Apperance: Lena is well built for a girl from her training in archery & swordsmanship. She has strange eyes they sometimes appear gold to dark umber. Her hair is very long, thick, curly, and unruly. It is brown/grey color; both her eyes and hair match that of her father. Her mother who is from a different land, has golden hair and sea blue eyes. Lena's strong appearance of her father makes her mother just despise of her even more.

PERSONALITY:

Lena often gets made fun of by the girls because of her love for running, riding, archery & fencing. Although she comes from a wealthy background she does not at act like it at all. She will often come to lessons, sweaty, possibly covered in dirt from riding Swift Grey in the woods or playing with her dogs. Because of her strange behavior she does not have many friends. She is very self disciplined and since she is an only child she enjoys...being alone! However, because of this time alone she is always practicing archery or fencing and is extremely hard on herself when she can't get something right. She is smart, but is most often caught up in her own dreams, goals, & fantasies. She is at heart a true optimistic dreamer.

likes: Practicing archery & swordsmanship with her father. Taking their family dogs out for a run through the fields. Especially, two dogs that she has raised from puppies: Cooper & Scooter. Also, riding her favorite horse Swift Grey.
dislikes: Wearing dresses, dressing up in general, doing anything that her mother considers "proper ladylike", & mathematics which her mother excels at.

HISTORY:

Lena was born an only child (as of now) to the powerful Grant Fletcher, who wed Katyenna (Capuletta) Fletcher from the far conquered island of Carpentaria (modern New Zealand) Katyenna's father was a well known general of the inhabitable island made for mostly as a transit place for prisoners headed to The Settlement. Katyenna was given everything in her life by her father General Christian Capuletta. She was raised as a proper lady and wed to the wealthy and prominent Grant from her father's homeland. They gave birth to Magdalena in the summer, in the town of OldCastle. Lena quickly became the apple of her father's eye, loving to play with dogs, run through the forest, and take interest in her father's hobbies. This was to the dismay of her mother, who wanted a daughter who looked and acted just as herself. Sour from her first offspring the couple has not yet taken to yield another offspring. All the less, Lena's father trains her in archery and fencing, while her mother trains her to be a proper lady. The latter is not going so well.
