TheXFactor here, coming at you! What exactly am I coming at you with? Well to be short and sweet. I'm looking for Bookers! That's right TheXFactor is giving it another shot at running a guild. However before you shrug it off, with the tired and overly used line like. "There are too many Guilds already..." Shut up you! I'll rip your sack off! Anyways, onto the topic at hand.. What was it, oh yes! Bookers!

I'm looking for Bookers, and not just someone that post the damn matches. I'm looking for an actual Booker. Not an a** Kisser. Not someone that will post match cards after one person with one outlook throws em' together. I'm looking for someone to HELP me set up match cards. Someone that's not afraid to tell me if he sees a match that won't work, or doesn't seem right for the situation at hand. Somebody or Somebodies who will take the initiative. Someones logical, and creative. If I could get two people that would be STUPENDOUS! Preferably someone Experience, and someone willing to learn the art of Booking. Through it really doesn't matter, as long you meet the other requirements like initiative, creative, logical, yadda yadda. In a nutshell, I'm looking for a Paul Heyman, or an Eric Bischoff, and NOT, I REPEAT, NOT, a John Laurinaitis.

OH and this shouldn't have to be said, but you gotta be somewhat active. I can't stress that enough. Active, now I'm not saying I EXPECT you on everyday, BUT posting more then once a week or every other day IS.

Anyways... Onto the guild I'm looking for Bookers... for? Yeah, for.

Yep, PCW... I'm giving it one more try to make this a thriving and booming Guild. I want this place to fun, fair, and prosperous. I want it to be the place new guys can come and feel welcome and display their talents and learn, I want it to be a place where veterans can showcase why they are considered legends and icons. I want this place to be a place for supers that aren't rookiers, but aren't quite veterans yet, I want this to be a place for them to where they can shine, and hopeful gain that legendary status, or at least Main Eventer status. Truthfully how high you get is completely up to you, you just gotta want it and put the work in to achieve it. I want it to be a place that gives people the incentive to be active and willingly trying be more active, cause of all the fun and entertainment that can be had.

So PLEASE don't just sculf this off as one XFactor's wanna be tries at a Guild that will undoubtably fail. PLEASE take a look around the guild, tell me what ya think, and if you will be willing to HELP me Book, and take what potential this guild has and break through the proverbial glass ceiling!

Though speaking as a guy that's been around, there are a lot more Laurinitus-es than there are Heyman's and BIschoffs. Which are few and far between, you'd sooner run into a Russo or a Carter...
