▓▒░NERO INDENTINDENT►Character Info ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬••• INDENTRPC Number: 1 INDENTFull Name: Nero Valentine INDENTINDENT•Nickname: Zero INDENTINDENT•Famous Name: The Traveler INDENTAppearance: Zero is a very strange child who wears clothing resembling what an average pilot would wear. He wears a black jacket and white collared shirt, with no defining characteristics in his dark pants or boots. His right hand is wrapped in black bandages with red lettering all over it written in an ancient language. His pride and joy is his hat and googles, which he is rarely seen without. His clothing is normally very dusty and beat-up, but it never seems to lose its fundamental looks. Zero has amethyst colored eyes with cat-like slits in them when he is angered, but this isn't often. Lastly, he wears a cross around his neck that he often removes, and a long red band tied around his wrist in memory of his friends. The band states " What Is, Was, and Will Be" but it has no meaning to anybody beyond Zero since he had it designed. His entire right arm is fake, and easily noted as a puppet's right arm since he destroyed his original arm permanently. INDENTPowers: Zero's powers come from the cross tied around his neck which, when removed, turn in to a powerful longbow from which he can fire concentrated energy that pierces most materials as long as they are not "magically" stronger than the energy Zero puts out. He has displayed being able to curve his magic shots and home in on targets, or even fire multiple arrows and use all of his magical energy to fire a single powerful shot that destroys most anything it touches. He is an accomplished archer, and a surprisingly adept swordsman. He is at his strongest when he feasts on blood of any variety, and regenerates rapidly as long as the injury is not fatal. He can revive himself if buried, and is stronger at night than he is in the morning. He can cast basic magic spells such as levitation of himself and other objects that aren't propelled at him, fire, ice, wind, and such...but he is very much a novice compared to his father. He an turn in to a winged beast which he calls his "Vampire," and at that point all of his abilitites are amplied, but his energy bow begins firing sharpened blood spikes since he gains control over blood that has been spilled and touched by him. It is very draining, however, and he often passes out after using it. He can use partial transformation to fly, but he has yet to learn the strongest of his abilities and is still a fledgling.
At times, when under intense stress or pain, Future Zero takes Regular Zero's place. This version of him is fully matured and has completely come in to his powers, having all of Zero's abilities, complete control over them, and more. Future Zero is a master of all weapons that fall in to his grasp, but he no longer has his bow. Instead, he fires arrows made of light straight from his hand with no more exertion than lifting a single finger. He is immune to being staked through his heart, and will only stop fighting if dismembered, but if his body parts are reassembled, he will continue the battle. This version of him has mastered alchemy as well as magic, so he often uses bombs and other various poultices to help him in battle. He doesn't stay for long, however, and if he does, he isn't in combat. This version of Zero is also extremely charasmatic and social, but refrains from fighting as much as possible. Both versions of Zero can "slash dimensions" and constrict the space between point A and B and make it seem as though they teleport.
INDENT"I'm afraid of a lot. I'm afraid of dying, I'm afraid of fighting, I'm afraid of being alone, but...I'm not alone. For my friends, I'll do anything."
Nero Valentine, otherwise known as Zero, was not born a full-blooded being, but rather, the son of a powerful self-proclaimed vampire, and a prostitute. He was also born with a twin sister, who shared his exact looks. One evening when returning home, she was kidnapped by a man who claimed that he was only there to help her. He forced himself on her, and thusly, Zero was born in to the world sharing his father's affinities for the night and such. He grew up as a rebellious youth in a shattered home that no child should grow up in, often disobeying his mother and running out late at night to coast about the town. He hated his home life, and barely ever saw his sister, but it was life where they would've otherwise had none. As he grew older, she grew more desperate with her pleas knowing that he would come in to his powers soon.
On his last day at home when he began to feel his thirst come in and his fangs grow, his mother asked him if he loved her. He responded "I do love you, which is why he has to die." Zero never saw his mother again, leaving behind the Red-Light District and vanishing in to a nearby forest. He wandered for some time, not knowing what he would find or how he would find it. He had to fend for himself for a long time, fighting off wild animals and drinking their blood until he eventually collapsed from exhaustion near the edge of a town. He eventually awoke in the edge of the forest near a town known as "Is, Was, Will Be" but he arrived at the worst of times. Tensions were rising between factions of the same name. He was the the forest of "Was" which were a group of people and humanoids who wished to preserve the forest, while "Is" was a group who wished only to expand their town.
Zero stumbled in to the town and was saved by a woman who fed him sugar to keep his hunger in check. She didn't mind his childish behavior, and he ended up falling in love with her despite their age gap. He, however, became a member of "Was" by sheer accident, but he fought for them whereas she fought for "Is." The two factions weren't very aggressive towards each other, but there were often conflicts. Zero even ended up being hunted for his heritage, which is why he stayed with "Was" where creatures of all kinds were welcome, even demonic ones like him. He stayed with the girl for some time in her house, and the two became fast friends if teetering on the edge of love, only separated by the age barrier. He had a renewed purpose, and temporarely forgot why he had left his home in the first place. He had been drawn in to this strange world, and willingly assisted them.
There was actually a tournament where many of the fighters in the factions met each other, and for all the peace behind them, everybody fought fiercely. Zero ended up fighting a girl who controlled sand, and while he fought well, she trapped him in an hourglass made of sand and tried to crush him. He expended massive amounts of enegy shooting a hole through it before using his flight to get a vantage point and breaking his bow to shoot the girl who teleported. She was a very powerful fighter, but Zero won his battle and was rewarded with cheers of his new and odd friends, both human and unreal types. He didn't win the tournament, and instead, a young red-headed swordsman claimed victory after an impressive showing. Zero began to look up to him, and even called him "Big Brother" while they traveled together.
Then there was the "Will Be" problem, in which rampant magical energies severed the ties of reality, and everybody was thrown in to the future. When Zero awoke, he was a fully grown vampire with abilitites far beyond his comprehension. The world had been taken over by "Will Be" and the two factions that had hated each other so much decided to work together to make for a brighter future. The red-haired male became their leader of sorts, and they stormed the now floating city, determined to bring it back to the ground. They were stopped by guards and traps at each turn, and many died, but Zero survived each encounter knowing that he finally had a use. He helped fight off a girl that had ripped more than twenty men to shreds, and used all of his magical energy to destroy her blades and a portion of her body. It rendered him without his right arm, so he had to fight while crippled. They won, however, and tore the flying city from heaven, crashing it back down in to the surface.
After escaping the crumbling city, Zero passed out, his energy drained from his body. He collapsed in the arms of the woman that he loved, and she gave him one final blessing so that he would not see the end of the world come to pass as he did. When he awoke, he was a child again, and his arm had been restored by using a golem's arm. He didn't recall the events as clearly anymore, and while his memories were distant and vague, they still existed. Her final wish for him was to live in peace, but his past would follow him everywhere he went...even in an entirely different place, his past didn't cease to exist, after all.

