Ezra may, or may not, have shaken her off again before they arrived at the main school building. But if anything he would likely have picked up on the fact that no amount of screaming, complaining, or well.. anything, would remove the perpetual smile on the ghouls face. If anything she became more optimistic and happy with new excitement that could be found in small things.
Like explaining that that rock over there was great for sitting on while taking a lazy day, and that path was great for climbing trees, and oh the teacher who was often seen in that direction was a grumpy gus and liked the word 'Detention' a lot. Rather useless information. He probably also learned that minipets were cute and fluff, spookies were tasty, and possibly that he was also now one of her new bestest friends forever. Yes, she was aware they barely knew each others names. That was enough. Regardless, they HAD eventually made it to the main school building, and a rather well set of navigated halls later, she stopped at a door and both hands rands with a classic "Ta-da!" Apparently this was her goal.
Which reeked of a foul, strange smell. Rather unidentifiable. "By the way, don't wander off." She added, lifting a hand. "We've lost students for weeks in these halls before." There was a matter of fact nod before she turned to fling the door open and stride inside. "I found this a bit back you know! It's a room we don't really use, I think it's cause of this..." With that she pointed to a large caldron of some sort. Inside was a sickly green liquid that bubbled red polka-dots. It was the source of the rank stench. "I think someone was making a perfume." She smiled, nodding a bit before peering over it lightly.
From a rather safe distance. "But you wanted a class room. This is the most interesting one I know!" Because she may, or may not, have been banned for the library for climbing book cases at the moment.Cooro Cooro Welcome to identify the pot. Or just wonder what they do at this school.

This girl. This irritating overly peppy girl. Peppy people he could take. Peppy people were fine, simply fine! There was nothing wrong with peppy people, they were sweet people, indeed, but it seemed that this girl must have had ooze in her ears or something, for she did not seem to understand his discomfort in her touches.
"I apologize you find my interests boring, I suppose that is who I am. It is a school, after all, and maybe I value my education a bit more than the average person. I would request again, you didn't touch me. I do not know you. I am not your friend. It is rude for you to impose yourself on me as such, especially when I'm am outright stating that I do not wish for you to do such a thing. I understand you are excited, I am very excited about this too, but please, I'll ask again for you to keep your hands to yourself. Though personal space may not be a problem for you, I'd like to at least become comfortable around you before you decide to put your hands on me." He was being polite, right? He was being nice, his tone easy and calm, and he did his best not to seem irritated, even if it was gritting on him.
How old was this girl? Did she not know manners? Was she not taught how to conduct herself among new people? Did she not think this would be a turn off from the school in general, if the first meeting he would have in a place he was so excited about was with someone who was so rude? Calling his very interests boring. It was so unfair that whoever fate was decided that he was to be punished by being paired with this girl.
No, no, he was calm, he was smiling and he wanted to see this! He wanted to immerse himself in this community of students and faculty of the highest caliber in the city! Even with his irritation, he listened to the girl pointing out information about every rock and tree and creature, soaking up the knowledge for later use.
"Ah.. Well.. If the person was going for parfume de Bubbly goo, then I think they achieved it. I wonder if the person will come back and further work on their.. Mixture. If they did, I'd love to see what it's intended purpose is for such a piece of work. "Raja As a fair warning, Ezra isn't going to appreciate not being listened to, and may likely abandon Simply if she is oblivious to his polite requests to have room amongst them. He'd rather get lost than deal with someone Rude. XD It's nothing against you, of course, it's just in character. And Hehe... Pocahontas quote.

She raised a brow. "Learning isn't boring. Classrooms are." She stated rather plainly. She was very much an on-hands type of person. Sitting and listening to a lecture wasn't on the top of her to do list, which was why she thought it a rather boring thing to see. "Besides, every classroom is the same. If you've been in one, you've seen them all?" So why go and see those when there were more interesting and new things to explore on a new campus? Still, she'd help with the request in her own way.
She did pause briefly to look at him at his attempt to once more reason with her, tilting her head to one side. The very concept of not enjoying a hug, from any person, didn't make sense. It was only logical to be happy when someone pulled you into an affectionate hug. Or wanted to be close. So his need to insist he was not okay with any of this caused a light tap to her lips before she smiled again. "You know, they make people feel accepted and appreciated." She offered, holding up both hands. "So do you just not like people?" What a sad thing if he didn't. Still, he seemed briefly safe at the moment. Because there was a better distraction to keep her attention.
Mainly, his notation of what it was. She'd been trying(if you could call it that) to figure it out a while by experimenting with it. Which was that she just dropped things in the brew and watched what happened. He on the other hand seemed to gather what it was right away and thus her attention became fixed on it curiously. "So it is a perfume?" She cocked her head to one side, leaning both hands on the edge of the cauldron as she watched it bubble and ooze. "And it was turning out right?" Huh, she'd never have guessed.
A pause.
"Do you think I messed it up? I put some stuff in it." Just some creepateria food, some pens, and there might have been part of a chair. Normal things, really. Another pause. "So why would someone make it? You said intended purpose, right?" She wasn't against learning, actually as a whole she was a curious creature. So, what did he mean by that?Cooro Cooro If it's IC then do it. I won't take offense for a character grimacing at mine. XD

