Personality- Outgoing and Fun, though she can grow easily depressed. She hardly opens up completely to anyone person, but she always tries to find something that will help her work out her frustration. Always the thrill seeker, she likes to try anything new and dangerous.

Special Skill- Myriad Strike (strikes 100 times a minute. Can only be used once per 12 hrs and deals holy damage. No damage if used against light creatures)


Bio- Dahlia had always lived a normal middle class life. As an outgoing individual, she was always easily bored, so she spent much of her time online chatting and talking to people, but that never really made her feel alive. In her dreams, she has always wanted to be a sort of a fighter, but could never see that happening in the society that has developed today.

When the new "ToNerv" gear came out, she decided to try something that would be less boring, and also something to help her grow as a gamer. She never expected to be trapped into the new MMO's world.

Personality: She's appear to have trouble expressing her feelings, but deep inside, she's actually sweet and kind because of her shyness. She's quiet and works alone, trusting no one believing they will use her and betray her.

Bio: Lisa use to be open minded girl, until one day her friends betrayed her and saying she's a foolish to know that they are making her as a friend and "wipe her stupid smile off her face". She tend to avoid others and fond with video games, rather then having a conversations with people.
Few years past, she heard about ToNerv gear and bought them with her savings and the new game. She decide to play the new MMO game, unaware about being trapped in the Cerich Online.

Name- Mordred (in game)

Age- 18

Personality- often rude and abrasive to anyone who tries to get close to him, he tends to prefer being a solo player over having a party. He is also stubborn and quick to anger, often causing him to rush into battle. Because of this he doesn't like to have to worry about others around him or having to watch out for others. His stubbornness goes hand and hand with his undying will to preserver and bravery in the face of adversity. This has causes people to both hate and admire him and often request him to join their parties.

Class- Warrior

Special Skill- Soul Eater: Modred creates a red aura around his blade that has the ability to absorb hp when he makes a successful hit. The amount is relative to the damage taken so someone with strong armor would give less hp to Mordred then someone with little armor. This skill stacks with crits.


Bio- Mordred grew up with a single dad who raised him after his mother left. His dad was often gone on business trips and when he was home he had the habit of abusing Modred. His only escape from this life was to become a delinquent and took out his anger on others. When he would skip class, he would often play video games when one day he got an email that said he had one the chance to beta test Cerich Online and the new ToNerv Gear. He didn't remember signing up for it but he figured "what the hell" and filled out the form and within a day he got a package with the equipment and game.

Name- "Rend"

Age- 20

Personality- Informal and sometimes sarcastic, with a touch of humor (often gallows humor, or even just plain bad jokes). He's straightforward in expressing his beliefs. For example, he'll call people and things "cute" if he thinks that they are (this has gotten him into trouble more than once), but does not bother with flattery. He believes in being true to oneself instead of changing to fit in. Generally thick-skinned, he tries not to let others see him sweat. Therefore, when angered, he tends to become quietly resentful or bitter rather than lashing out immediately. He may also conceal his interest in certain things so that people don't ask too many questions.

Class- Mage

Special Skill- Dancing Weapons. At Rend's command, a weapon or other suitable object (in his possession or within a few feet and unclaimed) may become animated and float near him for attack and defense. Dancing weapons are subject to normal durability rules, and return to his inventory if they move out of range somehow (whether by breaking line of effect or by simply being moved too far).
Regardless of the item, dancing weapons attack with his Dancing Weapons skill instead of any relevant weapon skill that he may have. They cannot use Sword Skills; Rend may learn Sword Skills (based on this skill) or spells that use them (remote slashes from a distance, a variant of the "peeping" familiar spell that performs a sneak attack, or temporary durability fortification), but these require input. However, in a few cases, his dancing weapons' AI may react to things that he's unaware of, such as flanking enemies or secret doors. Whether this is a bug or a feature is unknown.

