1. What would you like you Root code name to be?
Four , in chinese culture the number four is considered unlucky and is homophonous with the word 'death'.

2. What position do you wish to hold?
Go big or go home and I think its time she advanced in the workplace .... Captain! [Executive if that is not alright]

3. Out of the brief description of Root, what kind of tactic do you think you'll be best in?
She will be well rounded but most efficient in Interrogation [basic - torture] and assassination.

4. A brief example of RP of you using that tactic:

Four. It was an odd code name that she had taken up after the wars died down. Those who worked with her figured it was just a matter of her favorite number or perhaps least favorite? Nobody had taken the time to ask until she personally dragged in an enemy spy.

A few months prior...

The woman had been spending an abnormal amount of time within the city itself. There were many around her who had began whispering that she was getting lazy. Some were so bold as to suggest her demotion in rank. The woman was many things but lazy was not a word one could easily tie to her. No, the raven haired assassin had been subtly interacting with an enemy spy she had rooted out while passing through the barracks. She made a mental note of the encounter and trailed them for the rest of the day. Shúfāng made her move once she cornered the enemy spy. They were heading down a set of stairs just before the hallway that lead to the exit. Shúfāng had been using the rafters above for cover as she silently traveled above her target.

Four had waited until they took the first step to descend the stairs. Once they raised their foot she swung down from the rafters and sent the spy crashing into the stonework stairs. The force was enough to knock the spy out and with a little bit of maneuvering she was able to recover their rapid tumble down the stairs into more elegant series of flips. There was not a single soul around to witness the suddenly sprung trap as she hoisted the female over her shoulder and proceeded to a well hidden exit. Shúfāng was quick to traverse the hidden passages and return to the interrogation chamber she had set up only hours prior to engaging in her plan.

Once she arrived at the double steel doors, Four changed her entire demeanor. Her eyes had sharpened into a narrow glare that fixed on the handle she gripped with more force than usual. I am surprised they managed to make it into the city. The door groaned as she forced it open allow light to floor into the darkness of the interrogation room. Four was an oddity in ROOT. She never interrogated people in a lit room and she never, ever, let those she was interrogating know what she was willing to do. No, what she would do if they didn't cooperate.

The spy groaned as they pulled them self back into consciousness. The sound they made filled the ever silent room with muffles of their struggles to stand and breakout of their bindings shuffling in underneath the panicked grunting. "Who do you work for?" Four's voice chilled the air as she spoke in a heart numbing manner. "Who the hell are you? Where am I?" The enemy questioned. Shúfāng could see their head desperately shifting side to side as their eyes failed to adjust to the darkness enough for even a glimmer of their interrogator. "That doesn't answer my question. Who do you work for?" The spy scoffed. That was enough of a response to cause Four to draw nearer to them.

She simply allowed her lips to curl into a gentle smile as her right hand wrapped around the left half of their jaw. Their head was raised ever so slightly as she leaned in closer and smiled. "Oh, you think I cannot pull an answer from you?" Her velvet laugh filled the room for a mere second. "I guess you will eventually realize... this is just a labor of love for Zaibatsu. It is not a job at all." The female dug her nails into the female spy's cheek moments before she clawed the side of the females face. The sensory deprivation of the darkness made the pain sharper than normal but the spy did not yield.

Four studied the spy in silence as she gently made her way to the other side of the woman. She did not make a single noise with her doe-like steps as she lifted a dagger from the wooden stand near by. I could pry the information from you... but I sense you are stronger mentally than you let on. Four had began talking to the woman half-way. It was more of her making a mental note as if she were speaking to the woman through her thoughts. Four shifted to a position in front of the spy before straddling their lap. "You know, in the darkness the senses are heightened." Four purred as she slid the blade along the spy's armor stopping to rest the tip of the blade in the space between the shoulder and chest-piece. Four slowly slid her hand around the back of the spies head to grip her ponytail and yank it backwards. The woman could sense the sudden gasp of air from the spy. "You can't tell pain and pleasure apart until one becomes more powerful then the other." She had intentionally began to confuse the spy's sense of touch. The woman leaned forwards and pressed her lips to the enemy's throat. She could tell by their pulse adrenaline was flowing through their body. It was with a soft kiss that her kindness died as her other hand plunged the blade into the enemy's shoulder.

The spy's let out a shriek of pain as Four lifted her lips a mere inch off of the spies. "Tell me everything!" Four's tone became forceful as she twisted the dagger slightly. The female spy she had captured whined as she attempted to escape her bonds. It was clear the pain was too much for her to speak more than baited breathy statements. "I will not tell!" Four couldn't help but laugh. The woman honestly thought she had a chance at hiding the information. Shufang released the woman's hair and the dagger rather suddenly as she just as quickly gripped either side of the enemy's head.

