Bio:
Hope Anna-lee Crystal Bishop, The pride and joy of the Bishop family that was expected to be a weapon but when her latent abilities didn't present themselves to her family, she was quickly outcast-ed for her inability to be a weapon so her parents and her older brother left the family estate and moved away, hoping to get away from the families wants and needs and focus on there own wants and needs. As she grew, they began to teach her how to be a meister and to her parents surprise, she was able to wield her parents with relative ease, both being scythes which were considered relatively difficult. Her older brother had the ability to transform into a weapon as well and was able to transform into a chain and sickle, which she was also able to use with great accuracy. Her parents were amazed that a girl at the age of eight was a protege in the arts of fighting and combat and was able to out smart there fighting style.
On her thirteenth birthday, while she was walking home she saw a massive explosion from what she assumed was her house and all she saw was her brother being dragged away through the flames of the wreckage by a girl with purple hair and that's when she went into the flames to search for her parents. She found them, impaled by multiple poles and as she fell to the ground, a tear dropped onto her hand and from then, she has sworn vengeance.
For four years, she has trained daily, practicing her hydrokinesis and telepathy skills on anyone that dared near her. She became a black belt in every fighting style she observed and is still searching for her brother and the girl with purple hair...

+ Soul Perception
She is able to see the souls of people and is able to enhance the range she can sense and feel soul wavelengths.
+ Healing Soul
She is able to heal other people through physical contact when in soul resonance.
+ Hydrokinesis
She is able to manipulate water in all forms [apart from blood]
She has practiced this skill daily since she was 10 years old and is able to fight purely alone on the basis of only needing to use water but in soul resonance, she is capable of enhancing a weapons range by using the water in the oxygen around her weapon to either buff her weapon or add slashed into it.
+ Expert martial Artist
She is capable of learning martial arts as if it was like breathing. She calculates how you fight as soon as she watches you fight and will exploit every weakness she can find.
+ Hydro Tempest
As Blackstar was able to insert his wavelength into people forcefully, she has her own style of using that. She coats her hand in a thin layer of water with an added effect of causing severe freezing.
+ Extreme Speed
Hope has trained daily to make her skills and abilities that of the best they can be and hence, picked up the skill her parents had of being inhumanly fast and able to run at speeds that would be seen as a blur.
+ Telepathy
She is able to link into a persons mind using physical contact and once she has been touched or touches someone else, she can establish a link with them via telepathy.
Personality:
Hope is really a lovely girl, but after years of having to live with the guilt of her parents being killed and her brother being taken when she was little she has developed the tendency to shut people out of her life and become emotionally reserved. When you take time to understand her and what she went through, you start to understand that underneath her hard headedness, Stuborness, calculating and negligent attitude to most things, you'll see that she is just a scared girl who wants her brother back and has much emotions that have been bottled up.