▓▒░LEON SYKES INDENTINDENT►Character Info ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬••• INDENTRPC Number: 2 INDENTFull Name: Leon Alva Sykes INDENTINDENT•Nickname: Mask INDENTINDENT•Famous Name: The Faceless Murderer, Orphan INDENTAppearance: Leon is young, but he was raised in a place where youthful innocence didn't account for much. His hair is dark and black while his skin is pale due to all of his time spent hiding it under a full protective mask. Leon has heterochromia, meaning that both eyes are different colors. His left eye is green, while his right eye is blue. He has a child-like air about him when he smiles, and looks younger whenever he does it, but behind his child-like smile is a heart blacker than any monster. Leon is often seen wearing his signature black protective mask, which shields his face from being seen save for his eyes. He wears a black hodded jacket, and generally pulls the hood over his head. The jacket is strapped, and has various weapon holsters, weapons, and every kind of murder weapon one would need. On his left shoulder is a patch which bears the emblem of the ones Leon kills for. He wears a bulletproof vest over his padded hoodie, elbow pads, and thick gloves. If one were to take his gloves off, they would see his hands are quite delicate, but heavily scarred...further, he has no fingerprints from a chemical burn. His pants are similar in design, and also padded at the knees. He has two knife holsters hidden behind his back, as well, on the belt of his pants. He wears combat boots, but they have no distinguishing marks. INDENTGender: Male INDENTWeight: 155 lbs INDENTHeight: 6'1 INDENTAge: 19 INDENTINDENT•Likes INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT• Dislikes INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTINDENT ○ (Option) INDENTPersonality: Leon is a broken child with memories of his past haunting him at every step. Aside from his bright smile and friendly attitude, you can see a seething darkness beneath the surface of his youthful gaze. He doesn't regret killing all the humans he has killed, nor does he regret any life choice he has taken. He claims that what he does it justice, but murder is still murder, regardless of who the one dying is. Leon doesn't abide by most rules, but will gladly do so in the face of people to keep a persona of a person that is upstanding and would never do anything wrong. He is a good liar, and a good faker, but he has never really found it within himself to look back in a mirror and truly face himself. Even if he did, he would still feel justified in his path, knowing that there were things only he could do.
He fears nothing, and accepts all challenges, mostly taking on difficult challenges alone to further cement that if he were to drag people in to his insane world, they may not return. For all his genius and ingenuity, Leon is insane. Seeing his parents die broke him in two, being in an orphanage broke him in to two-thousand different pieces. Watching his young life fall away scattered those pieces. He doesn't think like regular people think, and might come off as cold and unfriendly, but he can genuinely care for people despite his malice and uncaring nature. Sometimes he wakes up screaming, and sometimes he'll laugh without reason, but he is kind at heart despite his vigilante nature being twisted and warped by his broken mind. He truly wishes to see smiles on everyone's face, but is unsurprisingly going about it all wrong. Naive, misguided, perhaps malicious, but his heart was never not in the right place. He wouldn't hesitate to deliver his own brand of justice, should it ever come down to that...and although killing comes as easily as breathing to him, he would never claim to enjoy it. INDENTMemento Mori INDENTINDENT•Color: Black INDENTINDENT•Style: A handgun with a clip that holds eight bullets per clip. It is a stylish and sleek weapon that fires at a decent rate, and packs incredible power behind its shots. The weapon originally belonged to Leon's father, but he discovered the weapon one day after his father and mother were killed. Memento Mori has, since then, become his go-to weapon for killing unnatural beings. Although it was originally just a handgun, it seemed to have been affected by the magical nature of things, absorbing Leon's malice of all things and concentrating it in to a piercing shot that barrels through most barriers. Despite its ability to pierce barriers, it is still just a bullet, and will only damage as a bullet damages. It doesn't explode or anything, so a grazing shot will still just be a grazing shot while a direct hit will be a direct hit. Bullets from Memento Mori can be destroyed, but they cannot be stopped...not by anything in the world, so long as Leon's hatred remains. They fly straight, and true, under all conditions, until they hit something. INDENTINDENT•Location: Waist, Right Holster INDENTRuinous Cry INDENTINDENT•Color: Black Handle; Steel Blade INDENTINDENT•Style: A combat knife with serrated edges which rips in to organs and destroys them quite easily. Leon claims that when his knife sings, nobody survives when they're around him. It originally belonged to his mother, but it was gifted to him by a man known as "Reaper" after his parents were killed. It collects Leon's malice, similarly to his gun, concentrates it inward. It acts like a poison whenever he cuts anything, causing it to decay rapidly as if it were being eaten away. The knife is actually just a catalyst, and causes a wound. Whenever Leon is near, the wound begins to decay, and with it, whatever he ended up cutting. It allows him to cut the same spot easily as it becomes softer, or kill things if he stays near them for too long. He has never seen it kill anything, but he does use it to destroy landscapes, collapsing stairs, or slicing down ladders. For all intents and purposes, it acts as a hyper-sharpened blade. Ruinous Cry allows Leon to do things beyond a human's standards, such as going straight through walls after rending them to shreds, or ripping a dragon to pieces without any effort on his part. All that matters is that the first hit lands, and afterwards, he can begin decaying whatever he touched. INDENTINDENT•Location: Back, Belt Holster
INDENTPowers: Leon's powers are strictly within the realm of humanity, but he is far more adept at killing than any human he has run across thus far. Leon has a rare condition called photographic reflex, in which he can do anything after seeing it a single time, or a fraction of a time. He also seems to see things at a fraction of their true speed after observing them once, making for an unnatural reaction time. He also can remember any detail down to the smallest of details with perfect clarity. Due to this, Leon is a master of almost every known fighting style, a master marksman, and extremely skilled in close-range combat, even including knives. He has unearthly endurance and stamina, allowing him to take hits that would kill a person, and continue fighting long after a regular person would've given up. Leon doesn't feel pain, so he is unaffected by physical assaults, and mental assaults only affect him when they repeat his past, otherwise, his insanity allows him to bypass mental suggestion. Although he never had formal training as a detective, he picks up on things others normally don't, which allows him to often solve puzzles or play games of skill with little effort. That alone would make him a frightening person to encounter...but only as a human.
His skill set for dealing with the unnatural is slightly different, but defined by him as he has experienced few real losses. He is as quiet as a moonless night by certain descriptions, meaning he can tail even those with heightened hearing for quite a ways before they notice him. It is inevitable that he will do something that will get him noticed, but he is otherwise very difficult to spot. He fights with poison, and is, himself, immune to poison due to years of mithridization. He is an expert at hiding weapons on his body, and often comes equipped with poisoned knives in his boots that eject on a whim. As expected of him, he is a very skilled mechanic, and is often seen working on his motorcycle. Mechanics, being a passion of his, means nothing is beyond his grasp one he studies it enough. He seems to understand certain military tactics, and can fight under any situation, under any type of stress, doing any type of thing. It makes him unpredictable and dangers, and while others may not see a human with no magic as a threat, Leon is not to be underestimated. Once he knows an enemy's weakness, it is unlikely they will see another day. He is fast, strong, resourceful, and a danger to everything around him. His weakness is his very humanity...it doesn't take much to kill him once you have him.
While he doesn't use "magic" most of his weapons are attuned to his hatred, with bleeds in to the realm of the unnatural and allows him to damage them with his conventional weapons, even without knowing their weakness. For him, guns, grenades, and knives will damage a spirit, or even a god as well as it damages a human. His extensive arsenal is one of the more dangerous things about him, as he does not fear bringing in weapons that would kill a vast majority of the people he comes across. He switches out his arsenal every so often, but only specific items, as certain things always remain on his person at all times. If it hasn't been iterated enough times how dangerous Leon is, then take heed now, because no matter what you are, how long your life span, or how powerful you are, death awaits you. Leon will bring it to you in a variety of ways, each more torturous than the last if you fail to stop him from enacting his plans.
