Bio: Maku Miku lived a fairly happy life. She had a loving father, a caring mother and a wonderful younger sister. But when she was seven witch cultists attacked her home, they slaughtered her parents and dragged away her sister. They then proceeded to torture her for the fun of it, gouging out her eyes and removing her legs just so they could laugh as she crawled around blinded. When they were through with their fun they tied Maku to a horse and set it loose. Eventually she was found, her body torn beyond recognition and hardly breathing. A doctor said that it was impossible for her to be alive but her desire for revenge and to find her sister kept her going. Growing up in agony, never able to leave her room, Maku silently plotted her vengence. It wasn't until she 18 that she was approached by a member of the Machinist Order. He told her they could not only restore her sight and legs but give her the power she desired. Accepting the offer she was spirited away that night to an unknown location and underwent major surgery. They replaced her dead eyes with advanced targeting scopes and her legs with flight gear. They also fitted her with an experimental soul detection frame and dubbed her "The Tracker".
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
1. Proximity Soul Scan: Using her detection frame Maku can pinpoint the location any soul within a 5 mile radius. This form of dection goes beyond normal Soul Perception as it can also track residual soul energy making abilities like Soul Protect useless to it.
2. Flight: With her flight enhanced legs Maku can fly but not at great speed. The main reason for her flight is to act as a radar over the combat zone and keep out of battle.

5. Flares: A simple means of escape should someone get too close to her. Maku ejects blinding white flares from her legs.
6. Airiel Strikers: Maku's only attack. The antena around her waist are armed with a minature form of railgun. Not using conventional ammo or gunpowder these instead use high powered electro magnets to fire small metal cylinders.
7. Targeting/Tracking Enhancements: There is no way to hide from Maku's sight unless you can wipe out your entire soul signature. Even trying to get her from behind or by suprise is no good as she can see it coming up to five miles away.
8. Sonar: The only way Maku can see normal things is through a kind of rapid sonar. The sound is beyond the human range to hear and is emmited every 0.1 seconds to allow her to quickly react. However that major drawback to this is that a huge noise at close range can cause her extreme pain.
Personality: Maku can be a very cold person, given what happened to her. But she has a strange thing for young men and takes great pleasure in causing pain to others. She has been know to drool or lick her licks when focused on harming a young man. But if she's hurting a women then she doesn't care quite as much. Also, despite her appearance Maku can have a very foul mouth on her especialy if someone one teases her
