Somehow, she had finally managed after about twenty minutes to tie back all of her magnificent hair into a single ponytail. That done, it was just grabbing the tiny soap whittled creatures and the half a sandwich from lunch, then she was out the door. Heading down the halls with a bounce in step Lilac all but ran from the basement hole she lived in to the upper levels of dorms. It was there that she paused, only now remembering that she had forgotten which room was Harland's.
s**t.
After a few seconds of hesitation she went for room 187, that sounded right. Knocking loudly she waited on the heels of her heels for an answer, soap creatures shoved out to greet who she hoped would be Harland.

No one ever knocked on Makayla's door, and this was fine in her opinion. Everyone left her alone, except the Li. But she learn to deal with her partner by now, just doing this on her own. Looking over at the door, she was tempted to ignore it. Maybe whoever it was would go away.
Makayla flicked the bracelet around her wrist before she finally stood. Brushing off her jacket as she pulls it on, she rolls her eyes as she pulls open the door.
Only to stop dead in her movement as she look to the girl in front of her. She knew her, without a doubt she would know her anywhere.
"Lilac.....please tell me this is some joke and I am not seeing you standing in front of me." she was really hoping that this was her cousin. Cheekiebirdiee Let's see if I can get this muse to start playing nice....OTL

Makayla.
Lilac blinked dumbly to the woman on the other side of the door. She was starting to wonder if this was a family affair. This was her second family member she had found! While she was overjoyed mostly, she was also concerned. "Makky?!" Before the other could confirm or deny further Lilac was bouncing up to take her in a fullbody hug.

For the first time since getting to the Isle, Makayla didn't mind at all that that hideous nickname was used. Wrapping her arms around her cousin, she was actually laughing as she hugged her as well "I didn't think I was going to see anyone I knew again. Yet your here!" she tries to pull herself free from her older cousin grasp before she found herself actually smiling.
"When did you wake up...where are you room wise? What division?" she had so many questions about the family, but not of it mattered at the moment. Lilac was here, and now she had a partner in crime again.
She reached for her hand, just giving it a squeeze.
Mostly just to make sure that she wasn't dreaming this up.
"And must you use that nickname? You know how much I hate it." she frowns as she shakes her head. Last thing she wanted was that nickname to get out to everyone on the isle.

Chuckling as her hand was taken and various questions attacking she just smiled. Waiting until her baby cousin was finished before taking a big inhale of air. After that she began, rambling like a woman with good gossip, "I only woke up a little while ago! Well not as in hours more like days, maybe a month now.." Lilac drew a blank it was hard to keep track of time here to be honest, at least for her, there was so much to learn still.
"I'm moon! Not that I know much about what I'm suppose to be doing yet, " she spun showing off the symbol on her coat before peering to her cousin, "what about you!?" A giggle and she was clinging around the arm that had squeezed her, acting much less her age than need be but she was thrilled to have family here. "My room is in the basement, WHICH, isn't as bad as people say trust me!" Sure there was no windows, but she had chalk and that and the new colorful walls were plenty!
"Hehe, sure thing, do you want me to call you.." Lilac got a slightly devious eye, clearly referring to some old childhood name.

Makayla's smile grew even more as she hears which division Lilac was apart of "I'm in Moon as well, this is great!" she was excited that she could actually team up with Lilac on possible missions in the future. Just her being here, was nice because she didn't feel alone now "A month? Really?" she was starting to wonder how long she been keeping to herself, that a whole month could have passed by on her.
She went quiet for a moment, as she debated what she wanted Lilac to call her "I don't mind you using Makky when its us." she paused, giving her a smile "But when anyone else is around, could you call me Ayla or Makayla instead?" she was trying to get over that awful nickname, but she would allow it because of Lilac.
Special rules for family.

Makayla being a moon too was the best news ever! She cheered happily and gave a jump of excitement. They could go on missions! They could do lot of things and best yet she wouldn't be so alone. It was a little intimidating to make friends in the folks here. Most of them seemed to be set in their way which wasn't the easier to sqeeze into.
Giggling she shook her head, it was cute to see Makayla more grown up. "I'll use Makayla, don't worry." On a chuckle she pushed past her cousin to go into her room. Glancing all around before flopping on the bed with a larger grin. "What have you been doing! Tell me everything!"

Makayla was so glad when Lilac offered to just use her name instead of the nickname. Closing the door behind her, she rubs at her neck as she thinks for a moment "Honestly....nothing...I woke up and yea." she didn't mention she hadn't bothered to really leave her room much or try and talk to others "This is nothing like home, so I'm kindof gone hermit?" she shrugs before sitting down next to Lilac.
"So if you need to know anything, I am the worse one to ask." she might as well be truthful in the matter.

"That's ok, we can learn together!" Lilac tried to reassure her cousin, not really knowing what else to offer in the moment. But she could tell that Makky wasn't happy here which made her feel a little sad to have come on so thrilled. "So.." Lilac looked around on a stretch and made a puffed cheek expression in thought.
What to do?
"Have you been around the island at all? There is this beach with tons of soap!" Clearly Lilac was struggling with conversation.