Leon is a dabbler in chemical arts as well, since he has been testing poisons and poultices himself since he was able. Although not strictly related to chemicals, Leon can easily stop his heart, or come very close, and revive himself with very little effort so long as he isn't actually dead. He also carries pills that will "kill" him, but actually put him in to a comatose state with limited functions. He possesses the cure for this deadly poison, and often coats his blade in it so should he "kill" himself, a single cut will be his salvation. While he hasn't fought supernatural beings at all in his life, Leon can take on, and surpass beings such as ghosts, demons, or dragons with only moderate issues. In a way, he can bring them down to his level as a human, and fight them on his own terms by using things that deafen, dampen his footsteps, poison the unnatural, and destroy the body. Leon is the ultimate weapon, and god help whoever earns his ire.
INDENT"Could things have been different? Maybe. I'm not a hero, and I'm not a villain, so what do you think I am now?"
Leon grew up in a well-off home, which meant he never wanted for anything. His parents loved him, he loved them in return, and life was good. He was always curious what work they did, but they simply smiled and told him not to worry about it. Leon's parents were police detectives, and they were well aware that their lives were never not on the line, but everything they did was for their son. They loved him up until the day they were murdered in front of his eyes. One day when all of them were on a drive, they were run off the road. Leon was the only one to wake up, but he pretended to be asleep as somebody walked up to their overturned vehicle...and shot both of his parents in the head. He was too small to be noticed, but that was the last time he saw his loving parents. It was shocking, and out of nowhere his world began to collapse in rapidly.
He was an orphan at a young age, and nobody wanted him for his lack of speaking. He grew up learning to hate everything around him and only care for himself, only mirrored by a boy named Jack Lowell, who had similarly lost his parents to violent crime. At the time, Leon didn't know that this boy would grow to be his greatest challenge. He left the orphanage eventually, unable to be adopted anymore, so he was going to have to find some way to survive. He eventually found that he had a talent for ending lives...one day he found the man that shot his parents drunk on the side of the road. At an impasse, he didn't know what to do until a man named "Reaper" told him that the man had long outlived his usefulness. At the stranger's behest, Leon killed the man with his mother's knife before shooting him in the head with his father's gun. It was a thrill to him the first time, and the taste of vengeance was sweet, despite its cold.
He quickly perfected the art of murder, and refined how he killed his targets, all marked by the reaper. Eventually, he burned his hands in acid to ensure that he was never tracked by his finger prints. His entire body was covered head-to-toe to prevent palpable DNA evidence from surfacing, and by all intents and purposes, he became the reaper's greatest asset. As he grew, so did Jack Lowell, who became a detective like his own parents. Leon was surprised by the similarity in their lives, and made a note of the boy who was qiuckly rising to fame within his community. Leon eventually grew enough to get others to commit murders for him, and they got people to commit murders for them, and the chain went on ad infinitum. Leon had successfully disguised himself behind a wall of the reaper's "collectors" as they were called.
The day came when a man named John Smith had cracked the case behind who was committing the murders, but the time had no yet come for him to be discovered. Leon broke in to the detective's home and killed him after a long struggle, leaving behind two african-american females and one caucasian male. There was a daughter, a mother, and the adopted Jack Lowell. The tension between the two became personal, and eventually, all of Leon's attempt on a life were aimed at Jack. Despite Jack's beliefs, Leon had never killed anybody that didn't have it coming. In his own words, bad things had to happen to bad people...it was just the way of the world. The two began to clash against each other with Leon always hiding behind a mask and in the shadows. The day eventually came where the two would fight to determine how the story was written from then on.
Leon led Jack in to a burning building and fought the detective who shared his abilities, but was far more adept at combat. Leon won out of luck, as his skill was outclassed. While he was able to down Jack, he couldn't kill the man, and was shot before he killed again. When he awoke next, he was in an unfamiliar town, and Jack was unsure where the man went, assuming his body was destroyed in the blaze. However, Leon was saved because his time had not then come. As long as he had a use, he had a life...and as long as he had life, there was one person he needed to kill. The reaper, who had taken his parents from him and caused the entire conflict to begin with.

▓▒░CHRISTOPHER INDENTINDENT►Character Info ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬••• INDENTRPC Number: 3 INDENTFull Name: Christopher B. Lamont INDENTINDENT•Nickname: Chris INDENTINDENT•Famous Name: Landslide, Hunter, Dirge's Shadow INDENTAge: 35 INDENTVirtue: Fortitude INDENTVice: Sloth INDENTRace: Caucasian INDENTNationality: American INDENTHair: Sandy Brown INDENTEyes: Violet INDENTHeight: 7'0 INDENTWeight: 270lbs INDENTLanguages: English, Chinese INDENTAppearance: Chris is a tired looking man who has experienced a high amount of hardships throughout his life. His sandy brown hair is cut down to a fade. Chris has a technical part on the right side of his haircut due to a scar that reaches all a few inches past his temple. His tired looks are often attributed to his general lack of sleep, but he somehow manages to keep his energy at a sustainable level most of the time. He has a shadow, but it's not really something he takes the most pride in. Chris also has a slight case of albinism, causing his eyes to develop a purple tint instead of any kind of regular color. He is also a very large man, standing at 6'5 and weighing 193 pounds. A lot of his weight is muscle because of his two jobs. Due to his constant work, he has a very toned body, and thickly corded muscles in his arms. Chris' everyday clothing normally consists of some kind of dark colored jacket, and perhaps a hood should it rain. The jacket is most often dark brown, and the concurrent hood is normally white. He wears standard dark jeans most of the time, and black or brown boots almost everywhere he goes. He has formal clothing that he is adverse to wearing unless it is impossible to go without, but it is the least worn of all of his clothing. When he's not wearing completely casual gear, or a formal suit, he's normally in his work clothing from his job as a construction worker which consists of a light t-shirt, blue jeans, black fingerless gloves, and black boots. In all suits, he wears a pendant which reminds him of his family when times were a bit more peaceful. His right hand is always bandaged up from his days working the light heavyweight circuit in college. Although mostly a style choice, it covers a scar over his knuckles from a bad skin rip he had during training. He's a big man, but he keeps himself calm in places filled with people so they don't end up blaming him for much. He stands firm on all decisions he makes, and is especially firm on all decisions concerning either his wife or his daughter. On that topic, he shows more of his emotions when around either one of his family members, as they are his main reason for doing whatever he decides. When Chris is around strangers he is known for his steely eyes, and sharp focus under duress. When Chris is around his wife he is much less so, while around his daughter he shows his loving nature and his desire for a happy home. Chris is a believer in self-sufficiency and works to make himself a better man that can protect his own ideals with his own strength. Although he does find himself often trying to reaffirm himself of his chosen path, he does have a few tendancies to slow down or stop altogether out of either laziness or fear of an unknown situation. As a husband and a father he draws a large amount of his strength from his need to protect his family, and will even help strangers out of the kindness of his heart since everybody has something to love. He's not one for random whimsy, and dislikes people who act like life is one big game.