Ezra's eyes narrowed for a moment, becoming more and more exasperated by this monster. He was to be patient. You couldn't rush things. It was like studying, if you rush through it, how were you to learn anything. Maybe this girl was a bit brighter than she appeared. Who knows, maybe she was a genius in her field.
"I honestly don't have any idea what it could be. Perfume, yes, that certainly is NOT what it is. If anything, maybe poison? An acid? Something to do damage with... You what? Yes, yes I DO think you could have potentially messed up the person's work. Do you have no shame in what you do that affects others?" How dare she! How could she interfere with someone elses work! What a lack of respect! It was insulting, beyond insulting! This wasn't just some.. Some well to toss you little coins and cookies into, no this was someone's WORK. It was in a school! Whether it was for research or just for some, for all she knew it could have been something very important! But no, no, she just seemed to not understand it at all! This wasn't interesting, no, this was disorderly insanity that did not fit his image of this school! He could not handle this. No. He took a step back, looking down on the girl with such distaste that it must have been tangible.
"I must apologize, but I'm starting to think you aren't exactly material to be here. This IS a scare school, correct? You are... Well, You are not very frightening at all. The way you present yourself seems to be all rainbows and love and happiness and what not, and hardly a sense of respect, I might add. That is not what this school is supposed to be about, is it? Yes, Certainly there are friends, but to force yourself on another person and invade their space, their zone of comfort uninvited shows a very obvious lack of respect for another person. And what is wrong with the idea that I do not like hugs? Am I expected to like them instantly? Do I know you? Do you know anything about me besides my name? Oh, or do you consider the fact that since you know my name that is enough reasoning to do so?" Maybe he was harsher than he needed to be, but enough was enough! There was no sense in continuing on with something that he found so unpleasant.
"Unfortunately, I do believe it would be best to return me to courtyard. After all, it seems our interest clash too much, and you did say that I'd be lost in here otherwise. As harsh as my words may have been, I'd rather leave here with a positive outlook on you, knowing that you were at least bright enough to realize your actions have negative consequences."

He was barking up the wrong tree if he wanted logic, or anything close to the semblance of it. Simply did live in her own world of sorts, and in it some of the laws were, in fact, a bit bent. Though in truth, she was rather good at what she did. It just didn't involve a lot of study.
She issued a bit of a hmmn noise at the mention of it, nodding a bit. "It was smell enough I thought maybe..." But certainly the way it boiled things down when she'd dropped them did suggest it was likely more akin to acid, or at least a very potent poison. But then she in turn gave him a bit of a look at his outburst. "If something is important you don't leave it out. Nor do you not at least put a note on it!" She called, crossing her arms. she'd done nothing wrong.
They left it in a publicly accessible classroom without a single shred of notation s to what it was, if it was important, or if they'd abandoned it. "Besides, it's been here months." She added, shrugging. "If I cared about something I wouldn't leave it somewhere to rot." He was just being overly uppity. Like one of the demons who fretted over every little thing. Not that they weren't fun in their own way, but... well. They had less fun because of it. "You know, you assume an awful lot." She added, smiling a bit. It seemed this wasn't exactly a bad trait either though.
"Like that I want to scare you. You're not a human. I'm not here to collect fear. Why should I want to be scary right now?" She might have had a point, but it was true he often came off as sunshine and rainbows. Heaven knew she didn't even fear glitter, one of the most disturbing elements in their world. ...it got everywhere and sparkled. "I'd rather not be feared by my classmates. That's why you came, right?" She shook her head a bit at that before shrugging. "Someone has to decide to want to be friends or it's a stalemate. You just seem to think it's scary to open yourself up to more than that apparently." She added, a couple of firm nods given at that. "But if you're bored already we can go back." She added, lifting a hand to point to the door.
"I can show you the way, but you're going all the way to the gates. They said you have to have someone watching you." He wasn't to be allowed to freely roam. They'd sort of mentioned that. "You're certain you don't want to see anything else?" She questioned, starting for the door with a swish of her tail. Even if she'd offended him, he obviously hadn't managed to break through that either very thick skin, or just how dense she was with most things. "But I will say, you shouldn't judge students by how they act here for how scary they can be. We're all friends at school." She was a were-beast. Why would this form be intimidating?