Bio- An American RPG veteran who got his hands on the ToNerv gear due to the hype surrounding it, Randall Noel (avatar name "Rend") was among those trapped in the Cerich Online beta. He doesn't seem to be terribly afraid, but rather irritated that someone would ruin a perfectly good game and risk people's lives. He just doesn't see the point in it, and is curious about the culprit's motivations. Despite his feigned indifference, he is interesting in learning more if he can.
His avatar is a mage with the "Dancing Weapons" Special Skill, though he also uses One-Handed Assault Spears when not casting. He's seeking a guild to improve his chances of survival, but has turned down any invitations so far for some reason. Perhaps he is just looking for the right group.

Name- Korsall (not keen on sharing his real name)

Age- 25

Personality- Somewhat vain, being very proud of his skill, but not above being humble when someone shows they're a worthy combatant. Not exactly openly 'friendly', but isn't actually that bad a guy and has no problem with actually making friends. (Though you have better chances if he sees you as competent) Relatively laid back, enjoying relaxation time every once in a while. Level headed, he tends to think and plan things out rather than act impulsively. Though that isn't to say he won't on the rare occasion pull a 'Leeroy Jenkins' if he manages to get pumped up about something. He is also patient and slow to anger, but this is because he always tries to brush things off and ignore/forget about whatever should be annoying him. Manage to push him too far though, and all that comes rushing back in one big explosion of pissed off.

Class- Fighter

Special Skill- Howling Octave- 5 high-speed continuous thrusts at the target, followed by a cut downward and then a cut upward, before finally performing a final full force upward cut.


Bio- A 'veteran' of the resurfacing VR scene, having been playing dedicatedly for the last 15 years, he's garnered quite a bit of experience with them. He has become quite good at quickly grasping the mechanics and intricacies of the games from the get go and so tended to progress at an accelerated rate compared to other players even during his school years. Things really took off after he graduated from school though. He lives with his semi-wealthy parents who, with the size of their house, aren't exactly concerned with him moving out. Aside from an easy peasy part-time job, he doesn't exactly have many responsibilities and so all that extra time went towards venturing into the numerous VR games out there even more often than before. They were all pretty good, but none ever really had that factor that could keep him playing when a new VR game came out. He was always picking up new ones and abandoning the previous ones. So it was that when he heard about the release of the Cerich Online beta, he dropped his latest game, opened up his wallet once again, and shelled out his not-so-hard-earned money to bring home the game and it's associated VR headset.

Age- 19

Personality- While secretive about her real life identity or what she does outside of gaming and the internet (even to what country she lives in), she is happy to talk about games and work with others or help others in game. Very little seems to phase her and she has a sharp wit and deadly accuracy (as an archer and with her observations). She does have a tendency to flirt at times and make the occasional joke-even in a fight.

Special Skill- "Demon's Death Strike" (increases her accuracy and the damage she duels out to almost lethal levels, though each use causes her to suffer some health damage as a result she is limited on the times she can use the attack-most effective against creatures and those weak to poisons or dark attacks. When she uses this attack a dark aura glows around her bow and the arrow as it strikes.)


Bio- Dima (as she usually goes by in game) is by all accounts an ordinary second year university student in England, who is popular, well-liked, with good grades, and even a member of the archery club there. However, she hides a secret: she's addicted to video games and internet forums. Being a blogger who had always went by 342434 who had the main focus of blogging about video games and reviewing them she happily took the opportunity to become a beta tester for Cerich Online and the new ToNerv Gear when she got the email on her blog's email account. Little did she know she would be pulled into the very world of gaming she had the addiction she hid from her real world friends. Now trapped she is determined to make the most of the world she is trapped in and also figure out the game-makers objective in doing such a risky move.

Age- 24

Personality- Sly and mysterious, Rilo deals in the dark and illegal. He is always calm and manipulative at times, always playing sides against one another in the name of coin. A non trustworthy fellow that always has a secret agenda.

Class- Rogue

Special Skill- Black Veil: Dark Illusion skill that can only be utilized by those of the dark elf race. User veil's themselves in shadow and can remain undetectable for as long as the users health will allow, can cause death.


Bio- Rilo is an a good for nothing twenty-something that lives in the downtown area of Glasgow, Scotland. The 24 year old, that works full time in a shop on the corner, is actually relatively new to the VR gaming scene, only having started a couple years ago. Due to the fact he does not have much of a real life the VR world appeals to him, though some friends would be nice, once.

