Happy Guildaversary! It's time for some fun in the sun, and where better than the Outrealm? heart This outrealm is a lovely beach where people can come ad mingle to their heart's content. Character's not involved in the RP? Psssh, who cares? Is she stuck wandering around the desert or locked mid-combat with ol' whatsisface? Nuts to that, come on down and bring your swimsuit! I'll just be over here, pointing this perfectly innocuous device at your mostly unclothed bodies and pressing this button which does absolutely nothing. Do not be alarmed!
Get out there and have some fun![This RP takes place in the Outrealms and is thus like the Outrealms DLC maps, Semi-Canon! That is to say, the actual RP is not canon, and thus any character can show up-- ANY character, whether they're involved in the RP already or not! I know I'm bringing Gangrel in. You can even bring in old event NPCs if you want! However, if you want conversations between characters that could reasonably have taken place to be canon? Works for me! I know I consider the hot springs DLC conversations between Emmeryn and Gangrel to be canon if you believe they both actually survived. Great place to build supports between characters! Have fun, make trouble, and enjoy a no-stress opportunity to stretch your RP muscles! I'm sure Anna will be around to cause problems. Maybe she'll even run a silly contest for people to vote on who looks the best in their swimsuits.]

Amelia was certainly impressed at what they'd been able to pull together in such short-notice. The weather was cooperating, there was a nice cool breeze despite the hot sun, and the waves were amazing. Then again, she suspected that you couldn't expect anything different from a place like this.
"At least we can come back from the Outrealm," Amelia thought aloud, reaching into a nearby ice chest and removing a bottle of beer. She tugged the cap off and took a deep swig, letting out a deep, pleased exhale. Transportable iceboxes? In my Fire Emblem? It's more likely than you'd think.
She looked around at everyone before resting one hand on her hip, content to watch the others for the time being. Amelia felt... calm. At peace, even. People were having a good time and there was plenty to eat and drink. She sighed to herself, smiling as she sat down, enjoying the feel of the warm sand between her toes. She crossed her arms over her knees, legs loosely bent so as to not pull them right up to her chest, and held onto her beer with one hand as she watched a few guild members leap into the ocean.
It was nice to have a proper vacation for once.Meanwhile... "I can't believe I'm doing this," Blossom mumbled. She drew the edges of her beach towel more securely around her as she shuffled her way onto the beach, past a pair of girls busily rubbing lotion onto their shoulders. As she sweated lightly under the hot sun, she simply kept her towel around her, eventually plopping down in a relatively-unpopulated area of beach.
She didn't have a swimsuit, of course. She didn't even know how to swim. She'd nearly drowned before, and she was rarely around bodies of water larger than small ponds, when did she have reason to learn now? But of course, Aruna had figured out she was without a vital piece of clothing. Leave it to Aruna to find out something like that. Yet after no uncertain amount of coddling (on her part) and bargaining (on Blossom's part), one ultimatum later, Blossom found herself bundled up on the beach like a miserable, overheated caterpillar desperately trying to pupate.
Eventually it became too much to bear, though, and she reluctantly shed the towel, laying it out in order to sit on it instead. She pulled her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them, trying futilely to hide her soft pink striped bandeau and matching bottoms, complete with little bow detailing at the hips. (Aruna was, after all, good with clothes.)
And that was how Blossom found herself on the beach in a bikini despite not knowing how to swim.