As a father, Chris often finds himself being protective of those near him, even if he's not related to them. He often finds himself putting himself in the line of fire for everybody else's sake, and even when using himself as somebody else's shield he can find a way to stay calm and muster a smile when others would break down. Chris sometimes has an "IDGAF" attitude without reason at times due to his memories of his past. His perfect memory has him remembering exactly what happened to him throughout his life. His tough exterior keeps people from gauging him, and when they do he always insists he's not that impressive considering his poor history. He draws inner strength from wherever he can to continue on, even when he's running dry, to ensure everybody else is okay. Perhaps being a father made him a bit of a masochist, but he'll make sure everybody is okay before he takes care of himself. INDENTTheme Song:Kryptonite

INDENTPowers: Chris is a very...unique case, as far as humans go. After countless battles with the unnatural, Chris has shown that his endurance and strength is equal to that of a werewolf that has already transformed, and greater than a vampire's. He fought a werewolf for an hour, jumped from his truck while holding a human being named Eden, landed on his back at twenty-miles per hour, and sprinted through a forest without flinching before engaging the werewolf in hand-to-hand combat. He has also shown that he has no problem killing vampires, being able to grab them and break their head against a counter-top before they can even fight back. He recovers from bruises at an astounding rate of minutes, and cuts at a rate of hours, deadly wounds only taking days to close up. His speed is nigh equal to a horse, and he is strong enough to break down any door given time and proper tools. Truly, an enigma to be sure...some doubt that he is even human, but he dies as easily as an other human...once he's dead, he doesn't get back up.
He has displayed skill with bladed weapons, but not on par with his abilities as a brawler. In close-range combat, he has been observed dodging bullets of all things, but only close-range...he has never dodged a bullet he couldn't see coming or redirect in a normal way. He is entirely focused on the brawling sub-set of his skills, but he has created multiple useful tools from next to nothing due to his practice in construction. He created a trap door within a span of two hours where he was originally planning on taking up the rest of his night. Chris has an interesting amount of fortitude as well, be able to withstand mental suggestions without much prompting, but failing when he is stressed or tired. Once he gets going, however, he doesn't stop...and that's what makes him unique. Strength of humanity, indeed. Or perhaps it is simply his strength as a father...he is never seen without his daughter, and when she is in danger, he goes berserk, disregarding all personal safety in defense of her.
Christopher B. Lamont was born in Odessa, Texas as if March 23rd. As a child he was always a little bit taller than everybody else his age, and as such a big child, Chris was always a sort of protector for hire on the playground. Although he could take advantage of it, Chris never really tried to make any gains just because he was the bigger guy. At around age ten, Chris began to gain an interest in boxing after seeing his father, Erik R. Lamont, training independantly. Chris took his learning seriously, and took a chance to practice whenever he could. By the time he was sixteen he was already considering going to a professional circuit when he was able, and even as a self-taught boxer, he managed quite well. By time Chris had gone to college, he had already been trying to make a name for himself as a light heavyweight boxer. He was good, and he might've gone pro, but life ended up taking over and preventing him from following his dream. By the age of twenty-two, Christopher had to give up all hopes of every actually making any money off of boxing.
Still, he was happy to try to make his mark while he was still free enough to make it to bouts without giving up his dream. Being so tall, and weighing so much, Chris was eligible for light heavyweight fighting, and he managed pretty well for himself. As a right-handed fighter, people began to note how Chris fought and saying he never changed up his fighting style, but his reason for that was because of him knowing how everybody else fought. Chris' memory retained everything he saw, and with each boxer he faced in the ring, he was able to take them down quickly due to studying them previously and remembering how they stood when they were face with an orthodox fighter. He didn't fight for fame, and never took note when he was called by name. The only reason he fought was for the passion he had for battle. Even some of the skin coming off of his fist in training didn't deter him from his dream.
Chris lost his parents at age nineteen to violence, and slowly became depressed and disinterested with boxing. He started losing from both a lack of caring, and a lack of trying. Eventually he began to enjoying getting a beating in his matches. The pain from taking the hits, and the humiliation of losing took his mind of how painful it was to lose something precious to him. He gave up on boxing, he gave up on school, and basically gave up on his life. He took up some odd jobs to keep himself afloat while he was alone, and eventually got back in the ring as his life began to slowly piece itself back together. He worked to get himself back up on his own two feet, and got himself back in to good condition in just two years. It was a slow rebound, but he had nobody to help him along, so he did better than many other people who had nothing else to live for.
Christopher met his wife, Dai Wei, at around the age of twenty-two. She was the most beautiful girl he'd ever met, despite her being a foreigner. She had a light skin tone and dark hair that framed her face nigh perfectly, and even attended the same college as him hoping to make a way for herself in life. Chris has to consider living with more than just himself at that point, and gave up on his chosen career path, hanging up his gloves for good. Chris also had to drop out of college before he was finished in order to hold a job that could sustain two people. Back in school, he was actually a well-versed craftsman, and even better at construction than any other field offered. He became a construction worker, and even if it wasn't the most glamorous job in the world, he was able to make money and keep a home and a family. By the end of their first year together, Chris' daughter was born. They called her Alyssa Lamont, and for at least eleven years, everything seemed to be going Chris' way.
At age 34, Chris didn't think he'd have to deal with anything too serious anymore. The worst he'd gotten was a board collapsing on him and cutting the side of his head, but that wasn't so bad. He began to notice that life at home was starting to change, with Dai Wei becoming silent at the oddest of times, and leaving home at night without even taking her cellphone with her. Chris was left to take Alyssa to school, and everywhere else she needed to go while juggling his job at the same time. Chris thought nothing of it, and didn't ask about it much until the home phone started to ring almost non-stop. Sometimes there was nobody on the other line, while other times a voice he didn't recognized was asking the location of his wife. The dread began to seep in as he felt like his marriage was going to fall apart if this continued. He tried several methods to try to get things back to the way they were, and even ended up trying to get a reading from a fortune teller to see if there was any way to salvage his relationship. After an odd reading she focused on Chris and spoke seriously, telling him that he'd need to return if he was to rescue his wife. Not even thinking twice about it, Christopher agreed, taking the last shot he had to fix things. It was the first time in ages Chris had to take up his gloves again, so heavy training was required for him to get back in to fighting shape. Considering the severity of the situation, and how strong he had to be to reclaim his life, this was for the best. This was his only chance to save his family, and if he failed, he was bound to die trying.
When Chris arrived back at the fortune teller's place of work, he was the first one to enter. He looked around and saw nothing of note before taking his seat, and soon two people entered after him: Dean and Evan. He didn't know it at the time, but apparently they were all connected according to Tara Fortuna, the fortune teller. Initially, he refused to speak to either of them due to his desperation taking away any real civility he had at that moment. During the start of their travels, they had a few bumps, along with somebody trying to break in to his truck which was the group's only means of exploration. He eventually opened up a bit to the group as they did with him, but there was still a kind of wall keeping them from working well together. They made their way to the Asylum, a nightclub which housed a clue to solving their personal problems, and while there, Chris encountered somebody that appeared to be his wife, along with a strange looking man who just seemed to carry an air of arrogance with him. Chris failed to chase him and was stopped by a hellhound, which signaled for a retreat. As Chris, Dean, and Evan tried to run they were almost caught by a group of suited men. Their only chance was to jump out of the window, so Chris went down first and slid down a pipe clinging to the wall. Evan was also easily able to slid down the pole, but Dean was not physically fit enough to attempt the feat. Instead, Chris assured him he'd catch him, and Dean jumped from the second floor of the Asylum right in to Chris' arms, luckily enough. They retreated back to the truck where things returned to normal and spoke a bit more before deciding that checking homebase would be good for those with families. They were off again, with Chris and Evan being the ones who had to check on their loved ones.
