Personality:Surge is a leader who knows hes in charge and shows it but is not always a brute. He may have bullied his way to the top of the Techs but hes an overal likeable guy whos quick and decisive and loyal to his gang.

Weapons Description:His gloves work on a transformable grid where when the proper chip is inserted they activate the specific function.
The energy pistol works by firing a high velocity bolt of either stable energy or highly destructive raw energy.

Bio:Once an emissary for the Fire skulls MJ picked up many of their tricks along the way but when the other gang fell and he was out of a job he decided it was time to seize power. In no time really he pushed his way to the top and once he got there proceeded to bolster his gang making them a far stronger force to be reckoned with.

Personality: Effy is practical. She only takes what she needs and she's not sentimental. She's intelligent, street smart and book smart. Everyone to her are idiots and she tries to limit human contact as little as possible. She could care less about who's dying and who's alive, unless that person has something to do with something she wants. She knows just about everything in every subject and she views herself as a badass.
Belle is a little french seductress. She knows she's hot and she loves to use that fact against everyone. Belle is also crazily homicidal. Unlike Effy, who is indifferent about death, Belle revels in it. She loves to watch the light go out of peoples eyes, and she views murder as an art form. She loves material items and she loves dressing up. She has a temper, and her fits can be deadly to everyone around her. She loves sex. She cant get enough of it, and she happens to also be addicted to hallucinogens.

Weapons Description: Its quite simply really. Both of them are pretty old school, they like to use a deadly toxic poison that kills people in minutes. They just dip a sharp object in the stuff and their golden. Belle takes the antidote right before she puts on some poisoned lipstick, and when she kisses someone that person is dead.
Special: Effy has DID.
Bio: When Effy was a little girl, her family moved from Ireland to Tokyo, which was quite a culture shock for her. She had her two parents, her twin Brigid, and her little brother Kieran. They had made a good little home there in Tokyo, until the tragedy of her entire family being murdered before her very eyes. She was eleven years old, and she was thrown into the closet by her mother, and she had to watch her mother and sister get raped and them all be brutally tortured before finally dying. She was then moved from one foster family to the next. When she was fourteen Belle made her appearance, and Belle got her and Effy into the Vampire Skullz, which then made Effy run away from her current foster home. Effy and Belle have been cold blooded murderers ever since then.
