Callie was just leaving her daughters side as they were spending quite some time together. She loved spending time with her daughter.It made her feel such love inside. She hoped that the male she would be spending her future with would accept her.

Makenzy sighed as he stood watching his brother from afar. He was happy for him, but jealous at the same time. He wished he had a grown family of his own, and since leaving his old life, he wasn't sure if he'd ever get it. Positive thinking, he thought to himself as he started to gallop away, looking for a face to talk to.

Callie noticed a large draft almost stallion standing from her. He has such wonderful dark tone and his hair was medium locks. She decided to move forward towards him."Hello there.Such a nice spring day isn't it?"Giving a soft smile she fixed her wings and tossed her bangs.

Makenzy snorted with surprise once he saw the winged female infront of him. She was beautiful to him. Shuffling his feet from nervousness, he glances up at her with a goofy grin on his face. "Oh.. Hello!" He pauses, flicking his tail. "It is a lovely day... and I must say, you are... very pretty." He says, blushing. "My name is Makenzy."

"It is! I'm Callie,It is a great pleasure." She bowed slightly to the male. "What brings you to the open plains?"She asked softly and watched him be nervous.He was silly.

"Nice to meet you, Callie." He smiles at her. "Well, I'm not sure really.. I just wanna meet some new Soq, and I guess I have. Unless you have somewhere to be?" He says, sighing at the thought. He didn't really wanna be alone.

"I don't have to be anywhere." She smiled.Callie had no where to be.Her daughter was all grown up and she really didn't have to worry about her. Canter was good by himself. "I will be around for a while."

"Oh, good!" He grinned. "So tell me something about yourself?" He tilted his head, wondering if she had her own family life to worry about.

She giggled softly at the female.There we go. He didn't seem so shy now."Well..I have one daughter. But nothing else. I have a best friend as well. He helps me take care of her."Callie loved that Canter took it upon himself to help her raise Ambryn Rose.Even though he was still learning himself."What about yourself?"

He paused, wondering if she was a taken mare or not. "Oh? What is your daughters name?" He smiles, still interested in hearing about her life. "I have a brother who has a big family now and has also found a new love." Makenzy sighed. "He has it all, really."

Callie nodded. "Ambryn Rose. Her father and I didn't get along after we had her.So we seperated." Callie sighed a little bit but shrugged it off.It was a new time to shine. "Oh! Don't think that way! Yours could be just as good. Look at you Makenzy." She laughed a bit.

Makenzy smiled. "That is a beautiful name! And I'm sorry to hear... but sometimes bad things happen for good things to come." He nodded, being a firm believer. He giggled at her comment. "I normally do have a lot of confidence but... you are too beautiful."

"Thank you and of course.Good things come to those who wait."She smiled."I may be beautiful one the outside,but i am even more beautiful in the personality within."Callie nodded. "You are way handsome.I don't see why you don't have a beautiful mare along your side."

"They do." Looking back at his past, he knew this was true. There was always a light at the end of the tunnel. "Oh, well I'm glad! I would love to get to know you.." He said with a grin. "I used to have a mare, but she died a long time ago. We never had the best relationship but.. it was still heartbreaking at the time." He gulps at the thought.

"You are more than welcome to.I am open."She smiled and watched him.Callie then got a little worried and lowered her ears a bit."I..am terribly sorry. But she would probably love for you to move on,and be happy." Callie felt somewhat how he did.She never lived long enough in her 'other' world.
