Think fancy. And original.
But for now, think very messy, because the brothers had a fight and now Cary, the only person living there, has become a secluded shut-in.

Hayden Belmont You're never around... Four days. It had been more than half a week since he had seen his brother. Or anyone, really. Ever since Darcy left him, Cary couldn't find the motivation to do anything. Who could he confide in? Who could he spend time with? Who would he win the world for now? Cary shuffled into the kitchen, looking as disheveled as the entire dorm. He didn't even have the motivation to take care of himself. Usually Darcy would scold him for things like that... But even Cary knew he needed food. He wandered lowly into his kitchen, picking out the first thing he saw, which was a loaf of bread. He didn't care about dishes anymore, they all tasted the same. It was just as he opened the bag of bread that he heard thuds towards his door. He would have ignored it and dismissed it as someone on the same floor, only a heavy thud came against the door. Startled, Cary looked straight to the entrance, wincing as another impatient thud of a knock came through it. Who was it? Was it Darcy? Although he was sure that wasn't the case, he clung to the hope and made his way to the door. The person on the other end wasn't willing to wait. The door shuddered as a powerful kick forced it open, causing Cary to freeze in place. His eyes widened as the door swung open to reveal the art teacher from all that time ago, only there was something different. Streaks of white went through the brown hair, his skin was more tan, his eyes were similar to a wild animal's, and Cary could have sworn he could see black horns coming out of the sides of his head. Hayden, though, wouldn't give Cary any time to observe. With a demonic growl that caused Cary to inhale sharply with fear, Hayden strode over to him in less than a second and grabbed him by the throat. "Where is he?" the teacher seethed, his voice slightly deeper than last time. Cary gasped and weakly clawed at the hand around his neck. "Who... are you talking about?" he gasped. Snarling in irritation and impatience, Hayden lifted the boy up with one hand and slammed him against the wall, ignoring the cry of pain. "Your brother!" he yelled and slammed Cary against the wall once more. "I heard he was with Peter. Tell me where he is!" Whimpering in fear, Cary gripped Hayden's wrist as his legs flailed to find floor. He'd never been through anything alone, let alone a fight against something paranormal. He'd never been so terrified in his life, and as the demon glared at him with such deathly eyes, he felt a warm trickle run down his legs. It's okay, he tried to reason with himself, It's okay. Darcy will come and protect me. He always protects me. He'll come. That's when Hayden's last comment ripped everything else away from Cary. He hung there limply for a second, wide eyes on the demon that was growing more and more impatient each second. Darcy... He... He really left him for the artist. He really wasn't coming back. Suddenly, a strike to the side of his face yanked Cary back to reality. "Quit stalling and tell me where your goddamn brother is! I swear to God I'll rip your head off!!" Hayden roared. Cary stared off into space for a second, not really registering the pain, the death threat, or even the blood rolling down the side of his face. Darcy left him for Peter. This teacher was going to kill him because of Peter. Darcy couldn't protect him because he was with Peter. He lost everything... Peter took everything from him. Hayden stared at Cary for a second then growled and squeezed his grip on the neck, his claws digging into the wall. He raised his free hand to strike the boy again when he heard something. "What?" he sneered. "Kill me." The demon hesitated and loosened his grip, but Cary turned to face him as soon as he did so and tightened his own grip on his wrist. "Go on! Kill me!" he yelled as tears fell from his face at a rapid pace. "I don't have anything to live for anymore! I don't have any family anymore! Your precious artist took it all from me!" When Hayden just stared at him with wide eyes, Cari narrowed his own sorrowfully and tightened his grip on the wrists to the point of his hands trembling. "Please... kill me. I can't handle this anymore." he silently cried. Hayden stared at Cary for a moment, completely surprised by the turn of events. To be lonely to the point of asking for death... Blinking a couple times, Hayden looked down at his hand and hesitated. Was he really willing to kill this kid out of anger? That wasn't like him. Pursing his lips, the demon set Cary back to his feet and released him. "I'm not going to kill an innocent person." was his only response. Looking across the room, an idea came to his mind. He walked around until he found a scent different than Cary's, one he was sure belonged to Darcy. He studied the scent for a moment then, once he found a trail, made his way out. "Wait!" cried Cary, making the demon stop at the doorway. "How can you just let me live?! You said so yourself, you'd rip my head off! Well?! Why won't you do it?!" The older man stayed quiet for a moment then finally turned around. He still said nothing, but he gave Cary a pitiful look. Then he left. The blonde stared at the empty space that was once where the teacher stood. That look on his face... More tears rolled down Cary's face as he fell to his knees. He lost everything, and now he was forced to live with it? How cruel could this world be? Silently crying, Cary pulled his knees to his chest and dug his face into them. He cried as he sat in his filth, the echoes in the dorm reminding him of how alone he was. ...so all I can do is be alone. Cary Valentine

