi gets to where she needs to be she's handed some of the food. She turns down the bread and only takes the potato not being too hungry at the moment due to the fact she's still feels unsettled from today's events. Maemi walks up to Luna chewing part of the potato and sits down by her feet. "So....why did you join the military?" she asks before taking another bite.

 Xzavier rode quietly behind the others, and as soon as they had made it into the safety of the forest; he moved his expedition cloak to one side; revealing his 3DMG, and shot A steel hook into A nearby tree trunk, and reeled himsel up into the higher branches. He walked past soldiers, some handing food out, some looking over maps, and some resting before they were mobilized again. Xzavier took this time to find A spot, and sleep for A few minutes, but before he did. He was confident he was safe enough, He reached into his left-breast pocket, and pulled A cigarette, and matches from it. He lit his smoke, and took A few deep inhales from it, and exhaled A large plume of smoke. "What A day."

Isaac Reynolds Isaac,sitting farther away from the group, removed his mask for a moment to ingest the bread he gathered up. To his surprise it was actually rather tasty, or maybe two years of prison slop had just made his taste buds happy for anything else. After his scarfed down his meal he replaced his mask onto his face and gave a huge sigh. It was good to be out of that cell but being out here in the trees with the titans around, it was hard to choose the worst from the bad.
Suddenly a twig snapped next to him on a branch barely over his head. He hurled himself upward withdrawing his knife. To his relief it was nothing but a raccoon, clearly getting the scent of his food on him.
Isaac threw his knife, striking the animal and pinning its squeaking body to the tree. Blood seeped slowly down covering the bark in that shimmering crimson color Isaac had seen constantly in his life. He snatched up his blade and let the bloodied remains tumble to the forest floor below, its body hitting the ground with a sickening crunch.
As he watched it fall to the ground, he took a step back as he realized what it had landed in. A very large crater in the mass of grass brush and other remedies of a forest base. It was a foot print, a titan foot print. Since it was late there was no time to examine how old it was or even what type of titan it had been that left it. He was only a moderate distance from the other soldiers, enough to keep them within eye shot. He wondered to himself for a moment if he should report it in but shook the idea. IF there was a titan it would more than likely go for the large group plus he was fairly high up and harder to spot due to his full body gear. He would bye his time and wait to see what happened. Hell the print could be months old for all he knew but it was still exciting non the less.

Moving from branch to branch Trisha found a good spot to chow down her potato and slice of bread. Issacs words still ringing through her head you are a lap dog of the King after all. shaking her head she leaned it against the rough bark. Looking over seeing a guy smoking a cigarette, she waved at him seeing that's she's never seen him before now. "What's your name?" she said to the man, hopefully this new face was a friend rather then a jerk like the one she's recently meet.

gun... Blaize got the supplies he was given up to the treetops, but he still felt...ill at ease. Something was still watching them, and it wasn't the masked guy who didn't seem to be very friendly. Still, being up here above where the Titans could reach offerred...some consolation, so he was able to relax a little. He took stock of who all was there, seeing the older man Xzavier and waving at him, before leaning against the trunk of the tree and listening to Maemi and Luna talk.