Chris' family was completely fine as far as he knew, but only after a slight scare of believing nobody was home. The group set off the next day to visit Tara where they learned of a man named Dirge who they had to visit. Before they left, Evan was drawn the Death Card from a fortune telling with Tara, although Chris was much luckier. While on their journey, they were attacked by an odd hitchhiker who they ignored earlier. The man tried to strangle Dean, but Chris hit him hard enough in the ribcage to get him to release the boy, although the rage from the pain caused him to morph in front of Chris, although Chris' reply to the man's threats of death he responded "Bring it on, Fido!" The creature was calmed down and eventually left. The group made it to Dirge's place moderately safely, and were greeted by a very irate large man with a shotgun...this was Dirge. Chris was able to convince him they'd come to visit from Tara, and he revealed what Chris was going up against when he mentioned what he knew about Merrick, the man who his wife had been meeting up with. While the group was conversing, Dean was kicked from the house, and soon Evan went outside with him. They were both arrested by the FBI, and Evan was shot in the chest during the scuffle. Chris stayed inside of the building for his own personal safety, but this threw a wrench in to their plans, he had to get the both of them back to safety before they could make another move.
During the battle with Merrick, after the group had tracked him down, they found they were severly outmatched and overpowered. Before Chris' life was taken by the vampire, Dirge attempted to take the vampire with him to spare the group, but it was all for nothing as Merrick survived the assault and left the group battered with Dean dead. Chris couldn't focus on paying his bills, and was eventually forced to live in a trailer on the outskirts of town with his daughter...the only living person that reminded him of what he used to have. Chris eventually took up boxing for the third time, becoming a famous champion in no time flat. He was lauded as a hometown hero for a while, and the fame dulled the pain a bit. His sister, Kristina Lamont, came to visit after learning of his plight. She couldn't stand to see her older brother in such a sad state of affairs...either he was falling over drunk, or pouring over some old stained map. It hurt her to see him as he was, so she decided she'd stay with him for as long as he needed her support. Christopher's entire living family knew of the lose of his wife and his descent to rock bottom, and all of them offered their support, but his sister was the only one who took it to extremes and opted to stay with him for an unspecified amount of time. Chris knew that he still had time to try to save Dai Wei, however, and with Tara's help he would put Merrick in the ground once and for all. He swore never to fail again. After returning to collect what he could from the recently deceased, he found Dirge's home on fire. Chris was able to, alone, collect a map of hotspots, an address book, and Dirge's prized machete before the cops arrived and the home burned to nothing, taking everything, and all evidence with it.
Chris' meteoric rise to fame was to be expected considering who exactly he was. Chris had been famous in his own town for a time, but as he took up boxing again his name began to spread. Word of mouth, rumors of his 'special' training, newspaper articles, and eventually interviews with the famous "Landslide Lamont" were what followed his impressive speed to the top of the fame ladder. Christopher was marked as a celebrity where he wanted no fame at all, but he was able to get exposure that made him noticable to both sides of the world...light and dark both. Chris' boxing career took a turn for the best, as did his job in construction where being noticed by his peers did much to improve his down state. Soon, the fame overshadowed his mission...but as rumors reached his ears about Evan's vanishing, Chris decided to take up his gloves for just one more try at a world he still knew little about...

▓▒░CHASE INDENTINDENT►Character Info ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬••• INDENTRPC Number: 4 INDENTFull Name: Liah Xes Adrasa INDENTINDENT•Nickname: Chase, Blue Bird, Princess, Sister INDENTINDENT•Famous Name: Chase, Judgement, Death, Dark One, The End, The Savior, High Deliverer (She prefers Chase) INDENTAppearance: Chase is...unique, in many ways. Her appearance being one of her greater unique traits. She has dark blue hair, highlighted with purple fringe, with even the top part of her hair being a shade of purple. Her hair is often cut short, but it has been observed to be long at some points. Her skin is fair, and while she claims she doesn't do much fighting, she is scared from head to toe. Her face has an X-shaped scar on it, covering up a vast portion of her face, while she has three long scars on her cheek which indicated heavy violence. She has many of these scars, and the seemingly uncountable number never stops. She has one royal blue eye, and one neon yellow eye, but both glow in the dark. Each eye has dragon-like slits, and both eyes speak volumes where she doesn't. Chase has a tiny body, and is...underdeveloped to the point where people assume she is a boy. Her small body is further overshadowed by her massive black raven wings, which can completely eclipse her if she were to cover herself with them. She also, occassionally, paints her fingernails blue, but don't tell nobody.
As far as what she wears...Chase wears many things, often not knowing what she wants, but they all share similar traits. Chase's first, and most common suit, is a long black jacket with white snowflakes decorating it, and white puffs on it. She wears blue pants with straps on them, and a cross-belt (two belts form an x, while a third belt crosses in the middle) that is also black. Black boots and gloves finish her look, along with a never missing headband with her symbol on it. This is her most common clothing because she often layers it over her regular clothing. She claims that it's always too cold for her, so she wears things like big jackets and scarfs to keep warm, even if it's hot enough to melt metal outside, Chase wouldn't take off her jacket or scarf for anything. If she ever does, though, you can be sure she would never get rid of her headband...not in a million years.
Underneath is her common suit, which is a black T-shirt with something called the "Judgement Symbol" on the chest, which appears to be a diamond surrounded by several sharp strokes. Because her T-shirt is black, the symbol is white. On the back of the shirt is a wing symbol, also decorated white. She wears black jeans with what looks like birds painted on the left leg, all the way up to her thigh. Naturally, the painting is white to contrast all the black. Like this, it's easy to see that Chase's headband extends down her back, which is an impressive length for such a simple thing. Beyond Chase's clothing, she is known to smile...and she has fangs. Chase's bloodline denotes that her kind should be born with sharp fangs, so Chase is mostly a carnivore, although she can swallow vegetables, she finds they don't agree with her stomach. Her teeth are always pristine, even if stained with blood. Despite being so tiny, Chase is well-cut, her body being very muscular for such a tiny girl.