"Oh yeah? Rules? Well rules were made to be broken. AND YOUR NECK COULD BE BROKEN!"
Darcy finally stopped running when he got to the door, clothes and hair damp and rumpled from the non-stop run. He panted, exhaustion taking over for the adrenaline, but he forced it down. Hayden had to be lying. He couldn't be telling the truth about Cary. The younger twin was careful about his appearance, always wore cologne, always was well-groomed. He wouldn't do that to himself. He wouldn't just let himself starve. With a burst of courage, Darcy pushed opened the recently-fixed door, and immediately recoiled. The first thing he noticed was the smell. Waling inside, the dorm didn't look as bad as it could've, but the dishes were piling up and so was the trash. He looked around, walking inside and immediately getting to work. He stacked the dishes, tossed out the garbage, and sprayed a few air fresheners. It smelled a little better, but there was something left. "Cary," he whispered, pushing up one rolled up sleeve as he searched the dorm. It didn't take long. Upon finding his brother, the teen turned on his heel quietly and went into the bathroom, starting up a bubble bath. He then went back into the room and wordlessly lifted Cary in his arms with ease. carrying him into the bathroom and locking the door behind him. He sat him on the toilet, kneeling and working on removing the dirty clothes, his eyes peeking up at Cary every few minutes and waiting for him to yell.

Cary hadn't moved from his spot since the encounter with the art teacher. He still stayed with his head buried between his knees and his chest, and he was so still that it made sense for Darcy to overlook him when he entered. Because his head was down, Cary wasn't aware that it was his brother that was inside, but assumed it was the art teacher again, most likely searching for something to force-feed him. He couldn't understand. Was this the teacher's method of torture? He'd wait for Cary to accept death only to force him to live? He couldn't comprehend it. Then again, he couldn't comprehend anything. He didn't want to anymore. Cary sat there numbly, his eyes spaced out and incapable of noticing if there was even a fire in front of him. It was almost frightening how drastically he changed from his arrogant self to a mere living corpse. When Cary finally blinked, he realized that he was no longer in the kitchen, but in the bathroom. How did he get here? As he looked around, he felt his vest being unbuttoned. Immediately a sorrowful look crossed his face. "Why won't you leave me alone?" he whispered to whom he assumed was the art teacher. "I don't need your help. I don't want it! I want to di-" He stopped as soon as his eyes fell to the person in front of him. The mirror reflection - No, he couldn't say that anymore. They looked nothing alike now. If it wasn't the clothes, it was the bruise on the left side of Cary's face that made them different from each other. But he was there. Darcy was there. His breathing turning shallow, Cary slowly moved a trembling hand towards the figure before him, wanting to confirm that he wasn't losing it. "Dar...cy?" he mumbled in a wobbly tone, tears forming around his eyes as his hand felt that familiar chest.