The woman could see in the darkness that her enemy was looking away and forcibly turned the woman's head. "Then I will pry it from you by force. Let's hope this doesn't kill you." Four laughed as the woman gasped once more in fear before forcing her way into the mind of the spy. She glanced past faint memories of childhood friends. Traveled in deeper than the intimate secrets of the spies private life and danced around her personal relations before fixing on one specific memory. The spy received the mission by the light of the early sun as an enemy general commanded. The spy even gave her the name of a guardsmen that had betrayed Zaibatsu. Shu lingered in that memory before slowly working her way out of the spies memory. She would not leave without leaving a gift of her own desire.

The ROOT member narrowed her eyes to a mere slit as she forced a memory into the females mind. She made the female remember false information. The information where she would lure the small scouting party that was awaiting her return to arrive. There would be a second memory of her little guard friend betraying her and stabbing her in the shoulder. Then to negate the memory of the interrogation and torture she modified the memory so that it seemed like a nightmare after her friends betrayal. Lastly, Shufang would use her grip on the females head to slam her forehead into the already mentally-drained spy. The action would definitely hurt Shu a little bit but it knocked the spy unconscious. Just long enough for her to place her on the outskirts of town underneath a tree. She knew that they would meet again soon.

One month ago...

Shufang had been waiting for the spy to show their face once more. She knew the girl would be back within a months time and would use the 'weakness in the enemies territory' she had creatively convinced the spy of to know where they would attempt to enter. It would be nearly dawn by the time the small group of four arrived. Four had tracked them from nearly two miles out before regrouping with the ROOT members she had brought along. They were in position by the time the party of four walked beneath them. They didn't make it past the tree that Shu had perched in before the female signaled the ambush. One, two, three... were dead in a matter of 30 seconds prior to Four's bird-like whistle. The fourth, was left for Shufang who simply loosed an arrow into the woman's heart. As the familiar spy fell to the ground gasping for air, the Root member approached her and knelt down beside the spy. "One, this cant be happening...right? Wrong." Shu whispered as the spy coughed violently." Two, the blood is pooling in your chest cavity and the pain seems unbearable." The female looked at the arrow and gripped it tightly with her hands, ripping the object out."Three, everything is getting blurry and dark. This...is taking forever isn't it?" She mumbled the words as she females eyes shut slowly. "Four, death embraces you." Her words were mouthed as she stood up and signaled the other members to begin clearing the scene. There were reports to be delivered on the status of this little mission of 'cat and mouse' as well as a traitorous guard she still had not finished interrogating... intentionally of course. Treason would always be unforgivable and death would be a reward. No, she had to ensure Zaibatsu's safety. She would reward the guard with a possibly swift death, once they told her everything she needed to know of course.

A.P.P.R.O.V.E.D. for membership and rank of Captain

1. What would you like you Root code name to be?
Blood Angel, or Blood for short. Since he is commonly mistaken for a "fallen angel" or whatever the hell people think his wings are from. Let them be ignorant.

2. What position do you wish to hold?
Executive, if possible. Otherwise a member is fine.

3. Out of the brief description of Root, what kind of tactic do you think you'll be best in?
A Cleaner; when out in the field. Otherwise he'd be more then happy to handle all the paperwork when other members come home. He's very patient. He can also provide heavy support with his powers if things turn.. sour, in a mission.

4. A brief example of RP of you using that tactic:
A soft yawn escaped his lips as he sat upon a mountain ridge. He was out with a younger member, and was awaiting for them to complete their mission so he could clean up the mess afterwards. It was already taking far too long, but he couldn't really complain. His stoney seat was just as comfortable as his chair back home in the office. A brisk wind whipped through his dark hair, and he could swear he felt a shiver coming on. Yet, it never came. To his disappointment. That would have been a refreshing sensation.

His eyes scanned the ridges far below, where his partner was stealing vital information on their enemies movements in one of their hidden camps. Everyone there was to be eliminated and all information extracted, then destroyed. So that no one else could use it. Hopefully his partner was on their way out now. He didn't want to prematur-...

A sudden sharp ringing in his head signaled that his partner had been caught, and a quick telepathic message from them informed Caelum that he was retreating with the information gathered. He gave a tremendous sigh as he slowly rose from his sitting position. Always a sloppy mess from the newcomers. Why did they make him babysit? A smirk began to creep over his face as he began reporting his operation back to headquarters via telepathy.

