She needed to get away for a little. Her girls were sleeping and Biroki was being tended to by the healers. She should be there to take care of him, but she didn't want to be. She didn't want to be around him fawning over how well he was doing. She was mad, and surprised and many more feelings. She didn't know what to feel, she had never before seen her husband act like that at all, and she wasn't sure how she felt about it. She wasn't sure how she felt about their marriage, sure they made their vows and they were bound together by that and by their daughters, but she wasn't sure how she felt about that anymore. And that hurt her more than any argument could ever. So instead of getting worked up and doing something that she regretted she went out to look for creatures. She was already a spearman, which mean soon she would be able to become a rider. The only problem was that she didn't have any kind of mount. There weren't many choices, but she would have to make one. The most common in the forest of Jauhar were radaku. She wasn't sure how she felt about them, the one her lovely Ikkio had seemed nice, but she wasn't really sure if they fit her. It was worth a shot though, maybe if she had one for herself it would be different. She would get one not as a pup, but young enough to train.

That was what she was going to do, and she was going to do it right than and there. Zuri had purchased a net from one of the beast tamers and set out. She had heard that they were everywhere so it shouldn't take her all that long. She thought about just buying a radaku, but she was sure it wouldn't be the same. She wouldn't feel the same connection as if she were to catch the creature herself.

After a few minutes of walking around she spotted movement and froze. There were two youngsters, nor more than a year old she was sure. They seemed to be alone, but one could never be sure. Zuri got to a place where she thought she would be safe from their view and threw the net on them. One got away, but the other was caught under the net. She smiled at her luck and quickly moved to grab the ends of the net. There was no way she was going to let this one get away as well!

"It's okay, just stay calm, just stay calm. I won't hurt you." she said softly. She was a mother, so she knew how to talk to young creatures. Or so she thought. She didn't have a problem with Belle, but the small radaku that was caught in her net was a whole different story. It wasn't calming down at all, if anything as she spoke it was getting crazier and rowdier. She was laying across the net, holding the creature down with all of her weight. Even still it was fighting more than she thought. Maybe one of these creatures would be right for her. It was obvious they were fierce.

Before she knew it the creature had bit through the net and got her arm. Zuri screamed and let go of the net, the creature taking the opportunity to escape into the forest. Zuri cursed and looked down at her arm. It wasn't a deep wound, most likely she wouldn't even get a scar from it. It still hurt though, more than she thought it would. With a sigh she got up and picked up with the net. She would need to get that one fixed or even have to buy a whole new one. Brushing off the dust she headed back towards their camp, a frown on her face. She was happy to be alone, for this was just embarrassing. She had been bested by a creature much younger than her, and she wasn't proud of it. However it did give her a new found appreciation of the creature, and it made it seem just a little bit more possible to be a future mount.
