DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Victor rides a '09 American H-D made motorcycle. It's his pride and joy and it's difficult to find Victor without it. A crescent shaped scar sits atop his left eye and three .38 sized bullet scars lie under his right pectorial. A black choker can be seen while he wears both casual and uniform clothing along with a ring that he never seems to take off. It is unknown if it holds any meaning other than aesthetic.

When amused, Victor is not afraid to show it. Can joke around from time to time but when there is a task at hand, Victor wastes no time. He can make a joke out of anything and never seems to take anything too seriously, even his own life. Easy to anger but thinks before he acts, most of the time. Dependable and ready, Victor is the one to go to to get a task done no matter the enthusiasm that might come from it. Victor, although seemingly introverted, isn't hesitant to speak his mind and let himself be known. When it comes down to making tough decisions, Victor leaves it to his superiors but chooses to never go against his principles. To anyone, Victor might simply seem like an aimless hoodlum but random as his ways might seem, he takes care in what people say and feel. Although one might never see his other side, they will find that the less private Victor is just as easygoing as any. It is apparent that he is eager for a fight and never backs out of a challenge. As wild as Victor might be, he lives by a set of principles that might astonish anyone who didn't know him.
LIKES:Music, scenery and comfort to make the ambiance depending on the mood. Various types of food and sampling them along with wine. Masks. Festivals and big events, especially those that involve the wearing of masks. Motorcycles. People that share his beliefs and opinions. MY HISTORY: Born in Cordova, Spain. Unknown to Victor, his father was an American man who had traveled to Madrid and had found a lover in one of the circus dancing girls. When the woman found out that she was pregnant, she hid it from the man out of fear that he would take him from her and move back to the United States. His mother would tell Victor that his father was a trapeze performer and had died in a great fall. Raised from an infant in a traveling circus, Victor never knew one place for too long. His family was made up of the performers there and together they traveled throughout Europe and parts of the Middle East. He learned many things from their travels and even picked up a few languages from mixing with the other kids and youth. When he reached the age of seventeen, he earned his own place in the circus as a Strongman, lifting things of incredible weight. He also trained in martial arts, often employing the teachings of the masters of the region they were currently performing. Often, Victor's mother would implore him to seek a career through school and that his place was in the United States. She was always unsuccessful in convincing him but when she began to see Victor begin involved in troublesome activities, she began to worry. He would pick fights with local youth and would act out erroneously. Eventually Victor felt that he didn't belong at the circus and left them at the age of eighteen. He traveled east, taking part of underground fighting rings, earning money from fights. There was often a criminal presence in the fights and their background but Victor never thought twice about it. Victor was somewhere in eastern Russia, closing out fights housed by the docks after hours when he got word from a friend that his mother was ill. Victor left everything to go see her, angering some powerful men. When Victor arrived in Wales, where the circus had recently settled, his mother was stricken with a harsh flu. Knowing her time was short she came clean about his father and how he had left them. She told him of the business in intelligence he was in for the government and that he now lived in the United States. She didn't want to die and leave Victor missing the one things he always needed. Victor stayed with her for two months before she finally passed away from her illness. Angry but driven by what he had learned, Victor was bound of the States. He used some of the money he had saved from performing and bought a flight out to the United States.
Arriving to the United States as a foreigner was difficult but everything was not so different from what he was used to, another land another culture. He applied to school for an internship with the Company and entered at bottom level. To Victor's surprise, he actually enjoyed the work he was doing which included information analyzing and compaction but it was not what he was into. He thirsted for combat and physical arts which brought him into a clandestine interest. They would allow him in but only after he would finish schooling in a secret Academy that would equip him with skills that he would need against the most dangerous entities that the United States could face. So he was transferred to True Cross alike a Foreign exchange student under orders. His goal was to graduate and find a way to the top of the Company which would equip him with the means to find his father who was apparently a ghost to both Interpol and the CIA.
