The evil cheesecake looks edible, but still evil.

As she wandered across this land of sweets, another piece of evil cheesecake pounced on her.

It was okay. She was ready. Cards drawn, Sevs ordered to attack.

Waffleberry was an old hat at this.

It seemed that the cards WERE willing to work with her. The next attack took a very nice dent out of that cake. Even if it did a decent chunk to her own health, too. She was pretty sure she was winning.

"Good work, Sevs!" It paid to encourage the bunny. He was the best help.

She only hoped she could keep it up. "Just like that, Sevs. Change nothing." She might also have been talking to her cards.

Deep down, she knew the cards didn't listen, but it was very satisfying to lay out another decent attack. Evil Cheesecake didn't stand a chance.

At least she hoped not.

And she drew heals from her bag of tricks. Heals were always nice, but this seemed a little overkill. Though it DID mean she would most certainly outlast that cheesecake.

Besides, Sevs was still attacking.

What she dished out with her next attack almost seemed like overkill as both she and Sevs hit the thing.

The poor cheesecake just...went flat. Waffleberry almost felt bad for it. Almost. But not quite. It was kinda evil.

Next came the best part. Seeing what she won from killing the thing.

She didn't find anything shiny, but she did pick up a whole bunch of exp.

"Nice. Very nice."

She liked leveling up.