"Oh yeah? Rules? Well rules were made to be broken. AND YOUR NECK COULD BE BROKEN!"
By the time Cary said his name, Darcy had already unbuttoned the vest and the button-up, slipping the tie off to push the top off of his brother's shoulders. The young man winced as he heard his name, looking back up at Cary with gentle eyes and taking in the sight of that dirty face. "Yeah," he breathed in reply, raising one hand to gingerly touch his little brother's bruised cheek. "I should never have left you," he said quietly as he set aside the shirt and vest, shifting on his knees as he undid Cary's pants and started to push them off. They looked the same down there, there was nothing Darcy hadn't seen before. But still, the image brought a pink tint to his cheeks. He carefully folded the dirty clothes, nose scrunching once again at the smell. He left for a week and this was what happened? Cary was usually so careful with his hygiene, but without Darcy, he was this big of a mess? What had happened to the stubborn, arrogant twin he'd left behind for what he thought would be for good? Standing, the teen lifted his twin like one would a delicate princess and set him in the steaming bath, kneeling once again beside it and starting to scrub the other blonde's side with a loufa lathered in his soap, still waiting for the screaming he knew would happen, and the beating he deserved. Meanwhile, he worked to clean every crevice of his brother's body, the water soon starting to cloud from the dirt. He would have to redraw the bath just to do Cary's hair, but he didn't mind. He had to take care of his brother, like he'd promised their parents and their grandmother. He had to be the big brother. No. He had to be the man who was in love with Cary Valentine.

Cary twitched when his bruise was touched, but he still stared at his brother's face as his mind went numb. Here was the man he had thrown his life away for, the one who was his only comfort during those painful years, the one who abandoned him when he needed him most. An emotion did flare up then, one that even surprised him. An undeniable anger born from fear, loneliness, and betrayal. "Get away from me!" Cary screeched as he was put in the tub. He suddenly became aware of his lack of clothing and blushed, not out of modesty but of humiliation. This was perhaps the worst state he had ever been in, and for his brother to see it... To give him that pitiful look, too...! "Leave me alone!" Cary yelled and viciously swatted at the arms that tried to clean him. "I don't need you! I don't want you!" You clearly didn't want me, he thought bitterly as he settled slightly in the tub, his rage far from leaving. "What? Did your precious artist kick you out? Or are you abandoning him, too?" he spat, avoiding Darcy's arms each time they reached for him.

"Cary, stop it," he begged quietly, reaching out and trying to apply the soapy loufa to his brother's skin. But each time he tried, the other teen dodged him completely. Tears arose to the elder twin's eyes, dripping down his cheeks in no time. Unable to stop himself, he lunged forward with his long arms and wrapped them around his brother, shoulders shuddering as he held the dirtied blonde close. "I-I'm so sorry!" he sobbed. "I-I just... I got tired of feeling like you didn't care about me. You never encouraged me unless we were teasing other, you never seemed to even care, and I only wanted you to see how much you needed me. I didn't mean to for things to get this far! And Peter, Peter just let me stay at his place while he and that teacher were separated. We never did anything but be friends, I promise! Just please, Cary... Please, let me come back! I-I'll do anything! Just let me come back to you." He whispered the end, cutting himself off with his own weeping. The teen shook, displaying a type of remorse he never had before.

Cary hesitated as he was hugged and begged for forgiveness. His expression softened as he heard the other weep, reminded of all the days he spent doing the same thing. "Idiot," he sighed. "You think I don't care about you? That I'm just using you to control the world? Did you ever think about why I wanted to win it?" he asked and glanced sideways at his brother. "I did this all for you, Darcy. I wanted to rule to world so that no one would ever look down on us again or, God forbid, be like our parents. I wanted a place for us to be happy." Gripping Darcy's arms, he pushed him off him and settled into the tub, glaring away. "The truth is, Darcy... I've been in love with you since childhood, I just never knew how to handle it. We're brothers, after all. Then you start ogling that artist and... I got jealous." he muttered while avoiding his brother's face.

