Facial expression: Completely neutral
Hair: Black, business cutEye color: Pale green
Skin color: Chocolate Brown, with a thin scar on his chin.

Personality: Polite and Personable - Jarrell has learned the value of making a good impression. He's polite and personable to everyone he meets.
Reserved - Jarrell is not always forthcoming with information about himself. This is due to an internal disgust at his own lot in life, but he almost never lets these views out to others.
Aspiring for (his version of) greatness - Jarrell is very driven to do well for himself and always has been. He aspires to eventually join the military police and get as far inside the walls as possible.
Lies - He is perfectly content to play a role, a cooperative and pleasant one if needed, to achieve his goals. His true attitude of superiority over those around him, as well disgust at the lower classes (including his own) will remain internal unless pushed to bubble to the surface.
Resourceful self preservation- His driving force is to stay alive. Despite being in an era of peace, Jarrell has a deep seeded fear of the Titans, the world outside the walls and everything that could possibly be considered dangerous. This could push him to do anything to survive (and also is why he seems to join the Military Police).
Intelligent - Jarrell is pretty intelligent. He's pretty good with math and keeps the books for his parents business. This has left him with a fairly good business sense as well as rapport with 'customers'. He picks things up easily.
History: Jarrell is the middle child of a lower class family. His father and mother own something akin to a Pawn shop and all of the children are employed there. Jarrell himself keeps the books, as his father is notoriously bad with money. The young man is known to 'acquire' some of the nicer objects that come through their doors and has a bit of a 'shabby chic' personal style. His older brother mocks him for his aspirations of greater things and calls him a 'floof' for his attempts to dress and appear above his station. You can't 'polish a turd' so he says.
Jarrell loves his mother and younger sister, is ashamed of his father and despises his older brother. He's picked up a few tricks from his dear old dad though, mainly the ability to lie to people straight to their face with a smile and a few nice words. He wears the mask of a shy but pleasant boy, keeping his personal views to himself until he can get out of there.