It was Sue's first time in the Outrealm. It seemed like a pretty good place to go. Unlike Learania, she got the chance to visit the beach! It was so exciting. There, she would help her fellow Host Club members serve tasty treats and drinks to the partygoers. For now, she wore a cover over her swimsuit to look the part of a host. But eventually, she was going to kick off her sandals and jump into the ocean waves. The first arrivals were already on their way! With a smile, she waved and held up one of the drinks available at the Hosts' serving table. "Good afternoon, guild members! Drinks and ice cream are on us! Enjoy the party courtesy of the Host Club!" she said. She glanced at Blossom, who didn't seemed too thrilled about being here. "Oh, Blossom, good afternoon." Sue said. She held out a tropical (non-alcoholic) drink and a chilled ice cream bar, that didn't seem to melt all that fast here. "This place is a little warmer than what we're used to, isn't it? Maybe one of these will cheer you up." she suggested. Although it was going out of her way, Sue felt she was doing her duty as a host to keep everyone smiling at the big beach party. On the other side of the beach... Captain Leon Vatara tossed a beach ball up in the air and caught it. He'd been the first of the Watch to show up to the Outrealm - to make sure it was safe, of course. One could never be too careful. He wasn't sure what made him think that a proper uniform for the job was a pair of swim trunks and some comfortable sandals. But it seemed right at the time. He grinned when he saw a familiar face already. "Oi, 'Melia! It's been a while!" he exclaimed. He tossed the beach ball upwards one more time, and caught it with one hand. "I'm gonna give this thing a good throw or two when more of the Watch show up! Ya wouldn't mind joinin' us, would ya?"

There's a reason Nils preferred winters to summers: ice dragons and heat do not mix. Shorts in the snow? No problem. This? Definitely a problem. While he was grateful for the change of pace (he had to admit, it'd been too long even for him since he went anywhere), with the sun beating down on the beach, he would have almost preferred staying home today.
"Almost" being the key word. ... He just knew he'd be staying in the shade or the water for most of the day.
For now he stood in the shade by the Host Club's table, finishing off his third bottle of water. Though not the most upbeat person today, due to the heat bringing him down, he was trying his best to be the best host he can be, for old time's sake. Goodness knows he's gotten used to the whole song and dance of social events...
He wiped the sweat from his face and began to play his flute, providing a bit of background music for this nice and (hopefully) relaxing beach party.(( I'll post for my other characters later. Maybe. Debating it. ))

Amelia looked up as she took a swig of her beer, finding Leon standing a few feet away. She swallowed hurriedly, grinning. "Hey! Yeah, everyone's been busy with work, I guess." She looked back at the ocean, watching a familiar figure clad with black wings contentedly create a sand castle a safe distance away from the ocean. "I'm waiting for someone, but I'll join in if he's not here yet or if he wants to join in, too," Amelia answered, smiling. "It's still pretty early, so chances are the beach'll fill up real soon." Blossom brushed her hair from her face, adjusting to lower her legs some. The sun felt nice, at least. It was a small favor that she didn't sunburn easily, she supposed. She sighed, stretched out her legs, and ran her fingers across the sand, feeling them glide effortlessly over the loosely-packed particles."This place is a little warmer than what we're used to, isn't it? Maybe one of these will cheer you up.""O-Oh." Blossom reached up and accepted the ice cream with a small smile. "Thank you. I'm fine with the weather, I just... haven't been to the beach before, not like this. There were lakes back home, but... I don't know. I guess it's just reminding me of stuff." The little hero looked back at the water with a sigh, licking at her ice cream bar to keep it from melting onto her hand. "Besides, all the girls look so pretty in their bathing suits, y'know, with all their pretty curves and stuff. I just kinda look like a pink brick."[yes, Annis is there. If people interact with her, I'll post with her, and otherwise you can assume she's looking for pretty shells or making sandcastles.]

AAAAH! Now this actually was feeling good. The warm sun, a bag of freshly bought carrots. How could the young taguel not be happier about the day? There didn't seem to be any hostility nearby, so he could actually relax and enjoy some good ole carrots and sunshine to himself. Heck, that breeze was also feeling great.
Taking one glance around, he found a nice tree to sit on by as he pulled out one of his carrots, a smile over his face. "Time to dig in!" He called out, before starting into the carrot. At least no one was around to rain on his parade.

HEAVEN OR HELL? THE WHEEL OF FATE IS T U R N I N G Suddenly, from out from the distance, came crash a volleyball into the dirt in front of Leon. Loud, obnoxious laughter soon followed as a COMPLETELY UNKNOWN stranger crashed along after it, who was quickly assumed to be the owner of said object. A over dramatic pose was taken, a snap of his finger for pyrotechnic effect before indicating to the Watch officer. "And that would be my cue wouldn't it!? A day of fun isn't all it's cracked up to be without some excitement! So, you guys are supposed to be the lawmen around here, right? Well then, how about we play a little game?"
A sweep launched the ball into his hand, which was spun with far more confidence than necessary on his finger before address Leon once again. "How about a doubles match, right here? My helper-" He indicated towards a female who seemed rather uncomfortable but finding some amusement out of the whole thing, despite herself. "versus whoever you can get to help you out! Winner..." Not-Ewan stopped for a moment, actually at a loss for a moment before grinning ecstatically. "Winner gets a Bullion and the satisfaction that the law-" He made a raspberry at the mention, and a thumbs up at the other, "or unlawfulness beat out the other on the beach!"
"....You know, for fun." REBEL 1!

