Roll a Twelve: Graveyard Field:In this particular field selection, the stadium ceiling is shut tight, covering the entire inner area of the stadium in a veil of pure darkness. The ordinary dirt field is swapped out for a field full of grave stones scattered across the lifeless soil. Near the northern end of the battle field, a single withered tree stands hunched over as though in constant mourning of those who rest for eternity here. A dense fog weaves in and out of the headstones and hinders vision. The fog itself seems damp and heavy, like the tears of the living mourning for the lost. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to GHOST and DARK type attacks.

Lenore walked into the stadium, her attention fixed on the book in her hands. Reaching the railing, she closed the book and sent out Nelis'viel. Giving the kirlia a reassuring smile, she turned her attention back to her book.
Nelis'viel tried her hardest to focus on Lenore, and the girl's calmness spread through her. Ready for battle, she awaited her opponent.

Zak made his way into the stadium, and took his place. "Alright Zeke lets see what you can do." he stated sending out the newly evolved Charmelon. Seeing Lenore's own newly evolved pokemon he gave her a small smile.
Upon being released Zeke snapped his jaws together his crimson eyes narrowing at his opponent, he was battle ready.

Still keeping her attention on Lenore, the kirlia began to chant to herself; softly at first, then louder. A shimmering ward surrounded Nelis'viel, keeping some of the fog away.

The Charmelon took this as a chance and attacked. His long raptor legs lunging for the Kirlia, his teeth elongating as he aimed to crunch down upon the physic and fairy type.

Nelis'viel cried out in pain as she was bitten by the charmeleon, but she focused on Lenore and waves of calm spread through her. "Mud Slap, Nel!" Freeing herself, she jumped backwards, kicking up some soft earth at the fire-type as she did.

Zeke was hit with the attack sliding back the charmeleon dug his claw into the ground stopping himself from toppling back. Once more the fire type lunged forward, however this time his claws grew dark and became slightly longer as he slashed the shadow claw at Nel.

Nel slid backwards from the impact of the attack, but as she focused on Lenore, she didn't feel the pain. "Again!" Darting up to the charmeleon, with her hair blowing freely in the breeze, she kicked up some more dirt at her opponent.

The charmelon nearly toppled backwards as he was hit with the attack. Digging his claws into the ground he lurched forward and slashed at the Kirlia

Her back pressed against a tombstone, Nel ducked out of the way and let the charmeleon's claws sink into the stone. Scooting out of the way, she kicked up more dirt as she went.

The claws slashed through her already tattered skirt, and she momentarily stopped focusing on Lenore and cried out in pain. Tears welling in her eyes, she clapped her hands together again and began to chant.
