A beautiful spring day; it was sunny, warm, but not hot, with the scent of flowers in the air. Really, it was a perfect day to be out enjoying the weather. It was also the perfect day for a Meet and Great in the park with two of the most famous models from Pepper Song's fashion and modeling company, Katinka and Katrina, better known as the Kitty Kat twins. There was already a line that wound out of the gates and wrapped around the block... and the girls hadn't even arrived yet!
In the midst of the line stood a rather imposing Poke-human with a much smaller one. The former looked to be a hybrid of some sort, Pupitar and shiny Crocnaw, for anyone with a keen eye. The latter looked like a shiny Axew, judging by those tusks jutting out from his jaw. Both looked like an odd pair in the mostly female line, but the young Axew didn't seem to mind or care. The Pupinaw, on the other hand... he looked like he had much more important things to do today.
Aggro looked at his watch and wondered why they had gotten in line this early again. They had been standing there for an hour at least and yet they still had a while to wait, he thought. Glancing backward, however, he sighed in defeat; if they'd gotten here any later, they'd probably not get to see the twins. Guess it was a good thing Muldoon insisted they arrive early; they were only about 20 people from the front of the line. Aggro crossed his arms, unintentionally flexing his large biceps, and causing the people behind him to scoot back a few steps. Best to wait quietly and patiently.
It was hard for Muldoon to stand still. He was so excited to see the twins that he was anxiously looking in all directions for some sign of their arrival. Despite his energy, he carefully held a modeling magazine close to his chest. It was the first time the twins had appeared in any print, back before anyone knew who they were or how popular they’d become. Muldoon was hoping to get it signed by the two media darlings.

The twins publicist was traipsing around being sort of a nuisance as the makeup team finished last minute touches on the girls. They'd been dressed up in a sort of Indiana Jones style clothing, wearing hats and all the rest and their makeup was in tones to match their clothing. While two women worked on their faces, there was a few more behind them adjusting curls and flyaway strands while yet a third person around each was straightening their clothes and making sure they were as flawless looking as they always looked. It was an arduous task! Peering down at the tablet he carried their publicist...who's name neither of them remembered since he was only a few days to their team was flitting around nervously. "There's a group winding around the block...you'll have a busy day today girls. There's water bottles set up for you, and plenty of pens and..." he rattled on and the twins rolled eyes at each other in amusement. They were used to this, he was obviously not. Finally it was close to time and with precision the teams stepped away from the twins, a last minute visual check on the two and they were on their way down to their fans. A cheer rose up from the first person to spot the twins descending the stairs, they pausing to wave a moment while a flurry of cameras clicked all around them along with the shrill screams of the twins' fans. It didn't take long for the pair to reach the ground, and move towards the greeting area. They'd take pictures with fans, sign things, talk a bit. The area was originally going to be made up to look like a movie scene, but they decided the natural look was best, and didn't over shadow the girls, which was the most important. "Alright everyone, remember there's a time limit you all have to spend with the twins, to ensure the line moves in a timely manner! No pushing or shoving, or else security will escort you off the premises." and with that, the guys manning the line opened the rope cordoning the throng from the twins letting the first fan through and she approached the twins, and squealed a moment, silently holding a scrap of paper out, too tongue tied to talk.

When the crowd erupted as the twins emerged, Muldoon bounced up and down, from one side of the line to the other, trying to catch a glimpse of the pair. Do to his diminished stature and the, now animated, line, it was very hard for him to see anything other than the backs of those fans in front of them. Aggro, on the other hand, could see the twins come out of their trailer, wave, then head to the table to sign things.
Muldoon sighed a little as the announcement of a time limit was given. He realized why they had to place a limit on the visits each person got, but at the same time, even though it hadn't occurred yet, he wanted more time with them than allotted. He looked down at the magazine he held ever so carefully as the man giving the announcement moved down the line to tell everyone else. Instead of feeling sorry for himself, however, a sense of determination a lit in his mind. He would show the twins just what he thought of them and that he wasn't like the rest of the fans that swarmed them. He would make them remember him in the best way possible.
The line slowly moved along, Aggro remaining patient, but bored. Muldoon's eyes narrowed, his resolve now focused on a singular goal.