The being, Thanatos, exists as a formless shadow that follows Chase at all times. Being around this creature causes a feeling of cold and dread to wash over all who see it, as the creature is the embodiment of death. It has a long, trailing cloak, and a single glowing eye that focuses on whatever catches Thanatos' attention. He carries a massive scythe, which Chase will sometimes wield, and a lantern in his other hand, which serves as another set of eyes for him, disallowing those he hunts to hide, and instead, keep running. He keeps the souls of the departed temporarily inside of his lantern, so you can most often hear the screams of the dead until he gets rid of them, or consumes them. INDENTRace: Deliverer (In actuality, Chase, and her entire family are descended from dragons, which is why she has their eyes. However, her race is mixed with several different things. It's more effective to call her either a "Deliverer" or a "Hybrid Dragon" in all honesty.) INDENTGender: Female INDENTWeight: *mumbles something* INDENTHeight: 4'9 INDENTAge: 1700 INDENTINDENT•Likes INDENTINDENT ○ "Baby" - Chase's motorcycle, although uneeded for travel, is called Baby. She operates on it every day and keeps it in good condition, often riding it when she needs to clear her head. She doesn't allow anybody else to touch Baby unless they're willing to have their fingers broken. INDENTINDENT ○ Martial Arts - Tell Chase she doesn't know how to fight, and be prepared for a world of hurt. She doesn't mind hurting people, and she'll often show off both brawling tactics, and well-developed martial arts. She's also well-adept at the art of war, but doesn't display this tactic often. If you upset her, guard your knees carefully, for she is known to break kneecaps. INDENTINDENT ○ Pain - Chase is something of a masochist, and will take a beating in every battle in throwing herself to protect her friends. She's a heroic masochist, at least. To be clear, Chase prefers to be in pain, while she ensures her friends are safe. She'll take every bit of punishment for their well-being. INDENTINDENT ○ Bonds - Chase doesn't know where she'd be without the bonds she's made throughout her life. She understands that when she can't stand on her own, it is the strength of her friends that will lift her up when she's down. Friendship is an important thing to her, and she takes it very seriously. INDENTINDENT ○ Dragons - Chase doesn't often use her blood to her advantage, but when she does, she happens to enjoy the company of those that come to her aid. She loves riding dragons, feeding dragons, and loves everything about them in general. She looks up to the Heaven's Fang, and he, in turn, looks after her. The two have a tight bond, despite their differences. INDENTINDENT• Dislikes INDENTINDENT ○ Evil - It's a broad term, but Chase doesn't like it when people hurt people that don't deserve it. She often attacks people that she considers evil, so much so that she might even be evil herself, but Chase has never done anything to hurt anybody except those who deserve it. INDENTINDENT ○ Shadows - Chase can see in the dark, but she dislikes a specific type of shadow. Across her adventures, she discovered that the light she exudes is useless against shadows that move and act, so she often avoids getting in to battle with them. If she does, she'll break one or two things in trying to get them away from her. INDENTINDENT ○ Loss - Chase dreads losing things that are dear to her heart. INDENTINDENT ○ Water - Nor can she swim. INDENTINDENT ○ Drama - Chase is very practical when she wants to be, so when people start causing drama with her, she'll often force them to pay attention so nobody does anything that could be detrimental to her cause. She, sometimes, causes drama on her own, but it's very rare that a person like her causes drama. INDENTPersonality: Chase, despite everything she is, takes little very seriously. She knows that the world would be a much darker place if she took everything as seriously as it was meant to be taken, so she often attempts to be light-hearted with others. She fails, however, as she had long since developed something of a difference with any race that's not her own. She speaks emotionlessly, and acts on her whims, but that's...perhaps part of her charm. She prefers doing things men are meant to do, and dislikes doing womanly things, but she has her share of frivolous moments. She is a messy kid, and often keeps things out of order, despite most of her things bearing some import. She's childish, jealous, can become violent, distant, and fond of her own race above all else, but her good traits far outweigh her negative traits. She might have ten bad traits, but one hundred other endearing traits to make up for it.
Despite seeking with little emotion, Chase is very easily embarrassed, and often blushes without reason. When she is given reason, her face turns bright red, and she covers the bottom half of her face with both hands, despite her entire face turning a cherry red. She cares for those she runs across, and wants to protect her home, and her world with her life. She considers herself of little worth, and even though she wants to think that she can do everything alone, she's not afraid to seek comfort with others. She fears ghosts and the dark, but for important reasons. She has a bit of a heroism streak in her, often doing what others cannot because she cares for everyone's life equally. She enjoys small things, or kidish things that she was never able to do, like sitting on a swing-set and listening to the wind. It's easy to cause her to experience surprise if she encounters something she's never seen before, and her reaction is always endearingly awkward. It paints her in a much different light than she wants to display.
She feels pain, as others do, but her pride won't allow her to show it. She is often hurt, by words, by actions, but she fights on for what she believes. She takes her duties seriously, despite showing that she cares very little. And surprisingly for somebody who always claims to feel cold, she enjoys popcicles or ice cream as a treat, but they always immediately melt either in her hand, or if she's wearing gloves, in her mouth. Her partner, Thanatos, is somewhat different. He is a creature that cares not for the lives of others, and only plans to observe their downfall and eventual death. When he speaks, his voice can rattle the strongest of souls, and he often times gives Chase advice on how to proceed, or fight when the situation calls for it. INDENTTheme Song:Mass Destruction

INDENTPowers: Chase is a self-proclaimed god of battle, and for good reason...Chase has never lost a battle. Her body is powerful, and piercing her skin is like piercing steel due to her dragon lineage, even if she doesn't have the scales to show. Applying acid to her skin will make her easy to cut, however, or any type of poison will make her just as easy to hurt as a human. Her strength is that of a fully grown dragon, or perhaps even more, as she has displayed the ability to lift buildings that would give other dragons pause. Of course, she could never surpass a dragon in strength, so anything they can lift, she can lift...she just has a bit of an easier time doing it. Chase is generally seen working out to maintain her strength, and she often has to limit herself so she doesn't hurt anybody when she's around them. Of course, strength is just one part of her many, many powers.
Where she's from, everybody in the royal bloodline has the ability to read the wind, as it were, and control it to some degree. She can read the wind to a higher degree, but can't control it very well and often causes random bursts of wind to knock people off their feet when she loses her cool. Because of her ability to read people and the wind with greater ability than her two brothers, and her father, she has been called a prophet as well as a princess. She is admired for many of her traits in her homeland, and this is just one of them. All Deliverers, when mature, meet with Heaven's Fang to obtain their own personal dragon. Chase had the rare, and singular honor of obtaining four of them, one being Heaven's Fang himself. The names of the dragons, according to Heaven's Fang are Gabriel, Leviathan, Tiamat, and himself: The Heaven's Fang, Bahamut. She uses them for flight or company, but each has their specific affinity. Gabriel and darkness, Leviathan and water, Tiamat and fire, and Bahamut with light.
Alone, Bahamut is quite powerful, not because light is a very damaging thing, but because of his control over it. He controls both heat and intensity, creating a very powerful burst of energy he can use at will for very little of his overwhelmingly large stamina compared to other dragons. He is a massively large being, standing taller than a mountain, and dwarfing most other dragons in their true form. Bursts of light often fly from his body and obliterate what they touch, often burning them away without heat so intense that it makes Chase's fire look like flares. He can condense it all in to a single concentrated beam and fire it, and when doing so, he has been known to wipe entire sections of towns off of the map. He is a brilliant strategist, and has a mind for war, but he commonly doesn't engage in battle. His promise with Gabriel's wife was to leave the human race be, so he often restrains himself to honor that promise. His weakness, or perhaps something of a strength, is his honor and pride.
Chase, as one of Bahamut's "children" although an off-shoot of his race, has developed her own affinity as well. Fire was gifted to her, as she naturally seemed to be drawn to it due to the spirits inhabiting her body. Chase was born without a soul of her own, so she became the "ultimate vessel" and houses four other souls in her small body. In her right eye is the spirit "Solaris" who claims to be the goddess of the sun, and sister to "Lunaris" goddess of the moon. It allows Chase to expel unnatural heat from her body, like a heat-wave, but Solaris' powers are very limited, and manifest as normal fire when Chase uses them. The flames, however, burn white, which means they are the hottest the fire can possibly get. The spirit, Judgement, allows Chase to concentrate those flames in to beams that obliterate whatever she hits. As a concentration of heat and energy, its weakness is cold, or blackness. To counteract the destructive nature of Judgement, a being known as "Void" inhabits the same space, keeping the creature in check, and allowing Chase to slip in and out of shadows with ease.
Keeping all these powers from attempting to control Chase is Thanatos, the True God of Death. He feels for Chase's plight, so he offered her his powers for the time being. Because his body feels no pain, it acts as a formless shield that can protect Chase from the front, back, or side...but it can't do two things at once. It also acts on its own and attacks on its own, using something akin to telekinesis to control its scythe. While Thanatos serves as a limiter to Chase, if he were to vanish her powers would go out of control and she would more than likely begin to decay without something keeping all these powers in check. It makes her deadly in battle, but a threat to herself. Out of battle, she has displayed an incredible talent for the arts, often singing in tones that don't match her emotionless voice range. While old-timey by birth, Chase can also play the guitar, but she rarely does this in front of people.