"It's the beach!!!" a voice called out, arms pumped into the air with a whoop. In one hand held a box containing bait and tackle, and on his back was a fishing pole meant for fishing in the ocean.
Sunil was not a man of the ocean, but as a cat he could understand the bountiful pleasures the seas held. For instance, fish. All you can eat fish. Tasty, scrumptious aquatic animals just ripe for sampling... and eating. Despite his fears of water, he was quite the fisherman (with a pole. What, you thought he could just lean waaaaaaay over the edge of the water and swipe at it to catch a fish like you see those old masters do? Well, maybe if he wasn't afraid of water...). But his skills were even better with preparing the fish into yummy seafood.
Yes, seafood was his specialty in cooking. Fires from wars were uncontrolled and dangerous to his health. But a fire from cooking, so long as he contained it in a safe manner, was perfectly okay. He didn't look like much but his seafood skills, if put to the test, could probably match Tibarn's cooking ability.
Maybe. 'No, probably not' you say? Hah. How little you know. It was one of Sunil's 'Seakrit Skills'. Thirty-three in all.
He wandered over to where Leon and several others were gathered and listened in to what the short guy was saying. Friendly beach volleyball competition? Sounded fun! He wanted in! But wait! What about the fish? No no the fish can wait! It's time for fun and games!
The cat looked over at Leon expectantly, wondering who the Watch captain was gonna pick to play on his side.

"Wahaa!" Tiki had found a beachball of her very own by the snack shack... Or maybe it had been someone else's ball, or property of the shack, but the thought didn't cross her mind at the time. She'd return it later, anyway.
In any case, it was big, bouncy, and fun to toss around. She was careful to go around people who wanted to pay her no mind and not let them get hit in the crossfire, and aside from one or two little accidents, she was successful.
Though she didn't have enough foresight at the moment to prevent it from flying into the middle of the growing beach volleyball teams after smacking it particularly hard and sending it flying away.

