Though she is not a bad person, Branwenn Panzer lives in the moral gray area. As the daughter of a skilled merchant, she is a practiced observer and deft in the art of persuasion. She does not act out of cruelty or kindness but is instead driven solely by her own ambition.

Wenny does not think others are unintelligent or unskilled, but she does think she is more intelligent and skilled than everyone else.