Kat of course basked under the cheer from the crowd of fans, a bright smile as she waved to them flashed. Kitty was no less excited though her smile looked more realistic on her face. Pleased without being showy about it, a slight flush to her cheeks at the attention. She liked it, but at times it overwhelmed, and this was one of those. It was one of many personality differences between them needless to say.
Finally the line began to move, the twins talking to each fan as they came up to them, signing what was held out to them, allowing photos to be taken of them, or even with them, and being told "If you send a copy to us we'll sign it and return it." they were all about the fans. The fans are what kept them popular, and while Kat at time found it tedious to keep their favor, Kitty didn't mind. Without them, they wouldn't be so popular, so giving back to them was no hardship to her.
The small group ahead of Muldoon and Aggro however, nearly ruined it for everyone, one of the guys insisting on hugging Kat, and looking like he was attempting to grope her at the same time to her horror. Her eyes narrowed and a warning growl was issued. Oh sure they had security but the twins did know how to handle themselves. It was one of the things they'd discussed in their magazine interview, how they'd taken self defense and such to be able to fend for themselves.
Seeing the ruckus the promoter of the event came close, whispering to security as they went, and they began to start moving the line back, talk of the meet and greet being ended now due to the issue. There was outraged cries, and disappointed groans and daggers shot at the problem of it all, the guy beaming for being that close to Kat, not realizing what an idiot he'd been.
Finally though, Kat could be heard telling everyone to settle down, there was no need to ruin things for everyone else because of one fan who couldn't keep his head. The line began to calm again, and there was the man at the rope looking to Aggro and Muldoon. "Your turn guys."

Muldoon was among those that groaned in disappointment at the thought of the meet and greet being ended. And having that thought just as he was next? It about broke his little heart! Thank goodness for the twins and their graciousness! The stars returned to his eyes and he stepped forward.
Aggro had narrowed his eyes at the fool as they passed. If they hadn't got to see the twins, that man would've been in for a dowsing. Luckily, it didn't come to that and the Pupinaw teen stood silently behind his cousin as the little Axew scampered up to the girls.
"G-good day, ladies," he managed after clearing his throat. He took a little bow, trying to show every courtesy he could to the two. "You're both looking especially beautiful today, though I think that's no small feat for either of you." He looked down at the magazine he'd been clutching so lovingly this entire time and butterflies began to well up in his stomach. He swallowed hard and looked at both girls, his voice failing him a moment. "If it wouldn't be too much trouble, would you both be so kind as to sign this for me? And... maybe, if it's okay, could I get a picture with you?" The last sentence was said as he averted his gaze from theirs. He was sure after the last guy, they wouldn't want to get too close to any of the fans for the rest of this visit. Not that Muldoon had any intentions for being so crass, but it wasn't like they knew him.

The girls had each taken a sip of water from the bottles sitting there, mostly to regain composure after what had happened, though they both smiled at the pair approaching the table. Kitty's smile seemed to be a shade brighter than Kat's, though given she wasn't the one who'd just been manhandled, it was no wonder. Still, Kay was still smiling warmly at the pair, a soft chuckle coming from her. "Aren't you just the sweetest? What's your name honey?" once told, she'd sign it...a simple To Muldoon, the sweetest fan yet. Love Kat while Kitty would take it and in her swooping curling writing To Muldoon, a little gentleman. Love Kitty. The twins thought he was the cutest thing ever! He was so polite, and bashful! It was a stark contrast from the last guy to be honest and it was refreshing. "Do you want a photo with us Muldoon?" Kitty gave the boy a smile, while Kat looked to Aggro. "Do you want us to sign something for you too handsome?" why not ask? He was there after all. Though she was paying attention to the answer to Kitty's question. She didn't mind photos after all!

"The name's Muldoon, miss," he replied in a tone albeit shaky. He was trying hard to regain his composure now. It was probably for the best that he couldn't quite read what they were writing, otherwise he'd lose all sense of himself. He was still trying to get over just how nice they actually were. He thought surely the few negative tabloids he'd seen would prove Kat's temper at the very least. Needless to say, he was pleasantly surprised.
Aggro shook his head and waved his hand at Kat's question in a manner that suggested no rudeness, just the fact that he was a chaperon for the little Axew. He then pulled out a camera from the pocket on his Hawaiian-styled shirt. It was an old, beat up thing that was a wonder if it even worked. Aggro pointed at it and smiled with his eyes to the group, obvious that he was the one that would be taking the picture.
Muldoon took a deep breath as he turned towards the camera, fully expecting the girls to stay behind the table after the last incident. He attempted a few smiles as best he could, his tusks pulling his lower lip down. He finally ended with something that looked more like a smirk than anything and struck what he felt was a "cool pose," leaving his right arm down and pointing upwards with his left hand. He was definitely trying to play it cool and not completely fanboy out.