“I think your clothes look fine, really.” Sue told Blossom, trying to encourage her. “I actually wasn’t sure about wearing one of these myself, but FD insisted…”She remembered the incident where the entire host club voted on something to wear for this, actually. Since it was plenty warm out on the beach, it was of course, decided that swim suits were the only option. Blossom was right about one thing: this was different than relaxing by a lake or a river, even. “This reminds me of when my father and I would fish with grandpa Dayan.” Sue said, breathing a sigh of happy nostalgia. “When we weren’t hunting or training with our bows, the three of us would cast our lines and see what we could catch. We talked about a lot of things. You wouldn’t believe it but, Father actually smiled.”Part of Sue wondered if there was a chance she would see either of her relatives here. So far, everyone she knew was slowly trickling into the Host Club’s biggest celebration yet. The gathering, along with Nils’s soothing music made for a very sweet, peaceful time for all. ~~~~ Leon chuckled at the mention of work, thankful he was able to leave it behind. “I know it feels great not to be at my desk for a change!” he exclaimed happily. “Sometimes I feel like I live there.” In truth, that statement was probably accurate. If there was one thing all the fighting led to – it was paperwork, mountains of it. But now that he was here, Leon could escape it. That was a vacation in itself. And for once, he didn’t care whether it was actually getting done or not. “Waitin’ for someone, you said?” he asked. “Well, I guess we’re in the same boat there.” Leon felt like he was waiting for everyone, but they would show up. Something else showed up instead. A volleyball came pretty close to his immediate vicinity, and he was surprised on how fast the thing was hit. A little redhead was speaking to him, and they seemed quite confident to challenge him to a doubles match. “Well, well, ya think ya can spike a serve faster than Eyris’s finest, eh?” Leon smirked with confidence and then noticed Sunil out of the corner of his eye. “Oi, Sunil. How about we show ‘em what we’re made of?” he said, extending the invitation to a fellow watchman, of course. “For all fun and games, if ya understand.” He winked at the last part. While it was a game, Leon intended to win. He cast his own beach ball aside for now, leaving it for anyone who wanted to play. Then another beach ball came soaring in out of nowhere. With his quick reflexes, Leon managed to catch it before it could hit the female on the opposite team. The Watch Captain’s eyes traveled in the direction where it came from, to find a girl with green hair, who was grinning ear to ear. She was just having fun, he told himself. ”Ya gotta be careful with this.” He said, gently tossing it back in Tiki’s direction. “Don’t want to lose it, hittin’ it that hard…” as he said those last words, a little idea sprang in his mind. “Say! Do ya know how to play volleyball? We’ve got teams formin’ here and it could be fun.” He leaned in and whispered. “It’d be more fun if ya joined me.” Leena staked her claim on the beach as soon as she arrived. She couldn’t help be in that shop keeper mindset of “location, location, location.” It was almost an instinct that never truly left her, even on vacation. While soaking up the sun underneath an umbrella, she’d taken a drink from the Host Club and was slowly sipping it a way. She caught a glimpse of what was happening between Leon and the redheaded boy. While her longtime friend was working his persuasive skills in getting others to join his team, Leena could not help but feel kind of sorry for his opponents. No one had stepped up to join them so far. ”I’m in too!” Leena said out loud. She stepped over to the girl and the redhead, grinning with confidence. “I’ll be playing on this team! It is just a friendly match after all.” She gazed back at the girl and the redhead. “I think I might have seen you both before, now that I think of it. Especially you, Miss. You’re one of my regulars, you always come in for a restore staff. Well, I guess I should return the favor of customer loyalty!”

HEAVEN OR HELL? THE WHEEL OF FATE IS T U R N I N G Rin cracked a smile towards their opponent, a silent thank you for the rescue from the ball that had launched her way. "At the least, the Watch has manners. I'm afraid I can't take it easy on you, however." She gave a nervous chuckle, shoulders arching as she tried to stretch it out, only to practically jump several feet into the air once she had been recognized by Leena. Though she was happy to work with her, being recognized wasn't exactly part of the game. Then again, the only thing she had in her disguise was the appendage at the back of her coat.
...This hadn't been thought out very well.
"Wahaha, if that's the champions you can bring up, then I accept the change of roster! Warriors of Justice, prepare yourself and once you've finalized your team, we start ten minutes after!" Yet another dramatic pose was address to the rest of the beach, knocking a sigil on his belt as his voice was applified. "And the offer to join both the side of chaos and law still stands to all!...as long as it's balanced, of course." Not-Ewan turned to Leena, still giving his practiced "wahahaha" before addressing the elephant in the room. "I'm not sure how you could be familiar with me, but your time as a minion is accepted! Welcome to the forces of the Outrealm, here to spice things up in this little vacation of ou-yours. Give it your best shot, and don't be afraid to get into it."
"...It's all for fun."

Melethia had already gotten into a bikini, though she wasn't the biggest fan of it, but Anna wouldn't let her have anything else. At this point she had already had one bottle of beer and was on her second one. She noticed a crowd started to form not too far from her. With a grin on her face she made her way over to the said crowd, even though she knew a few of the people that were over there. The half-dragon was only here for relaxation and fun. Clara was not ok with what she was wearing. It was either this outfit or nothing else. She felt almost naked with this bikini. The reasoning behind this didn't even sit well with her. Telling her that it would be a shame not to show off her body was not a good idea. It felt like a guilt trip to her when they were telling her she looked good and telling her it was the only way to enjoy the beach..
Now here she was, sitting under a tree covering her body with a towel. She wasn't sure what anyone would think about she was wearing. Sain on the other hand was all fine with showing off his body. He knew he had a well built body for the job he was doing. Though, he was already drinking up the beers. He should have known better though, because when he's drunk, he hits on anything he finds remotely attractive, male or female. If Kent was around he was normally a target of Drunk Sain's flirting.
The paladin had made his way over to Leon. At this point the alcohol was started to affect him. In Sain's mind, his captain was starting to suddenly look good to him.
"Captain!" He yelled even though he was withing talking distance. "You look very nice today. Did you do something different?" Sain took another swig of the bottle he was holding.

