B'alam Owner's List ||
Due to the massive over-haul of the B'alam shop as a whole, we have decided that the cleanest and most effective means of maintaining an owner's list is to have every user maintain his or her own B'alam. This is a little different from most shops, but there is no possible way for the staff to track down every B'alam ever owned. Many files were lost in the exchange and some users aren't even around anymore!
Please be sure to read over this post entirely before posting. Use the forms provided and be sure to ask the staff if you have any questions.
Rules ||
◘ B'alam not listed here will not be allowed to breed. We are insisting on this rule as a means of ensuring that everyone maintains their own ownership.
◘ Use our forms. They are formatted this way for easy access and reference.
◘ Cosplays are separate - regardless of what tribe they are in. This is so we can check over for any claimed cosplays. They are also the only B'alam that will not be listed in spoiler tags so we can do a quick search.
◘ Cosplays not listed here will be up for grabs again one month after this post. We will do a guild announcement to give old owners a heads up. Even if your cosplay needs a makeover before you can breed/rp them, be sure to claim them as yours here!
◘ Be sure to mark the B'alam that you own that are in need of makeovers.
◘ Do NOT claim a B'alam that you do not own!
◘ Do NOT add a fancy banner. Stick to the format.
◘ Turn your signature off! This just makes it clean!
Form ||
Please use the form provided, and only the form provided. Do not add anything unless otherwise specified in the rules above. New tribes will be added in the future and we will be sure to add to the coding in the future to compensate for this.
Cosplay Questers ||
If you are questing for a cosplay that is listed on the owner's list, you must gain approval from a staff member before you can make the cosplay official. This way we can check to ensure that designs are different.
If you are questing for a cosplay that is not listed here, you do not have to ask permission.
Cosplay owners ||
If your cosplay is not listed here, consider your cosplay fair game! We will allow duplicates so long as the designs are different. Seeing as most of the old cosplays are on the old lines, any cosplays can be done on the new lines and count as a new design.
If there is a conflict ||
PM this mule and we will address the matter.
Add this as a category if you have retired species of B'alam or B'alam that do not fit into any other tribe (And thus, are in need of a makeover):
**Remove B'alam from this section and edit them into the appropriate section(s) as you get them remade!**
Add this to the end of a Cosplay B'alam's tag if they are in need of a makeover before they can be official again.
** Remove this tag when/if you get the B'alam updated. **
Add this to the end of a Cosplay B'alam's tag if you do not wish to get them remade and thus surrender the right to the cosplay in the shop's update.
** You cannot change this if/when the cosplay is claimed for the new format by another. **
