Vindictus earned the alias of Mister Blue from his gentlemanly appearance, calm personality, and the constant pessimistic, many would say depressed, outlook he has on life. It was given to him on his graduation from True Cross Academy and has been used since he was given his first official Exorcist mission.

APPEARANCE: Vindictus is of a tall frame, his build made solid by a strong layer of muscles. His skin holds a healthy tan, a long with a few scratches of white from tiny and old scars, especially along his hands. His face is somewhat pointed in features, and sharp in his dark, almost black, eyes. He has poor eyesight, however, and thus is often found wearing a pair of thick-framed rectangular glasses. Simple shirts, jackets, and jeans are his common wardrobe. His dark hair is often messy and gets cut only when Vin finds it to be a nuisance to his reading and work.

Along with modern medicine, Vin has studied the medicinal properties of plants and thier multiple uses. He has always had a passion for botony, following every science class relevant to the subject and continuing that pursual into his Exorcist training. He is a walking dictionary of plantlife, common and not, even having several published papers and books under an alias.

Vin's passion for plant life has caused him to go out into some of the most remote places in the world in order to find specimens. Climbing mountains, traversing jungles, weathering deserts - these intense and diverse climates have forced the British male to become quite athletic. In preperation for an extensive stay in a thick, volatile jungle where rebel camps have been known to dwell, Vin was convinced into training with a parkour group for a few months prior - he would not hesitate to say that such training had saved his life.

Not only allowed some degree of understanding of demonic creatures from being a Beast Charmer, Vin is also able to easily befriend, or at least understand the behaviour, of any animal he has come across. Animals have always been quick to trust Vin, and the Doctor's constant exploits out into the wilderness, along with his naturally calm and practical disposition, has earned him many experiences onto which he has built upon in how various creatures communicate.

From a young age Vindictus has been diagnosed as suffering from sever depression. Vin prefers 'seeing life without the blinders.' Unlike his parents he grew up being able to see demons, although he never spoke of it much. His first experience was when he was in his parent's expansive yard at their holliday villa. Vindictus was playing amongst a rose bed when he cut his finger on a thorn. A Greenman appeared before him and the two stared at each other for some time before Vin held his finger out to the little creature and it grew a healing herb to patch Vin's finger back up. That was the start to Vin's passion for gardening, and then the study of botony, as well as medicine.
Vindictus was regarded as an intelligent, if somewhat lazy student when in the academy. He was always studying, when not with the Greenman he had befriended when he was young, however he rarely did any school work or spoke up during class. He barely passed his classes, but was the top student of his class when in practical exercises. He rarely shows emotions but was always quick to his comrades' aid when they were injured.
Over the years Vin had befriended many Demons, some dying and others being left behind in their home continents. Greens, the Greenman from Vin's family villa, has been with him from the begining.

MY HISTORY:
Born to billionaires, Vindictus has only ever received the best of everything. He was, however, diagnosed from an early age as being extremely depressed. He has never made an attempt at suicide, and was never seen as showing an risks of such behaviour. Instead he was withdrawn, always pointing out the pessimistic side of most situations and refusing to do much in the way of work, believing it to be unneccessary and useless to him. As such he had poor grades in his school, only ever doing the work when he was motivated to do so. His pessimistic attitude afforded him little in the way of friends, and even more so in the top classes of society where 'brown-nosing' and other snobbery was beyond Vindictus' range of care.
Not long after he had found a friend in a Greenman, to whom Vin would simply call 'Greens,' the young teen encountered an Exorcist on a mission to take down a small gathering of Hobgoblins. Vindictus had followed and witnessed the Exorcist work his skill on killing the mischievious demons. When confronted by the older man, Vindictus finally learned what he was seeing, and of the order of Exorcists. The man's name was Devin, and he ended up being Vindictus' tutor for many years, convincing the Blacklace parents to enroll Vin to True Cross Academy for when he was old enough. Being a teacher at the time, it was easy to also convincing Vin's parents in allowing Devin to visit at schedualed times to teach Vin. Devin's visits were actually of some interest to Vin, and there were many times that his parents would ransom the visits to only occur if he improved his grades at school. It didn't take long for him to become top of his class, and soon even Devin was pushing the teen into furthering his knowledge with various areas.
Not long after Vin had entered True Cross Academy, Devin dissapeared. Suspecting foul play, Vin tried to figure out what had happened, often skipping classes and ignoring assignments. While pursuing the trail his teacher left behind during his final known days at the Academy, Vindictus was taken aside to the see the Principle, who threatened to expell Vin if his investigations continued. Knowing he wouldn't get anyway if he continued his current course, the student ceased any apparent investigations. Vin ended up graduating with slightly above average grade, and even took on a role teaching Botany at the Acadamy. However, his investigations for Devin continues.

Vindictus' parents are extremely wealthy, owning several homes in several countries. Their assets include oil, banks, real estate and several high-end hotels and restaurants. Vindictus is their only child, and believe him to be nothing more than a lead scientist in Botony. They've pushed him several times to go into Biological weapons research for a company they've invested in, but he refuses. They've also pushed him several times to get married, already making arrangements with another wealthy family to have Vin marry their daughter.

FAMILIAR TYPE: Greenman - Kin of Amaimon
FAMILIAR DESCRIPTION: Made of clay, a Greenman is a possessed doll found covered in plants. It is a mostly harmless demon.
FAMILIAR DESCRIPTION APPEARANCE: A clay doll covered in vines, leaves, and a single white flower at its neck.

FAMILIAR ABILITY: Plant Production - Is able to manipulate botanical growth, including growing any fruit or herb on its body, one at a time, or summoning roots to form a defensive barrier.
FAMILIAR BOND: This demon appeared to Vin when he was a child. Vin had cut his thumb open on a thorn, and the demon had healed it for him, growing a herb from its own body before applying it to the cut. Vin visited the Greenman often after that, figuring out what it liked to do and getting into gardening to help preserve it's, and other local Greenmen's, home. Eventually the Greenman started following Vin inside the villa, before deciding to stay by Vin's side when it came time for him to leave for school.
