I thought about bidding on that 'cause 50 Demonflies are enough for almost 1.5 Wing Mastery achievements. I mean, I have my own Demonflies all set for wings, but 50 would go a long way for the guild.
But with each Demonfly going for about 5 bil...Well, I don't know how many people have 250 billion laying around in pure. I think I'd have to liquidate my entire inventory to try to bid on that. >>

Welp, I threw 11 billion gold at it. That only comes down to about 220 mil per Demonfly, though. I don't think I'll get it, but I guess we'll see.
I wonder if we could all chip in for it. xD

Yami no Sakura Welp, I threw 11 billion gold at it. That only comes down to about 220 mil per Demonfly, though. I don't think I'll get it, but I guess we'll see. I wonder if we could all chip in for it. xD I'm interested in bidding on them or going in on them. I need 10 Demonflies.

I don't think anyone has 250bil because they would bid on that halo (winning bid was 80bil) 2 weeks ago.... If we all can collect about 50bil to buy this lot (hopefully 50bil is good enough). It's a great deal for all of us Btw, I can chip in 2 bil (thats about all i have) if we're all game!!

Oh wow, I didn't expect actual interest in chipping in for the Demonflies. O.o I'll let everyone know if that's necessary, but we gotta sort out some logistics. Like how many Demonflies each person gets. I guess we can go by percentage...? There are still 2 days left in the auction. I'd like to try and use my own gold first, so don't go pawning off precious heirlooms. sweatdrop EDIT: I might eat my words, but I'm doubtful that these Demonflies will go to 5 bil each just because of the sheer volume being sold. I mean...even the infamous BRAIN is offering only 100b in pure for a Golden Ticket (supplemented by a Halo, but still). I think even he would have to sell something to come up with 250b in pure.

Yup I doubt anyone has that 250bil pure unless they wanna give up their halo & more for these demon flies (which I WOULD NeVER do if I had a halo blaugh ) Yep currently you're using your own gold but for some reason, you're outbidded & need more gold then we will chip in & will share by percentage. Example: If winning bid for this lot is 50bil , so if I chip in 2 bil, I'd get 2 flies. If larkadroid chips in 5 bil, she would get 5 flies, and so on..... 3nodding

I'd be interested in chipping in if necessary. I wanted to bid on them myself, but I saw that Yami has the high bid and I didn't want to unnecessarily raise the price by competing. I don't need anymore demonflies to finish my wing mastery quest, but I wanted to eventually remake lucifer's wings and those would come in handy. 3nodding

Ladyshi has the HB atm at 14.2 bil. I don't know if I can outbid her if she's interested in it. I mean...she wants the BRAINtology item, and the only person who has it wants 700b for it. I'm about 90% sure she'll resell the rest of the Demonflies that she isn't using for a killer profit. =/
I'm at my gold limit until something sells, though Larka and I have an arrangement for pooling in gold if necessarily.
I think I'll try PMing Ladyshi to see if we can arrange a deal for any Demonflies that she isn't using. I'm pretty sure she already crafted at least 5/6 backwings.
EDIT: The HB is now 15.5 bil by blackwidowx3.
I'm gonna start selling some of my bigger items to see if I can fight her for it on Friday.
EDIT2: It seems that I have a deal on the table with Ladyshi. She's only interested in keeping 10 of the Demonflies she needs to complete Wing Mastery. If she wins the auction, she agreed to sell me the remaining 40 Demonflies. If I win the auction, I agreed to sell her the 10 that she needs. Seems like a fair deal.
Oh, and in case anyone is concerned, the 10 that I sell her would come out of my share of the Demonflies. So if I end up having to borrow gold from anyone, rest assured that you will get your Demonflies.

well we need to come up with a plan if someone we don't recognize their name in alchemy bids on it. We all don't want these flies fall into the wrong hands...
Again, I'll chip in if neccessary. We'll check to see how much each of us has by Thurs evening and let one of us (who we all trust) bids on it

I'm throwing everything expendable at the Exchange Forum, hoping to get more gold.
I'll volunteer to bid on everyone's behalf, if nobody minds. I'll take screencaps of the trade as proof for a public a record of how much gold got sent in. So far, what Larka and I have done is that I start a trade, and she puts in how much she would like to contribute and confirms the trade. Then all I would have to do is finalize the trade whenever I need the gold. For now, it's hanging out in trade limbo because I don't want to drive up the price unnecessarily.
If this sounds good, I'll make a new thread to track everything.
