.|| For this CYOA, simply respond in this thread with one of the provided answers, for each round.
.|| You must clearly indicate which choice you are making, or your game will end.
.|| Depending on which choices you make, you will continue onto the next round, or your game will end.
.|| Editing posts after the end of the round is strictly prohibited.
.|| Anyone may participate. You may use a pre-existing character, make up a new character, or simply play as yourself.
.|| You may play for fun, or to win one of the available characters.
.|| Extra RPing is not required. You may simply copy and paste the answer you choose. (You may RP additionally if you desire).
.|| There are no sign-ups, you may join as long as the first round is open, but you must participate in all rounds to continue (i.e. you may not jump in mid-game).
.|| In order to give more people an opportunity to participate, you will have 48 hours to respond to each prompt, the first round will be slightly longer.
.|| Pre-existing characters may play for an RP req point, but must RP IC with thoughtful responses to the prompts.
.|| Two winners will receive the above characters. RNG will determine the winners, in case of a tie.

Round 1
Round 1 Ends: Friday, 10am EST
Anyone may jump in before that time.
The sun was high in the sky over Jauhar and the war had ended. Two little children were standing on the dark forest floor under Neued, looking to each other with different looks. One looked frightened, the other determined with a frown on her face. "Don't be chicken." She ordered the boy.
The boy shifted uncomfortably where he stood, his dark skin lit by the glowing fungi and crystals around them. The girl crossed her arms and looked at him from under her brows. "Are we going or not?" The boy looked up to the girl and swallowed hard. "I... I guess. But I think we should look that way." The boy pointed toward the glowing path of fungi in the distance, heading to the south east.
"No dummy. We're going this way. I told you already." The girl pointed to a darker section of the forest that led directly south. Who could say where they were even going, but they had to agree on some way. There was no way one would be travelling without the other.
What will you choose?

(I've decided to play, but I may not be able to post for each round while I'm away. Hopefully, I'll have phone access to make my choices. 83)

There was a shifter boy, and an ice girl, both whom wanted to go different ways. The boy wanted to stick to the lit path and the girl the darker shortcut. The ice girly seemed really adamant about her choice while the boy seemed somewhat unsure. "I'll follow you down the dark shortcut (B). We ice girls should stick together!" Fleade told the girl and went to stand by her.
To be honest, Fleade didn't really know where they were even going. She had just seen the two younglings by themselves and wanted to see what was going on. If two children were going somewhere, they needed some supervision...right? Most younglings needed supervision, well, adult supervision. She was close to an adult so she'd keep an eye on them. Hopefully, there wouldn't be any Obans lurking about nor would there be any fiesty animals. But in any case, Fleade hoped that she would be able to protect them if need me.

B- Dark Shortcut <3 (So preference doesn't mean we CAN'T win the other right? Because I don't mind if I get the boy but I'd PREFER the girl ><')
(Playing with the boys)
Kital dragged Erikel behind him watching the children as they tried to pick a path. When the girl ultimately won he waited a few moments before following them down the dark shortcut that she had chosen.
"We shouldn't be here" The Irritated Magelet growled. Kital ignored his companion.
"We can't leave them alone." he huffed watching the children carefully.

"Come on children, don't fight." she said with a frown. She just wanted to get going, it really didn't matter what way they went. The girl seemed a little more sure about her choice, but the shifter boy could be right. She would just let them hash it out and follow them. She mainly went on this just to make sure that everyone was safe.

Lue paused, looking around a bit nervously. She hadn't ventured out this far before had she? She noticed two children nearby, and made her way over to them. What could they possibly be doing out here all alone? It would appear they were deciding which direction to go. She couldn't possibly just leave them out here. Even though, being scared herself, she didn't want something bad to happen to the two kids so she decided she'd at least follow them.
"Um hello there? .... " she greeted them quietly. "I dunno about you two , but I think A. Glowing Path (Shifter Boy) looks a bit safer. Maybe we should head that way?"

Yelena looked at the two kids one a shifter boy and the other an ice girl. She watched them for a few moments and smiled not wanting to freak them out with the way she looked. She walked over to the ice girl and grinned she liked taking short cuts and it could make for some interesting times. "I'll go with you ice girl. I think the short cut looks like it could be a lot of fun." She wanted to take path B the darker one. And looked over at the boy hoping he would be ok she watched the two kids.

Mella simply shrugged her shoulders she had no true destination in mind having to decided to follow these children around and keep an eye on them. “I don’t think it matters to much as long as we get there safely.” She reached out and clasped on hand from each child trying to make sure they were both aright.

B. Dark Shortcut (Ice Girl) -> Using Takoda for this <3
The girl was pushy, there was no and if or buts about it. Takoda had been up in the tree's gathering materials for healing when he overhead the two arguing. Or rather..the one sided argument. At first Takoda's first question was where were they going? The second being WHY were these two young children on their own? Never mind his first question should of been, why is there an ice tribe youngling here?
Looking about the poor shifter male was trying to see if there were any adults around, his eyes scanned through the branches and the leaves, past glowing fungi ....and suddenly the duo was off.
Takoda's eye's went wide seeing that the girl had gotten her way and rather than going down the lit path she had dragged the little shifter boy down a dark one. It made more sense to follow the light, so why...would she be so adamant about going this route? Biting his lower lip he knew that he couldn't let the two kids go off on their own without an adult. Sticking to the branches he followed behind them, he didn't want to scare them...after all he was a stranger and some kids were rather adverse to strangers. So he would just keep an eye on them..hopefully they wouldn't find any trouble...or vice versa.

"Oh, oh." Looks between the two children and chews on her lips as she does an odd dance between the two options. "Aahh. This way, because I hate the dark!" With that silly reasoning, she heads toward the Glowing Path (Shifter Boy).

Hijil had found the children wandering near Neued and had taken it upon herself to drop from the trees and keep an eye on them. She wasn't going to deny them adventure. Of course not. But she would be there to haul them home and protect them.
She stood behind them, silent and neutral as a shadow, listening to their argument. Their decision did not matter to her. She would follow them and protect them wherever they went - their own personal guardian...

If you chose A
The girl let out a hard sigh. "You're such a wimp. Fine, we'll go your way." She lightly pushed the boy toward the glowing path and he seemed to shimmy away from her touch. "This way will get us there faster! I promise." He squeaked out. The girl gave him a look before shrugging her shoulders and continuing down the path.
The glowing fungi led the way it seemed, like the path was already set out for them. The girl ran ahead, looking for something it seemed, but they were still a ways off. "I thought you said it would get us there faster?" She grumbled. "Let's go up into the trees and look." She pointed into the canopy and waited for the boy to follow.

B. My feet are staying on the ground.
If you chose B
The boy swallowed hard once more. "I-if you say so..." The darker path it was then. The boy clung to the back of the girl, letting her lead the way. She seemed to be fearless. After a short walk, she stopped in her tracks. "I can't see anything from here." She frowned. "Let's go into the canopy and see if we can see better."
