 As a vampire, Lillith was a failure in every way, shape or form. But when it came to adoring Al, her big metal boo, she was all kinds of flowery and loving when she could be [out of direct sunlight, of course].
On one occasion, she had waited for the sun to juuust about reach setting before she headed out the door, looking for her love.
Mistake.
She wasn't killed, but the little bit of sun had given her a rather harsh case of lobster skin, and little movement had her wincing in pain.
Today she had managed to sit still a little longer, but she had applied sunscreen in thick, greasy layers over her still-pink skin, just in case.
The one downside to her eternal living; sunburn sucked.

Alphonse realized it was just about night, he put his book away, it was time to meet his girl friend Lillith. He had been waiting all day. It can be lonely not being able to sleep, so he always had to keep himself busy, so he read all day and all night, trying to learn everything about the world. But now that he had a girl friend he has fallen in love with, he has been non stop reading about vampires in the day, then at night, he would spend with her. He missed her a ton, so he got up and ran towards her small white house with flowers everywhere.
He had grabbed the bag of blood he had asked his brother to donate just for her. And he said yes, Edward would do anything for Him. He put it in him, so people wouldn't think he was insane for always carrying blood at night. He dashed up the stairs making a loud clanking of his empty armor. He knocked on the door trying to relax.

The knock on the door has a shrill squeak of a voice emerging from her throat, "ONESECOND." She cleared her throat and, of course, it took her less than that to open the door, despite having been across the room as the first knock fell.
Her gaze falling on Al, a purr formed almost instantly on her lips, "Glad you could make it!" It took all of her restraint to not tackle him- oh the hell with that. She pounced on him faster than you could blink her instinctive habit to n** at throats only giving her a mouthful of air and her teeth clanged against the metal of his armor. Well, it only vibrated her teeth a little and she was used to at least that much.

Alphonse caught his love with ease. "Hi hun, I missed you, and I read another book on vampires. Though, this one was strange, vampires are very confusing in these novels...." He gave her a big hug and kissed her the only way he could, he wished he could feel her lips, or even the warmth of her body on his, but he couldn't.... But that won't stop him from loving her forever. "He lifted her up then reached into his chest and pulled out the bag of blood for her. "It's Edwards, he is so nice to donate blood every day, don't tell Winry though, because she might find this cheating. I don't see how it could be, Edward would never cheat on Winry, he is just donating to a good cause, and that is you my dear." He handed it over, with his one arm still holding onto her.

"Oh, what was this new book about?" Her ears perked slightly. It was always strange, hearing about the differences even among her own kind. Well, the only other vampire she had ever known was Akana, but even she was only half-blooded and not a good basis to go by...
Shaking the thought, she bounced slightly and took the bag from Al, having smelled it the minute he walked in but quite too polite to root for it.
She giggled, "Oh nono, he's doing me a favor, keeping me alive to entertain you, little Al-Al." She wriggled out of his grasp and took his hand, pulling him with her as she made her way towards the kitchen, bouncing and speaking energetically the whole way, "I just invested into some Styrofoam cups with straws and lids... you know, so I can drink it without bothering anyone with the grossness."

Alphonse giggled and fallowed his love. "I think I'm going to call you my Angel from now on. The book was about a vampire who falls in love with a were wolf, but then fights another stronger vampire to prove that he loves his were wolf girl friend. I mean, the stronger vampire loved the were wolf girl too, but was a really bad guy. But in the end she ends up in love with the bad guy, because the good vampire sacrifices himself to save the were wolf girl." He scratched his head. "Was strange, but they all have been strange lately. But I like the love scenes, they make me think of you." If he could blush, he would be blushing right now."

She frowned a little, "So she ends up with the bad guy? That doesn't seem very nice of a book." At his last comment, she had her own little moment of embarrassment and lightly slapped at his chest, "Oh stop, our loves scenes are much more fun than any book." She stuck out her tongue at him and went about grabbing what she needed to make her little cup ready before opening a corner of the bag, hiding the pouring process behind the lid before snapping it into place. "You know..." She purred, after taking a long sip and making sure her mouth was clear, "I bet you would be twice as yummy as Edward. Well, you already are, but.. " She fiddled with the straw a moment, but shook her head and changed her mind, quickly slipping back into Al's arms and purring, "If you ever think of sacrificing yourself for me, I will drag you back and keep you around as a ghost... and as punishment I'll make you watch re-runs of baby shows." She scrunched up her nose, the thought of the baby entertainment shows a horror to her own mind.

