► So you want to be a colorist? Here are the requirements!
We prefer colorists who can do edits, but we are looking to hire on a few that can't or won't do edits. We have a growing selection of stock edits that can be used by those who do not do their own, as well as breeding edits available for use.
We are pretty laid back. Every few months I will plan a major event. Just contribute however much you can.
There are no differences for colorists at Long Dao. You color what you can for planned events, and can make your own events too.
Each colorist can open however many custom/breeding slots as they want each month.
► Payments
All colorists receive the same pay.
All colorists keep 100% of all of their sales.

Color at least 2 of these. If you want to be approved to do edits, please include some on your entries.
In addition to those two, pick one of these pairs and complete a mock breeding. Color at least 2 babies.
These do not need to include edits, regardless of whether or not you are going to be an edit colorist. You can include edits if you really want to.

Managers must be active. A lot of inactivity on your part will result in termination of your employment. This is very important! Long Dao is a growing shop that needs an active crew.
Experience required. Everybody is welcome to apply, but we are really looking for someone with experience managing b/c shops.
We need a manager to tidy up guild threads, help keep up with owner's lists and loyalty points, and help manage events (rolling winners/divvying out pets during large events with multiple colorists involved).
