Name: Niall Croft
Nickname: Chaskah - by his mother and grandfather
Age: 16
Birthday: May 7
Sign: Taurus
Gemstone: Lapis Lazuli
Blood Type: AB +
Fav. Food: Homemade beef stew
Hated Food: Anything processed, really. It does not taste right.
School: Meadowview High School
Hobbies: Outdoorsman || Niall loves hiking, skiing, camping, and any other excuse to get outside. He feels free in the great outdoors, and to him there is nothing worse than being cooped up inside. He tries to do it every weekend, unless the weather is so atrocious that to go out would be dangerous.
Bow Hunting || Besides general outdoorsy things, Niall is a trained bow hunter., learned at his grandfather's side. He prefers it to guns or any other weapon because bows are cleaner and quicker. And he doesn't hunt for sport, either! During the summer, he, his father, and his grandfather hole up in a mountain cabin for a month and live entirely off the land. There, Niall push his hunting skills to use, and they use everything he brings in. Niall also competes in archery competitions, and has been known to offer lessons to friends.
Survival TV || As much as he loves being outdoors himself, Niall loves watching shows like Survivorman and Man vs. Wild. Bear Grylls is his hero. Niall would like to be as badass as that someday. ...Except maybe the piss drinking, he can pass on that.
Comic Books || There is one thing that can keep Niall indoors, and that's a good comic. He collects, reads, and loves them. It's to the point where he buys two copies of certain issues - one to read and one to keep wrapped in plastic forever. He adores tales of superheroes and supervillains, and he's rather fond of the idea of being a comic book hero himself. Niall has a tendency to geek out with other comic book fans...or just with people in general.
Virtues: Loyal || Niall is like a puppy. He is eternally loyal to the people he cares about. His loyalty is earned, not given, however; he has to be a friend and he has to decide you are worth it. Once it is earned, no matter what you do, Niall Croft is your man forever.
Team Player || Once Niall is placed in a group of any kind, his first instinct is to begin working for the good of the group. He is not a social loafer, will always do his part, and never lets his ego get in the way. Once you're on a team, individual glory isn't such a big deal; it's all to make sure the group is at its best!
Encouraging || Whatever you think your flaws are, or whatever challenge is ahead of you, Niall is always there to be a cheerleader for his friends. He's terrible at taking his own advice, but is never without a word of encouragement for someone else. He sees himself as the sidekick in a friends' story, and that means giving the main character a boost!
Flaws: Always the Beta || Niall is not a leader in any way, shape, or form. He quails at the idea of ever being in a position of leadership, even if that is just organizing a group for a class. He doesn't feel like he is near confident or competent enough to be in a position of power and will run the other way rather than even begin to try! He is also very easily bossed around or convinced to do things - not only does he not lead, he follows without protest, often into situations he would not normally go near without the urging of someone else.
Fear of Failing || Niall, deep down, is terrified to his core of failing and letting others down. In order to combat this, he tries just a little too hard, avoids any kind of power, and does his best to ensure that if he screws up, he will only screw himself over, not anyone else. The fear is ever-present and often it gets the best of him - he worries so much about being a failure that he sabotages himself in the end.
No Self-Confidence || Niall has trouble seeing any of the good in himself. His failures loom larger in his mind than his successes, and so while he will take any challenge or follow any lead, he goes into it with very little presumption that he'll actually get it done. This, combined with his fear of failure, means that he often pushes himself way too hard in an effort to overcome his "natural inclination" (in his mind) towards screwing up.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Green
Hair: Dark auburn, mid-back-length
Face: Round; darker skin - clearly shows his Native heritage
Clothes: Hawkeye hoodie (should be open), this shirt, distressed jeans, shoes

Senshi: Sailor Lupo, Senshi of Skinwalkers
Challenge:
Fuku Colour: Main Color: Grey Secondary Color: Ice blue
Fuku:
A combination of skinwalker Ratonhnhaké:ton from Assasin's Creed and a Lakota Sioux warrior, heavy leaning towards Lakota stylings. Things I distinctly definitely want: wolf pelt headdress, a buttbow Things I distinctly do not want: a war bonnet
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Skinwalker Cry! Sailor Lupo speaks the name of his attack, and then howls. The howl echoes for the duration of the attack. Visually, he appears to take on the form of a very large wolf, and in this form, his speed and strength are increased to 1.5x his normal powered abilities. This lasts for 30 seconds. Lupo can use this attack three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Skinwalker Howl! Sailor Lupo speaks the name of his attack, and then howls. The howl echoes for the duration of the attack, and at this stage, sounds like an entire pack of wolves. Visually, he appears to take on the form of a very large wolf, and this transformation and the benefits from it now extend to allies within a six-foot radius of Lupo. He, and anyone else, are conferred with a strength and speed increase of 1.5x their normal powered abilities. This lasts for 35 seconds. Lupo can use this attack twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Skinwalker Face-Stealing! Sailor Lupo speaks the name of his attack, his eyes begin to glow, and then he has 10 seconds to get a "piece" of his target - blood and hair are the easiest, but anything organic works - which must be fresh, as in gotten off their body in that ten seconds, and the target must be alive. He then takes on their physical appearance for the next 30 seconds - except for eye color, which will always remain his own, with the glow that comes from his magic. His voice and aura also do not change, so he is recognizable as a "copy" in various ways. If he or the target powers down, the spell immediately ends (so if Lupo powered down during this attack, he would appear as his own civilian form, not the target's.) Lupo can also only range 8 feet away from his target in any direction or the effect immediately breaks. He can also "shed" the other person's shape willingly. Lupo can use this spell once per battle.

A NOTE ABOUT LUPO'S ETERNAL ATTACK:
I understand there are a hell of a lot of ways that a face-stealing type power can be super ICly dangerous insofar as identity reveals! This is why I included several ways in which the copy rings false - wrong voice, wrong eyes, the strange eye-glow, the limits in how far he can range from the person he's stealing from. Hopefully these will prevent it from being too OP?

Hey there Song~ I think your quest looks pretty good to me, I think the drawbacks you've written for the eternal attack is just fine, and I am more than happy to bestow this STAMP upon you. Good luck in getting him~
