Briar_Rose didn't know the tree was going to be so mad, all she did was lean back against its trunk for a little break... And then this happened.

The tree attacked her with swinging branches so fast, she only had enough time to defend herself.

The tree was attacking her furiously, striking down with punishing blows to finish her. Rose wasn't getting anywhere with attacking, it was all she could do to protect herself.

She noticed that as the battle wore on, the tree's blows were getting weaker.

'It must be getting tired.' She thought as she blocked a blow that was like being hit with a small stick. Then she took her chance, attacking the tree with everything she had.

"AAAaaaahh..." The tree roared as it broke into splinters by Rose's critical blow. It dissipated back into the shadows as if nothing had happened, leaving Briar_Rose with a sense of accomplishment... And nothing else.