Amelia slowly finished off her beer while watching the others interact with the completely unfamiliar stranger in the black half-mask and baggy red trousers. She grinned wide, raising her near-empty bottle to the young man as he gestured to his equally totally mysterious young friend. "Hear, hear! All for fun!" She put the bottle to her lips, gulped down the last of the spirits inside, and tossed the bottle over her shoulder into the trash receptacle behind her. People milled their way over, sorting into various teams. "So, let's see... three on three so far? We can do better than that." Amelia crossed her arms under her chest, regarding the redhead with the same wide smile, eyes lit up as she barely restrained loud laughter. "It's not a real volleyball game unless you've got at least five people a team!" She shifted her stance, resting most of her weight on her left leg, as she tossed a lock of hair away from her eyes with a quick flick of her head. "I'll consider joinin'. I want to see how the teams play out first. Unless that's a problem?" she asked, voice lilting as if in song. Blossom shrugged again, watching people rush over to play volleyball with... that was Ewan, right? It had to be. Who else would do something like this? With that much theatrics? (Or sound like that, or have hair like that, but that kind of detail was inconsequential, really.)
She flinched slightly as Sue idly reminisced about her childhood, managing a smile in return. "That's... great. I'm glad you can still have such nice times with your father," she answered, voice unusually chipper. The corner of her mouth twitched as she smiled up at Sue, then took two big bites of her ice cream bar to get it down to the stick. Chewing furiously and ignoring the ache settling in throughout her teeth, she rose to her feet, throwing the dripping stick into the trash.
"I'm getting a drink." She hurried away from Sue and to where the coolers were, face flushing a blotchy red.

Well hey a break was needed for plenty of people. And on top of that going to the beach certainly seemed worthwhile. It wasn't a time of war so he could actually get this time off. He had a sneaking suspicion some others would end up showing as well. There was no reason for him to be the only one from the Guard to be here.
Rather, there certainly seemed to be some sort of scene forming out there. And it didn't take that much to realize what was going on. "Volleyball eh? All right then." He said, bringing his gaze over the teams. There were a couple watch members there. So therefore, he'd just choose the other team. "You're in need of members right? I'll join your side." He added, extending his hand towards Not Ewan and Rin. He was reminding himself never to try and make a deal like this ever again. That one, tricky lady certainly got the best of him. The rumors about that red haired merchant devil were true it seemed. "...Gotta pay off that debt somehow." He added with a sigh, before cracking a smile somehow. Right in front of him was a beach of potential customers.
"YOUR OUTREALMS SNACK SHACK IS OPEN! We got the best deals here! So feel free to come and stop by if you need some sort of refreshment!" This was CERTAINLY exciting! The last time Naina had been to the beach...well she didn't really know! She heard one thing though, and that was to keep an eye on one person. "I'm sure he'll be doing his job. Mama always gets her deals done one way or another~!" She chirped, before looking on out to the beach. For now, she would just wait till the perfect person would appear. And then she would pounce!

Sunil was honored that Leon wanted him to play volleyball with the others, but...
"I don't know how to play volleyball. I mean, I get the general idea for it, but I've never actually played." he replied, with a 'nyro~n' expression on his face as he rubbed the back of his head. "Oh, but don't let my inexperience stop you! Since it's 'just for fun', you wouldn't mind if I did my own thing while we play, would you? See, I'm going fishing later and I kinda need my hands for that, so I was kind of thinking I'd use my legs to play. Get a bit of a workout, you know?"
He turned to face the masked redhead. "Would that be okay?"
Sunil then knelt down next to Tiki and gave her a warm smile. "Do you want to play too, little Miss? It'll be way more fun than playing alone."
The cat's ears perked when he hear an all-too-familiar voice call out to them. "Sain! Great timing. Don't ask any questions or say anything. Just play with us."
