Even before the Great Voyage, Magic Earth was very much populated. Though not by any that we are used to today, but by native species, and the first of the races to relocate: The Elves. The elves were wiser than many of the quickly evolving races, and they foresaw that unity would not last. In fact, the wisest of them even forewarned King Asmodius I what would happen i the coming decades. Some many centuries before the Great Voyage, Kuj'anast was built.
A magnificent city that was sprawled with gardens, towers, libraries, magical treasures and more. It's citizens could never enjoy life more, they had the biggest homes, the best wealth, roads, water systems and beauty. By the time of the Great Voyage, remaining elves had a place to go, the other races spread where they liked and founded their own cities. The city moved on as normal until the 15th century. By now the Circle had become a prominent force, out of no where, and had gained the respect of many. They had come to be very powerful politically, and even had supporters of what would become Castayu Del'yir in the future. In 1472, the Circle destroyed Kuj'anast City.
It was a cursed day, hated by many, respected by others. The reason - the elves of Kuj'anast were becoming slowly, but surely, more obsessed with digging below the city to uncover a rumoured jewel, related to the Jewel War. Feeling responsible for Kuj'anast and any actions it may take in the future, the Circle knew that another Jewel could never be found. They knew that trying to take opposition against the city to save it in the process would be retaliated against, the city had become corrupt with power. And so, the Circle, with its many followers, caused cataclysm amongst the city and turned it into a mess of rubble, of gauges in the ground and overground towers. Giant roots leapt from the ground and crashed down on buildings, earthquakes shook the foundation of towers and storm that lasted for days cleansed the city and let the remaining vines root themselves down, tightly.
Now, some of the city remains, but it is overground, torn apart and i some places even flooded.