"Oh yeah? Rules? Well rules were made to be broken. AND YOUR NECK COULD BE BROKEN!"
Darcy bit his lip as he was pushed off, listening to his brother speak. His eyes widened at Cary's confession, although everything suddenly made sense. His twin hadn't been angry at him because he got distracted from his ambition. He was angry because Darcy was distracted from him. His own expression softened considerably as he took it all in, that one piece of information that he'd been waiting to hear all this time echoing in his head. The water rose slightly as a clothed Darcy stepped into the water, sitting on his knees in front of his brother. He reached behind the other blonde, pulling out the stopper and letting out the water in silence, his chin just barely touching the other teen's bare shoulder. It didn't take long for the dirty water to drain, and when it did, Darcy put the stopper back in and turned the hot water on once again, leaning back and looking into his brother's eyes. "Let's start again, Cary," he said quietly, moving closer and gulping back his nervousness. "Let's start over, but just for you and me. I don't want the world. I just want you. I've only ever wanted you." He set his hands on either side of the slightly smaller teen, tilting his head just enough to press his lips to Cary's in a sweet, tender kiss.

The younger twin leaned away in surprise when Darcy got in the tub. "What are you...?" His voiced drifted off as the bigger male leaned forward, but only to empty the tub. Suddenly feeling self-conscious, Cary closed his legs to hide his shame, wincing when the hot water touched his body again. He looked down to lift one hand from the filling water, and when he looked back up he noticed his brother coming closer. He caught his breath at Darcy's words, his heart fluttering wildly. Without realizing it himself, he leaned in the same time as Darcy and pressed his lips against the other's. It was a short kiss, but it felt like an hour's worth. Emotions poured out from both sides and passed through their lips, telling each other of the years spent untold. Cary finally leaned away from the kiss, leaning his forehead against the other's as he caught his breath. His heart refused to calm down, and his mind was racing. "... Don't ever think about leaving me again." he said breathlessly in response to Darcy's earlier statement.

"Oh yeah? Rules? Well rules were made to be broken. AND YOUR NECK COULD BE BROKEN!"
He reached back to turn off the water, the steaming liquid reaching their chests. Darcy smiled tenderly, his hands moving to lightly touch his brother, one hand on his hip and the other taking his hand. He slowly brought the hand to his chest, his heart beating fast. "Do you feel that?" he murmured, eyes half-closed as they looked over the nude blonde. "This is how I feel around you every moment of every day. Why would I leave you again, when this only happens when I'm around you?" His hand dug under him, pulling him up and closer onto his lap. Darcy took the loufa once again, soaped it up, and started to wash his brother's skin, starting on the neck and scrubbing as gently as possible. The water made little waved as he moved, making his clothes even more wet, but he didn't care. All that mattered was being close to Cary.

Cary blushed as he felt the fluttering heartbeat against Darcy's chest. It was so similar to his, it was as if he was feeling his own chest. His blush deepened as he was moved to sit atop his brother's lap, where he put his hands on the other's shoulders to keep himself steady. He tilted his head to make it easier for Darcy to scrub his neck, and as he did so he noticed his brother's clothes. "Wait." he said as his hands tried to remove the white blazer. "Your clothes, you're getting them wet."

"I wouldn't, if I were you," he warned quietly, the loufa trailing down his brother's back. He moved him just enough to expose the lump growing in his slacks, and the reason why he didn't want his clothes to be removed. "I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to hold myself back if with you like this, Brother. I don't want to hurt you." But he did allow Cary to remove the blazer, the heat starting to get to him.

Cary looked down at his brother's lump, blushing at the very thought of it reacting to him. He gulped and licked suddenly dry lips before looking back up at the identical face he had fallen for. "It's okay." he said as he dropped the soaked blazer on the tiled ground. "If it's you... You'll only make me feel better." he breathed as he leaned in for a kiss he was beginning to get addicted to.

"Oh yeah? Rules? Well rules were made to be broken. AND YOUR NECK COULD BE BROKEN!"
The teen returned the kiss as tenderly as he could, something deep within him wanting him to hurry this up. But Cary was a virgin, to his knowledge at least, and he couldn't rush it. He had to take it slow. Darcy wrapped his arms around his brother's waist, pulling him closer and deepening the kiss considerably. After a few moments, he let his brother slip off enough to remove his vest and tie, leaving his shirt to be opened by Cary as he reached for shampoo. "Let's not forget why we're in the bath in the first place, Brother," he reminded with a light smile, squirting shampoo onto his palm and reaching up to rub it into the other blonde's hair.
