Despite her failing short-term memory, she's enthusiastic and energetic, and she really does mean the best, even if she can't remember it all the time.
Fortunately, it only seems to be her short-term memory that has problems. It's difficult to say where the line between short-term and long-term memory exists, however. So, for first meetings, she may need to be constantly reminded of details that have just been covered...but with time, she may start retaining information, if anyone will willing to put forth that much effort without getting frustrated with her completely.

Just don't say that to her face. Or she'll rip yours off for the offense. Whether Kalika spends so much time alone because her attitude drives others away, or because everyone avoids her, she's slowly become antisocial and violent, no one could say but she. And she's not feeling talkative. In either case, she prefers to be left to her own business for the most part, as she finds most other wolves weak, annoying, and a nuisance, much like a burr in her backside. It takes rare sort to become company of the wild wolf, though she might be inclined to spend at least a little time with others like herself.
She's a tough, larger-than-average wolf, who takes particular pleasure in the joy of the kill. Hunting provides more than just a tasty meal for Kalika, as the hunt and the kill itself are tangible rewards for the pure ecstasy they provide. She's a blood-thirsty sort, usually reserved for the hunting of prey animals, but she's not above attacking her own kind if provoked. He was a survivor though, and being without neither pack nor family must have made him an ideal target for the Brotherhood omega who discovered him. That, or he showed some definite potential when found. Perhaps some combination of both.
Marrok was eager enough to slip into his position as a normal gamma in the Brotherhood as he grew, content with his lot in life. It was more than he'd had before. He shows no ambition to aim higher, only doing his job and doing it well. He treats his brothers as their station befits, repaying respect with respect, and kindness with kindness, while thinking of his 'brothers' as that...his family, since he's had no other.
Sometimes, he seems like nothing more than a big pup, however, when a serious situation arises, he can rise to the occasion, proving he's more than just the goof he appears to be at times. Then, she'll tilt her head at you innocently, and ask if you've recently thought about how you'd best like to die.
While far from being vicious or violent, Melka seems to be touched by a different sort of darkness. One that causes her thoughts to drift towards what most would consider morbid, but for her, are only an endless source of curiosity. She tends to put other wolves on edge, with her casual comments and questions of death and dying, killing and violence, and the nature of it all. She doesn't understand why others don't share in her interest, but despite the fact that she seems to keep driving others away, she shows no intention of changing herself for their benefit.
