Ok, reasoning behind this.
Vic was trying to get this part for an anime(Not saying what), And I really wanted him to get it(Those who heard it really wanted him to get it too), but, instead Blum got it, Who want's to go to LA and kick Viz's a**?

Steven Blum? I have heard that somehwere before...
Anyways, as much as it sucks Vic didn't get the part, um...we can't excatly go down there and kick the actors a** that DID get the part.
Its the people who choose the parts fault xd
Haha, but anyways, Vic will get something else. Hes great regardless of whether or not he gets a part anyways ^_^

As much as I think Vic is a great voice actor, I don't think he could pull off Itachi. I sent him the first episode of Jiraiya...so I'm hoping he gets him. Jiraiya is definitely more fun to voice and more epsodes...120+
