A vast, seemingly neverending, desert. From time to time, anyone who dares to venture through the blazing heat will find the ruins of an ancient village, however at the center is an old temple ruins, which looks to be from another world completely. It is believed to hold mysteries and treasures that would bring eternal happiness to any man. However, those are simply false legends, as the temple holds no treasure of physical value, but perhaps not all treasure is made of gold

Familiar sounds echoed through out the dark picture, sounds of swords clashing against steel, voices that were in intense actions, loud explosions of power and energy; that was not all. The feelings of being hit and thrown about was making it seem more real. It wasn't a dream it was memories, memories of a battle that saved the worlds from total darkness. A battle in which shortly after things got hazy, that was about to change though.
A familiar voice echoed in the darkness, but it was hard to place who, "This is him...The one from Zanarkand, the warrior who proved himself and earned our trust. We need him again, his steel and fire, and his great strength and will. His name is Ifrit."
With that the blackness began to dim and new sounds began to surface followed by light and new images birthed as his eyes fully opened. Ifrit had awoken and found himself in a much different area than what he last remembered, his sword gone, his armored sleeve and power bracer gone as well, all that was left was his heavy caliber pistol he forged back home. The black metaled gun named Onyx. He pushed himself up from the hard floor then stood up slowly, he popped his shoulders and back then his neck. Ifrit appeared to be the the main hall of this temple, how he got here was unknown, how long was he asleep, and what woke him up was all buzzing in his head.
Ifrit heard a noise, followed by another, then a group of nobodies appeared, dragoons and samurais. Ifrit faced many of these before, although he had no physical weapon he knew had forgotten how to fight, he prepared his fighting stance. It didn't take long before the first samurai attacked and Ifrit slipped the attack and countered, upon contact the nobody flew back and went limp, fire surrounding his fists. The dragoon attacked, charging him head on but Ifrit grabbed it by it's head and slammed it into the floor, the final two samurai attacked together. Ifrit jumped between them and unleashed a sweeping kick that was fused with fire, bursting the two into ashes. The final dragoon flew away as Ifrit turned his attention to it, with a flash of his hand he drew his gun and fired and fire powered bullets that clashed with the beast, engulfing it within seconds. He twirled it on his finger then holstered it back on his right leg, securing it with the holster strap.
Ifrit left the temple and entered the start of a desert wasteland, an endless sea of red hot sands but the heat would not get to him due to his abilities, "Where in the world am I?"
The air grew hotter around him and a cheerful shout echoed behind him, "Arooo!!!! My brother returns! Ifrit Belias, warrior of fire and rock!", the voice belonged to Darunia the Sage of Fire and Goron Chief, "I see that slumber hasn't cooled your muscles...", they shook hands and he patted his arms then his shoulders, "Yes yes still like strong as the rocks of the mountain!"
Ifrit smiled, "Brother Darunia I knew you had something with my wake up call, but how long have I been away and what of my weapons?"
Darunia shrugged, "I'm afraid you sword and effects could not be carried with you only what you first arrived with. But aren't you forgetting a certain weapon?"
Ifrit held out hi right hand then fire swirled from his hand and up, creating the Blade of Belias, "Strange I didn't feel it until now, I'm glad it is not lost."
"I'm afraid you will only be able to use the blade at certain times, you will know by the surge in your heart brother, but you need not fear of being empty handed, you will acquire all that you need in your journey ahead. Head past the village and continue on, there you will meet one that will answer your questions.", with that the mighty Goron vanished in a cloak of smoke and Ifrit went on his way like his friend and brother asked.

Ifrit continued along the way that Darunia suggested, he picked up a torn red battle poncho on a clothes line in the village that seemed empty. He treated across the sands, his arms hidden by the poncho as was his pistol. His mind wondered back to his last memories before his slumber, he started from the beginning.
Ifrit recalled being with King Mickey, Sora, Xhana, Goofy, Donald, among many that he fought along side of. The darkness seemed some what defeated but a portal of swirling light appeared leading to an unknown place. "I'll go...", Ifrit said as he stepped forward.
King Mickey protested, "Ifrit, No! There's no need for you to do so! You've done enough! Let us handle this when the others catch up to us!"
Ifrit turned to the King, "King Mickey, I understand your worry but you forget I was brought here to defeat the darkness, I am only here by the power of the Sages and the Light. The darkness can not consume my heart any longer, the Light purified my heart remember...", Ifrit smiled, "I'm sorry my friends...", with that he jumped into the portal and appeared in the End of the World.
His mind returned to the present when he came upon something shiny in the sand, it was a keychain. A silver chain linked to a tribal design mark, he brushed the rest of the sand away and placed it in his pocket, "Maybe someone dropped it...That could mean someone is close...or was..."
