• When adding extras like accessories or hair to the lines make sure they're on a new layer. That way later we can add/remove stuff.
- When editing an existing Villager NEVER delete past layers. They might want them again later.
- Always upload your PSD to the MediaFire site when you have finished or edited a Villager.

• Standard pricing for customs will be listed below. Which rank a custom falls under is up to the colorist. If you have difficulty deciding what level to place the custom at refer to Lita Maxwell for assistance.

• Charging for any sort of ‘extras’ outside of the base custom price is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Charging to for a private stream.
- Accepting money to finish a newer custom before an older one.

• There will be a one month grace period for late customs. If a colorist becomes two weeks late on any customs, they will be warned. If they do not finish their customs within the following two weeks, they will asked to refund any overdue customs and step down as colorist. They may reapply at a later date, if desired. If you foresee a problem with finishing a custom please speak with Lita Maxwell to have your work given to someone else rather than make it late.

Price Guide

Want a villager of your very own with a specific type of style? Pick and choose how you want them from species and coloring, to clothing and accessories. But the more complicated the order the pricier the custom can be. Look through the lists below to decide what category your custom falls under and how much it will cost. If you have any questions just PM the mule.

Rules

• You are allowed one custom a month.
• Do not trace or use official lineart for custom examples. Please use the blank lines (JPG or PSD).
• Colorists will open slots at their own leisure. They may have their own set of rules in addition to these, so please read the colorist's thread carefully.
+Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
• Paymented is expected 24 hours after the customs slot is accepted by the colorist. Please talk to the colorist if you cannot do this, they might be able to work something out for you. If a payments exceeds the time limited that custom will lose the slot.
• Payment is excepted in gold unless otherwise stated by the colorist.
• The colorist has the right to refuse your order.
• Refunds are only available when the colorist cannot complete your order. You will also be given the choice of having another colorist do it.
• You may ask for WIPs but no more than two.

Below are the general prices and references for the different types of edits. After the custom form has been submitted the colorist will give a price quote based on the information below.

Heavy Edits: 800M
Extensive amount of edits. In addition to new clothes: hair, changes in anatomy, and large accessories.

Cosplay Villagers: Determined by Colorist, no more than 1B

A cosplaying villager is just a Villager dressed up as a character and are not the character itself. Even if they have the same name. It is suggested you find a name that is similar or reflects the character without being the official name, as duplicate names are not allowed.

This way multiple versions of a character can run around Barton Town. Variations to characters include alternate costumes, alternate realities, fan work, gender bending, and so on, and are all acceptable changes to a character in order to keep them different.

It will be up to a colorist and the owner to decide to change a character to look different than any previous versions. The colorist has the right to refuse a custom if they do not feel it is a adequate change from previous versions and cannot find medium ground with the owner.

NOTE: Colorists cannot completely change lineart, there must still be a resemblance of the base. Whatever base they are on will be their 'species'. For example, Cleffnote and Simon (Gengar) are cats, while Espurr is classified as a Rabbit.