INDENT"I never wanted any of this, but I am what I am. Instead of the past, let's try for the future."
To explain Chase, one would have to return to a time when dragons began to split and establish. Heaven's Fang was, apparently, the first dragon the abyss that was, originally, nothingness. A creation of immense strength, this beast gave rise to not only a nation, but a race of dragons. His children were many, and all were gifted with control over their elemental affinities, most being light and fire until certain defects began to make themselves clear. Some darkness, some water, some air...but he accepted them for what they were, and was revered as a veritable god for being the first of his kind. A unique dragon, albeit, not one who was ever concerned with ruling or such. Eventually, he was gifted three more children from his wife...Gabriel, a dragon of darkness, Tiamat, a dragon of flame, and Leviathan, a dragon of water. Each prince grew up with certain traits, Tiamat and Gabriel having an affinity for war, while Leviathan held an affinity for peace.
Gabriel, Tiamat, and Leviathan all wanted the throne their father planned to leave behind as he prepared for slumber, but he could not choose between the three. Each was a youth, and each fought with a passion that did not belong on a throne. Leviathan, the middle brother, was chosen for his ability to keep peace and aversion to combat, but Gabriel, the youngest brother, refused this change. Tiamat, the oldest brother, agreed with Gabriel, but they were both entirely different despite their similar viewpoints. It brought about internal strife, and one day, Gabriel attacked Bahamut in his dragon form, scarring the elder dragon. Bahamut, however, was far more experienced than Gabriel and soundly defeated him, casting him to the lands below and stripping him of a majority of his powers. For a time, Gabriel was for all intents and purposes...a human. He eventually regained his abilities and returned to the skies from which he hailed. The three brothers and their father all did battle once more, but with the battle ending in a stalemate, Bahamut resumed command of his legion for a time.
In the time since Gabriel had been away, many races had bred with Bahamut's brood, and each generation moved further away from dragons. A celestial being known as Solaris had made a deal with Bahamut, saying she would create a coherant species out of the mix so long as she could keep one of the beings as her personal vessel. One day, one of these creatures that Solaris had promised approached Bahamut...his name was long since forgotten, but his wings were jet black in contrast to Bahamut's golden wings. The child and the dragon spoke for some time, and eventually, the boy had managed to impress Heaven's Fang. This child, Aura, would become the first Deliverer to establish contact with their dragon kin. Solaris found herself impressed by the lineage he produced, two girls of immense power, two boys of equal strength, but her attention was caught by Aura's last daughter, Liah Xes Adrasa. The girl was to be born with a weak soul, and destined to die soon. Solaris, as a god, could see the girl's weak light growing dimmer by the moment, and melded her presence with the girl's before her birth. It was a mutually beneficial relationship, as Solaris' own light was dying. Chase had become Solaris' reincarnation, as attested to by her right eye becoming yellow where she would've been born with blue eyes.
The intervention of a god wasn't enough to save Chase, however, and Solaris was destined to fade away with Chase until the intervention of a traveler named Logos. The man was an elf, but also an ancient creature that traversed timelines as if they were simply streets and intersections. He removed Chase's soul, turning her in to a vessel instead of allowing a weak light to corrupt all other sources of energy. Judgement, a being of pure light corrupted by the very thing that weakened Solaris in the first place, was born in Chase's soulless body. To keep her in check, an envoy from the abyss was poured in to her body, a creature known as Void was created by the union. Chase, by all means, had no reason to exist...she was born with powers that she shouldn't have ever had, but despite it all...Chase grew up loved.

The Gale Force: Cypher
▓▒░CYPHER INDENTINDENT►Character Info ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬••• INDENTRPC Number: 5 INDENTFull Name: Cypher Edge INDENTINDENT•Nickname: None INDENTINDENT•Famous Name: The Devourer, King of Hell, Blood Red Moon INDENTAppearance: Cypher looks somewhat like a regular girl, except for everything about her. She can pass for a female, but not for any type of human...or any other creature in the world. Cypher, firstly, exists as a formless and genderless mass of vice and hatred, and uses soulless vessels to create something of a body to interact with the human world. Cypher's current vessel is a youthful girl with ivory colored skin, violet eyes, and blood red hair. Two red/purple marks are on her cheeks that change color with her emotion to either entirely purple, or entirely red. Her body is the symbol of perfection, and looks more like an angel rather than a demon. Cypher also has black horns that protrude from her head, but they are very small horn-like extensions. Cypher, naturally, has elongated canines that serve as fangs. She can easily pierce flesh, and like all Blood Demons, she can consume blood easier through the mouth, even if she can also do it through the skin. As expected, her hair is not only blood red, but also pitch black closer to the ends. Cypher could almost pass for a human if it wasn't for the unique way she dressed.
Cypher dresses very immodestly, wearing next to nothing, and not feeling bothered when she is without clothing given that she has enough pride in her body to walk in any condition. She wears a thick black shawl that covers her shoulders, giving her comfort against the cold...whereas the rest of her clothes do nothing for that. She has massive sleeves that no human being would wear since it simply makes no sense to do so, and underneath, her right wrist has a black band that serves as a limiter. Cypher's back has the Blood Demon symbol painted very prominently on it, and touching it causes other living beings pain since it spikes upon contact, however the spikes are far too small to notice with ones eyes. Cypher's right arm is also entirely red, and also, it has claws that a human doesn't have. These differences are covered by her massive sleeves, however. The rest of her body is covered in skin tight black and red clothing. Her Blood Demon marking is clearly visible as her back is always exposed. She generally looks as pictured. INDENTRace: Blood Demon INDENTGender: Female INDENTWeight: Variable INDENTHeight: 5'6 INDENTAge: Cypher has been alive since before the dawn of life, but she has died so many times, and been reborn so many times that the effects of aging haven't hit her. Switching vessels keeps her young, and so do blood sacrifices. INDENTINDENT•Likes INDENTINDENT ○ Vices - Cypher is a spreader of chaos and doom, so she enjoys watching people commit sins and act in ways that will doom their souls to an eternity with her. She even encourages vices, but is often reminded that while she is using a limiter, she can't collect on those wayward souls. INDENTINDENT ○ Blood - It's a Blood Demon's breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Despite being able to eat other food, Cypher generally absorbs blood to keep herself alive. She even bathes in the stuff, but nobody can claim to have seen that happen, or seen if it has the same effect as consuming it. INDENTINDENT ○ Herself - Cypher is prideful and arrogant, and she knows that the best thing in the world is herself. This pride in herself easily shows from her barely-there attire, and lack of embarrassment when people point out her lack of clothing. Cypher's pride knows no bounds, and that pride makes her take strange risks. INDENTINDENT ○ Risks - Cypher is a strange person, and does everything she can to appease her hunger for excitement. She'll often take risks nobody else would ever take knowing that it wouldn't kill her, and even if it has a chance to kill her, Cypher never shows an ounce of fear. Risk takers like Cypher are called adrenaline junkies. INDENTINDENT ○ People - Cypher is the destruction incarnate, but Cypher loves people as well as the things they do. It intrigues her to see how people react to certain situations, and how they grow despite what is being thrown at them. Cypher would still destroy them before anything else, but she has mellowed out a lot since joining the Gale Force, and often reserves herself, simply watching what happens. INDENTINDENT• Dislikes INDENTINDENT ○ Love - Cypher's current vessel was stolen from what could be considered a daughter. That vessel experienced human emotions