"You did say that students get lost in these halls for weeks, maybe that's what happened. And there are some edibles that take a nice long time to properly set itself to consume, but I digress" Ezra was not all to excited to keep on the conversation with this girl. In fact, the more she spoke the more he was eager to get back to where he had come from. Every action she had, felt stifling, allowing him to think far too clearly for his own good. He couldn't be himself with this one. He couldn't let his mind take the course it normally would, his happy, circular conversations that went about more often than not. No, all his mind could think was Stop it. Stop it. You are unwelcomed, girl. I do not like you. I do not wish to be near you. You are are a terrible example. Take me back, take me back to where I can find someone more interested in my tastes, someone who takes this more seriously than she does.
It seemed she didn't quite understand what he meant, but all was well when she did say she would return him.
"No, thank you. I had already mentioned where I wanted to go, but if you do not wish to go there, then you should drop me off, and we can both perhaps find individuals who get along better. It is not as if I don't like the ideas of friends, but to just let you cling to me as if we've known eachother for years, it's unpleasant. Could this have gone better, yes, if you would have listened to my request the first time to keep your hands to yourself. And I highly doubt that everyone is friends here, that's just not how the universe works. Perhaps in your own little mind it does, and if that's the case, it would be best to break it off here." Ezra shrugged a bit, shaking his head again and stepping aside so she could lead him back to the beginning of the tour.
"Think what you will, I've reached the point where I don't care. Please return me to the beginning, so that we can find a better suited tour guide and visitor."

She shook her head. "Still didn't leave a note." She offered, trying to make her point. They hadn't done anything to show it was important. Just left it, so why not have a bit of fun and experiment? Still, he wanted to think what he wanted to think. She too was beginning to believe arguing it was pointless. He just wanted to be all angry for someone who hadn't even checked in and left a note after she did something. If SHE cared about something she'd do something about it, so why wouldn't they? It was only logical. Still, she held up both hands. "I honestly don't think they cared." She finally concluded, heading out the door lightly.
"Yea, because it's a terrible example of what makes Amityville Amityville." There was a library everywhere. You could find books in any location. There'd be classrooms in any place with learning. Why would anyone want to check such a thing? It was the ghouls and boils who made up the school that made it what it was. The peculiarities like that dangerous forest, or the crazy prom nights. Not to mention being drug into world ending random things sometimes.
There was that.
And horseman on campus. Yea they had the end of the world sort of next door. INTERESTING THINGS! But nope, this guy seemed to think learning about a teacher or two was most important. Strange one he was. "Off we go then." She chirped, glancing back as she started down the hall. If anything, she at least had a great sense of direction and a memory for this place. Because she didn't lose her way in the twisting halls that seemed to never end even once before they made it to the front. Nor did she flinch when there were rather loud noises here and there as they passed rooms. Something along the lines of 'Oh that's just class materials' was uttered if questioned. Little importance was had.
"I dunno, if you think that people being close to you is bad, most aren't a good match." She did what she'd done to everyone, and he was the first who hadn't enjoyed the hug and a smile. "Maybe if you find a reaaaally shy person." She replied, tilting her head. "But don't pick on Maple, she's too nice for that." As if wanting a tour from someone was picking on them. Regardless, if he had any sense of direction he'd know they WERE in fact going the right way. Even if she was turning to walk backwards as she spoke a lot. Academics weren't her strong point, but she had others. Though they'd be back at the main gates soon.Cooro Cooro You can reply once more and return to the main gates if you'd like. OuO Sorry if she drove your char up the wall, I thought it'd be fun to see how he reacted to one like her. She seriously does that to EVERYONE. Barges into dorm rooms too!

All interest in Simply's words, her antics was completely dropped, and Ezra did not even bother to hide his displeasure with her on his face anymore. He was absolutely finished with dealing with this erratic acting girl, and was more than pleased when she finally led him back to the front gates.
Anything she said on the way there was disregarded, in hopes that her mouth would finally stay closed if he didn't respond. Why couldn't this have just been a tour where HE could have led, and it was just about having someone with him instead. Yes, that would have been lovely, maybe he would have even been more inclined to explore areas that this one had though of as 'fun' or 'exciting'. She could have continued to speak, but it was so clear that he had blocked her irritating voice out already, only paying attention to the pink of her hair so that he knew she was leading him the right way.
Upon returning to the gates, every inch of his body told him to just leave, but this was not the kind of situation to leave from with naught another word. As curteously as he could, he turned to the girl once more.
"Thank you for your time. I hope your next tour is far more enjoyable." That would do. It was simply put, and worthy of a girl with such a name. He did not say so much as a goodbye from there, opting instead to quickly immerse himself once more into the crowd, hopefully encountering another person as a guide on this most wonderous of days.
Raja It's fine, it's been fun! And it's realistic too! After all, not everyone you'll meet will like you right off the bat! It's all about experiences!

As they reached the school she turned at his words, smiling all too cheerily. "Oh it was a lot of fun! Thank you for coming with me!" Even if he'd found the entire event to be about the worst, most despicable version of hell a tour could be, she enjoyed it. Meeting new creeple was her primary duty of the day.
And she'd done just that.So he got a polite bounce of a mock curtsy in response. "If you ever want to see more, feel free to ask! But do have fun with the other places too!" She added, happily waving as he moved to wander off in the crowd. After all, when he went here she could show him around again. Everyone would eventually come, right?Cooro Cooro Oh, I utterly admit I was going for throwing oil in the burning hot pan to see what happened. Thank you as well and please have a great time!