"Thank you Muldoon." Kat smiled at the boy before she began to scrawl on the photo, slipping it across the table to her sister so she could do the same thing.
There was a surprised look from Kat at Aggro letting her know he wasn't there for him, though the surprise was quickly hidden by the sight of the camera and immediately they were both on their feet.
Coming around the table they each stood behind him, though Kat left her hat on the table, and Kitty, well hers was taken off and settled onto Muldoon's head moments before the camera clicked.
Then they each bent and kissed his cheeks at the same time. That done they were turning to smile at him. "It was a pleasure to meet such a sweet and respectful fan." Kitty picked up the photo and held it out to him with a grin.

Muldoon was ecstatic when they came around to the front of the table and stood next to him. The whole event felt like a dream now. He was walking on clouds. And when they kissed him? Oh boy, did his cheeks darken! He swallowed hard and tried to focus on something other than the warmth of their lips on his cheeks. He thought for sure he'd faint or make a fool out of himself in some other fashion if he didn't.
Aggro snapped a few pictures of the whole ordeal. They even managed to get a low chuckle out of the big teen. It was all very adorable to see the tough exterior that Muldoon put on, melt into a quivering pool of shyness.
"Thanks," the chocolate Axew managed to squeak as he was handed the photo. He wiped his hands on his pants before taking hold of the coveted picture. He felt like he was sweating, but hoped he wasn't. That'd be embarrassing! "Oh!" he'd almost forgot he was wearing Kitty's hat! "Y-your hat, miss!" He began to remove it with one hand, his other carefully clutching the picture. "I don't wanna take nothin' of yours! Er... I mean, I don't want to take anything of yours." He was getting too nervous to keep from slipping into his accent at this point. It was taking an extreme amount of focus to not resort to it.

The twins could see that the boy was excited about taking pictures with them and it endeared him to them even more! He was certainly one of the best fans they'd had in quite awhile!
Kitty grinned at Muldoon and winked at him. "You can keep that cutie as a souvenir of today alright? " "It was real nice meeting you Muldoon, it's great to have such a wonderful, respectful fan like you come to see us." the twins then hugged him, squashing the boy between their ample chests a moment before they pulled away and moved to sit behind the table again.
They did like fans like him, who made their day especially after dealing with a previously jerky fan!

"R-really?! Ah man, thanks!" Muldoon placed the prize on his head, a giant smile on his face. Aggro shot a glare behind them to the rest of the line, cutting off any complaints before they started. He was not going to let this day be ruined further for Muldoon or the twins.
Aggro began to usher Muldoon away, the little shiny Axew boy was far too star struck by the last embrace to say anything further. The older boy nodded and bowed his head in thanks to the girls as they walked away from the table.
A few feet away from the twins, Muldoon regained his self of himself. "No!" he spoke in a hushed voice to himself. He spun on his heel and looked back to the twins. The next person was walking up. He bolted, coming up to their table and mumbling an apology to the other fan. "I would like to take you two out to dinner when I get older, if that's okay!" it came out quickly and at a higher volume than he had anticipated. He winced as a heavy hand landed on his shoulder. Muldoon looked up to see the owner of the hand, the bouncer that had thrown out the prior fan. "Sorry," he mouthed before turning around and heading off on his own accord.

"You're welcome Muldoon." Kat was smiling at the boy and his stunned but pleased reaction. That had been worth it to see that look on his face.
They'd just turned to the new fan in line when Muldoon came running back to the table and squeaky but adorable dinner date invitation. A quick glance was given to one another, and there was Kitty smiling. "If you remain such a sweet fan, then I think you have yourself a date. Just look us up when you're older Muldoon." the twins wiggled their fingers at him with a smile, before turning back to the girl that was standing there looking awe struck to be talking to the Kitty Kat twins, and they grinned. Today had definitely gotten a lot better thanks to Muldoon.

Muldoon froze when they said yes. He looked back at them and beamed again. "Thank you, ladies! You won't regret it!" And with a little skip he headed back to his waiting cousin before they both headed back home. Muldoon had something to work towards now!