Age- 19

Personality- The logical type that thinks through what he is about to say. Clever and always finds a way through obstacles. Not the best at talking at people except during negotiations. Becomes shy when talking to girls face to face.

Class- Fighter

Special Skill- Dual Wielding (Can pair any weapons together and fight except for two handed weapons)

Bio- Shiro is a smart guy who saw the world as boring. He didn't see a clear objective in life. He did not understand the meaning of a good education when there were schools constantly competing over grades and numbers. He didn't understand the purpose of having the "best" job when there are other jobs that trump it. He did not like the world, so he resorted to online gaming and the online community. In Europe and North America, he is known as Blank. In Asia, Kuhaku. He felt that the name Blank suited him for how he felt on the inside: Blank. He barely finished high school not because of his grades, but his attendance. Afterwards, he became an NEET and spent his days and nights in front of his computer. He knows multiple languages and excels in the gaming and electronic world.
Shiro was able to get a copy of the new game Cerich Online, seeing it as something that he may be able to keep playing for a long time unlike all the other games he has played.

Age- 23

Personality- Usually calm and friendly, Magnus hides a somber aspect of himself. He loves a challenge, though he rarely takes one. In a manner of socialization, Magnus enjoys talking to people to keep his mind off of the sad reason he had to jump into Cerich Online. When faced with combat situations, he is most-likely to go straight for the objective. In previous MMOs that he's played, he has only participated in short Player vs. Player matches.

Class- Fighter

Special Skill- Dual-wielding


Bio- Magnus, as he is known both in the real world and in-game in most of his gaming career, had a healthy upbringing. He was urged by his parents to go for a more physical way of living, but his interests were latched onto the MMOs that came out. MMOs were how he made friends, organized meet-ups, and eventually, meet his wife. At age 21, he married the girl he had met and played with for 7 years, and they had a child. While at work in a software programming company in the United States, Magnus received a call that his wife died while giving birth, and his would-be daughter did not survive. Caught with the horrible loss of the two most important people in his family, Magnus entered a depressed state. His co-workers noticed his drop in performance and lack of energy, so they pooled their money to get a ToNervGear and a beta key for Cerich Online. His boss also granted him a sabbatical to get his mind straightened out and to relax, as losing his family and being forced to work was not a very humane thing to do. And so, he dove right into the game, wishing he wouldn't have to face the harsh reality of his life outside Cerich Online.

•Duel wielding light weapons (Not all one handed weapons)
•Dragon leap- Jumps with a burst of speed, using wings that are built into her armour to glide and remain in the air for a longer time.
•Blazing sword- Uses a red hot blade to strike her opponents (damages non-specialized weapons, in other words anytime she gets a new weapon, she either doesn't use this, or damages the weapon more than necessary)

Bio- Her outside life has nothing to do with this game, and thus, she tells no one of it, even you. Anyone is free to ask her about herself, just as she is free to refuse an answer. Clair is experienced in the VRMMO style. She has been playing for a few years now and has figured out her preferred style of playing. She normally picks some sort of fighter class, usually it is the most well-rounded class available for selection. When she started Cerich, Clair saw only two classes that were generally considered to be fighter classes, that was the "warrior" class, and the generally stated "fighter" class. Figuring that the fighter was the more rounded fighting style that was the one she selected.

Personality- Not being much of a fighter, Dryk attempts to learn everything that he can about alchemy and skills that benefit him outside of a fight.

Bio- Dryk had gotten into virtual gaming only short time ago so he doesn't have a lot of skill at them. Hoping to find some tips to becoming better at these games, he started to look into them on the internet. One of the things that he found out while looking into virtual gaming was that there was one incident a long time ago where the creator locked everyone in until someone defeated him. Not seeing how this was going to happen again--considering that it had been so long since that happened--he disregarded it. By the time Dryk had gotten Cerich, he had tried just about any offensive class that was available so he decided to try something different. And thus, an alchemist was born!