such as fears, hate, and even love. Cypher, being the inherent controller of a vessel that has carried with it human emotions, can also feel these emotions. Cypher, most of all, fears loving another. She loved another long ago, but forsook it all to become The Devourer. To clarify, she can love, but she doesn't like the idea. INDENTINDENT ○ Muramasa - Cypher's "son" who was created as the ultimate vessel. He defeated Cypher and trapped him in his current vessel, weakening Cypher and turning him in to what could be considered a vessel far weaker than her original body. Cypher and Muramasa often clash on ideals, but their personality is very similar in actuality. INDENTINDENT ○ Logos - Logos is one of the people known as Travelers that can defeat Cypher in combat. Logos, being considered one of the strongest mages in existence, earned Cypher's hatred long ago. INDENTINDENT ○ Music - Cypher is a prideful person, and his dislikes musical instruments since she can't play them. Cypher can sing, but dislikes instruments specifically. INDENTINDENT ○ Spicy Foods - Cypher, as the King of Hell, knows all about heat. She avoids hot foods, however, as she has difficulty eating them, and when she does, it embarrasses her if she actually reacts like the food is hot. She simply cannot tolerate them, and often tries to wave out her tongue when she consumes a heated food. This mostly includes things like peppers, but Cypher also dislikes coffee, which is simply just something hot, but which can burn her. INDENTPersonality: Cypher, otherwise known as the King of Hell, is the embodiment of all that is wrong with people...she is the physical manifestation of the darkness in people's hearts. She is their envy, their lust, their anger, their gluttony, their pride...Cypher is everything, and even worse, she has the ability to think. Cypher is known as a Blood Demon, and as such, she enjoys blood, be it seeing blood, bathing it in, or consuming it. She is, above all, prideful. She rules the underworld and all within her domain with what can be considered benevolence for a demon, but her hatred and spite shows clearly for people that would threaten her rule. She often reminds people that the darker sides of them, no matter how dim they are, created her. So long as people exist, Cypher reminds that she will exists as well. Corruption runs thickly through her blood, and with it, the pride that she controls everything.
Cypher may be a corrupt soul, but upon joining the Gale Force, she mellowed out considerably. Cypher is an easy-going, jovial girl who enjoys the daily life of everyone else, and has eventually created her own daily life. She's still arrogant, and fights often, but she willingly accepted a limiter, as well as the weaker body she's trapped in. She displays her power in grand and sweeping ways, but she understands that she is far weaker than she was in her previous incarnation. She also doesn't mind being called the King of Hell at any time given that she doesn't mind gender roles since she has been reincarnated in so many forms. Coming with her pride and arrogance is pride in both her abilities and her body. That is the reason she wears next to nothing, or nothing at all. Cypher simply doesn't care. This easy-going behavior is because she is "friends" which all of the members of the Gale Force. Although she is a king, she takes Chase's orders seriously.
It is also very possible to make Cypher angry, and when she is angered, it is difficult to tell. Her smile grows wider, to the point where her fangs are very visible. Her eyes become a solid dark purple when she is angry, as if she has suddenly gone blind. The marks on her cheeks also change color depending on how Cypher feels. Either completely red for anger, or purple when experiencing a negative emotion like sadness. Otherwise, they are just a simple red/purple gradient since it, otherwise, conveys many other emotions. This effect can be achieved by pulling Cypher's horns, hair, or by touching her arm. Pulling Cypher's hair causes her to become momentarily unresponsive, but it pisses her off worse than simply making conversation that she doesn't agree with. When she becomes unresponsive because her hair is being pulled, the moment she can move again she often draws her sword on instinct. INDENTTheme Song:Blood Red Moon

INDENTPowers: As her background says, Cypher has multiple powers that highlight her godhood. Cypher can't be killed by normal means, even if a weapon is holy. Cypher can be dismembered, but pull her limbs back together without issues, but has to regrow a new one if it is severed by a holy weapon, which takes more energy out of Cypher. She can encase her body in hard "rock" and lava, created from the hatred of rage demons she controls, and can sing in the sweetest voice or charm with the softest kiss because of lust demons. She can even summon any demon from any circle of hell she wants to. She controls blood, and gains energy by cyphering it in to herself. She has full control of blood on the outside of the body, and full control of all of her own blood and those of the demons she can summon. She can teleport by bursting in to flames, but this doesn't burn down anything since the fire is unnatural. Cypher can also summoned Azazel and the Imprisoned. These are massive demons, The Imprisoned is made of fire and magma, while Azazel is a creature of blood and destruction. Cypher is held back by the limiter on her wrist, which only allows her half of her powers unless her life is in danger...however, there is not much to threaten Cypher's life. Age is not a danger to her either as long as she kills enough to reconstruct a new body. Cypher's true, demon form has yet to be revealed, but Cypher often tells people if she were to transform in to it, she would only destroy her vessel.
Cypher was born since the dawn of life, given that each creature had malice at some point. Cypher was born in a primitive form...a simple ball of blackness with no true shape. Cypher, upon initial creation, didn't have the ability to speak or think. Cypher was just a creature that was built to destroy and consume. This was far, far before the first intelligent being existed, so Cypher's intelligence was only slightly above that of the creature's that existed. The moment Cypher had consumed enough of the creatures to create a body for itself, it had become the first intelligent being in existence. Cypher was, in a way, a parasite. It fed off of the existence of others, consuming them entirely to enhance its body. Cypher was called a Blood Demon because, as far as legend was concerned, Cypher's main diet consisted of blood. Cypher literally existed by cyphering the existence of another in to the main body that it had created for itself. It was something of a legion.
Cypher operated this way for some time, and was eventually sealed away deep in something of an entirely different dimension. Cypher was simply too dangerous to be left alone, but for the many millennia that Cypher was sealed away, it became more intelligent. Cypher could tell it was going to deteriorate and die if it waited any longer, so it created a new body to match the life of those who were the closest species. Cypher made a body similar to a human's, a male body with large black horns and colorless skin. At the time of Cypher's death, it transferred to the new body known as the King of Hell by the other souls that had been sealed away with Cypher. Cypher operate from the ground for some time, but it eventually felt that its body was going to collapse again and made four bodies, and a fifth as a failsafe. The first body was that of a young girl named Scarlet by the general populace she fell in with, a boy who was unnamed and undiscovered, a boy who came to be known as Muramasa, the cursed, and a clone of the body of Muramasa, which came to be known as Rhys.
Cypher was wholly prepared to simply switch between these bodies, but they were freed and gained a mind and soul of their own, sharing Cypher's powerful Blood Demon abilities and becoming heroes in their own right. Cypher only wanted to live. His legend was relayed to all of those who were taken away from his domain, and in the end, they came back to destroy him for the ones they loved. Cypher fought them all, and nearly destroyed them all, but he was killed by a teenage Muramasa, and sealed away inside of a suit of armor. Cypher's soul deteriorated enough that he found that he would die inside of that suit of armor, but his suffering was ended up Muramasa, his technical son. Muramasa was reborn through Scarlet's body, or rather, the original version of it while Scarlet had long since abandoned her own shell. This reincarnation started Cypher from the very beginning, but she was still very much the King of Hell. That's the short version of the story Cypher relays to members of the Gale Force, which she joined upon being defeated by Chase.