"If there was a chance I could save your life, by putting my life up for it, I would do it right away." He smiled and cuddled her. "I just don't think life would be worth living without you." He placed her down and sat next to her. He wondered what his brother would say if he heard him say this, but then again Edward had Winry so He was sure he would say the same thing to her. Then he wondered what it would be like to to actually hug Lillith, actually feeling it. Very frustrating having no feelings, but he did still have emotions, though he felt bad for Lillith having to date an armor instead of a person. He would give her blood every day and maybe his blood would taste as good as his brothers. He ruffled her hair** "I would gladly watch those shows!"

She offered a soft pout, but quickly nestled against his side, feeling the cool metal under her weight and quite content with it, used to it. She stuck out her tongue before bouncing slightly, looking him the eye, "Whatcha thinkin' about? I know something's bothering you."
It wasn't in his voice, or his expression, of course, but he had those moments where she could read him just as easily as she could any other fleshed noodle, and it's what made her quite as fond of him as she was... so pure-hearted, you couldn't find that anywhere else but with Al-Al.

"Well, I feel bad that I am just a hunk of metal, I have no blood to give you, I barely have a soul..... I know brother promised to get my body back, but I dunno when and I can't feel you, or give you a real kiss. I feel useless, powerless, I'm just a piece of furniture to real life noodles...." He sighed sadly and stood up, looking at his fist, opening it and closing it. "I have nothing to offer you.... If I had a body I would treat you like the princess you deserve to be..... I feel like I'm just a trouble, especially on you because... well I'm metal, I don't have skin, or even a heart, or a damn brain, I'm nothing...." He walked towards the window, then turned around. "I know one thing though, that I love you, and I promise I will do anything to make you feel loved." His eyes flickered, if he had a body, there would be tears in them right now.

"Oh Al-Al!" She quickly ran to him, clinging to him with all she was worth, "You are my everything, you know! Give me a normal noodle with blood in his veins and a beating heart in his chest and he could never, NEVER come close to what you give me, darling~ Being loved is all someone like me wants, and you do that 100% of the time, to the point you worry too too much!" She at that moment decided to leap in his arms and giggle, rubbing her cheek against his chest, "Besides, I'm much more trouble than you could ever be, and you know that too, my big teddy bear." She stuck out her tongue and playfully cuddled against him all the more, trying to get through his mental barrier and prove her infinite lovey-dovey feelings.

Alphonse smiled, well tried to. "You are a great girlfriend." He giggled. "I should make you my wife! Should we wait until I'm human again, if I become human again...." (he will) He put Lillith down and ran out the door. He then clapped his hands together and put his hands to the ground and made a silver diamond ring, ran back into the place and got down. "Lillith, will you give me the honor of becoming my beautiful bride?" He would be sweating right now if he could, not to mention blushing, he was rushing this a bit, and he wasn't being a very good gentleman.

Lillith faced the same non-blushing issue as him, but that didn't make her any less bashful. A hand flew to her chest, "Really? Me and you forever?! Oh Alphonse... Yes, yes, a thousand times YES!" She tackled him and, despite her size, had quite a bit of throw to her launch, "Human or not, I would loveloveLOVE to be your little wifey! House and home and heathens, the whole she-bang!"

Alphonse squealed in delight, a little to girlishly, but he didn't care! "Edward is gonna be upset, because he likes to be the first to do things....oh well, I'm not waiting another year for them to decide to be together...... They are just too slow! I mean we have been together for a year, and I think we have waited long enough. I mean I don't want to ever be with anyone else for as long as I live....erm if you call what I am living..." He clenched his fists. "I'm going to spoil you so much!** He places the ring on Lillith's paw. "Sorry it isn't gold, it is illegal to make gold."

She grinned, her fangs a flash of white against her pale complexion, "It could be made of twine and it would be perfect, because it's only a ring, darling.~" She grabbed his hands and held them up to her face, purring all the while, "And maybe I should try spoiling you for a change, even things up a bit." She glances towards the doorway and shook her head, "Well, first we should go make a nice big show of our engagement to your midget older brother, ne?"