"Ahem. Mission objective one: successful. Objects two, and three: failed. Blood Angel initiating cleanup phase ahead of schedule. Standby for further updates." Caelum raised his right hand looking down at the enemy base far below. His partners identity had been compromised, and the data they stole still needed to be removed from enemy hands. Anything to impede their progress. His fingers tingled as the air shimmered around his palm, and slowly a pinprick of light grew just a few inches from his skin. He gave a warning to his partner through there minds connection that he had one minute to escape before cleanup. With his keen eyes Caelum could see men running around below obviously trying to round up the spy.

In his palm the blue light began to grow up to tennis ball size. It shimmered and pulsed with his heartbeat; superheated gas smoldering just in front of his hand. He could feel its weight. Its terrifying power humming just a few inches from his skin. Three... Two... One... The now soccer ball sized sphere of plasma burst outwards from his palm and sizzled through the air on its way down to the base. "I sure hope you made it out kid," was what Caelum muttered as he gripped his wrist with his other hand to keep it steady.

A moment later a blinding light appeared on the mountainside below, and a soft rumble through the stones confirmed his attacks target had been hit. "Blood Angel's cleanup a confirmed hit. Checking now for possible remaining evidence."
Unfurling his massive black wings Caelum dropped from his perch and glided down to the dust cloud below. To his relief he found his partner under the cover of some nearby boulders that shielded him from the blast. Everyone living was always a plus-side to his missions. He took only a few minutes to explore the now crumbling cliffside. There was nothing left. It wasn't a very large establishment to begin with, but Caelum always took pride in his efficiency. All he could discover were a few glass shards melted to the stone, and the occasional bit of singed tarp from someones tent that he quickly incinerated. In the morning this place would look like any other part of the mountain.

"This is The Blood Angel. Cleanup successful. Returning home with the data retrieved." He gave his partner a toothy grin as he flew them back up the mountain. It was fun to be outside every once in a while.

A few hours later...

Back in his desk Caelum began fiddling with his notes and folders. Things could have gone better, but otherwise everything was alright. He spent the rest of his evening typing up everything that needed to be detailed to his captain and the CEO. Obviously this was all top secret as well, so he stayed in his office not allowing anyone in without the proper clearance. Even then Caelum was edgy when people walked in to bring him more paperwork or whatever they needed from him. Some of his co-workers called him OCD or paranoid, but he had seen it before. He had lived a long time already. Keeping secrets was a dangerous occupation. One that he was very good at though.

When his report on the mission was complete Caelum moved on to some more mundane tasks. Copying the other members paperwork. Filing account numbers and recording everyones progress on their work. Boring stuff to say the least. For a minute his mind wandered back in time, and slowly his good mood faded and a sour expression came over his face. Yes, this might be boring, but it was heaven-sent compared to the things that went on before this. A few papers on his desk blackened and crinkled up from the heat of his skin. His control slipping momentarily as he became lost in his train of thought. It wasn't until he felt his pen dripping through his fingertips did he regain control of himself. With a sigh he cleaned up his mess and packed up his stuff. The day was done. Time to go and relax for an hour or two before someone called him in to do more paperwork.

1.) What would you like you Root code name to be?
xx- Disappearing Rabbit (referencing a rabbit diving down a hole or a magician making a rabbit disappear instantaneously via trick)

2.) What position do you wish to hold?
xx- ROOT Executive

3.) Out of the brief description of Root, what kind of tactic do you think you'll be best in?
xx- Tracking. My character (Noein Kodou) has a pre-requisite as a Hunter, making her knowledgeable in all skills mentioned above as well as Stealth. Her combination of techniques allow her to preform tasks efficiently and time-saving. Recommended for sweeping jobs, being able to take out hoards of weaker-ranked enemies easily and allowing for allies to focus on high-ranked enemies without wasting energy pre-fight.

4.) A brief example of RP of you using that tactic:
xx- The air was damp with moisture from the evening rain, and the only light visible was that of the waxing crescent hanging above the forest canopy. Crouched low to the ground, Noein waited beside the trunk of a nearby tree. She had gotten herself into quite the delicate situation and without any openings, she could only pray and camouflage into the sea of uniform trees around her. While the smell of her targets had washed away with the downpour, she could still clearly hear the sounds of their footsteps crackling on the forest floor. They were looking for her, and if she made a move, they would most defiantly hear it.

Noein stayed close to her tree and out of sight, still listening closely to the pinball way the footsteps sounded around her. She could make out three individual sets bouncing around, but her training had taught her to be on guard for twice the amount.

She took the opportunity to change the blades of her weapons, she had practiced to do this without making a note of noise, and if she was going to end this, she would need all the power she could get.

Noein's heart suddenly began to race, the footsteps were moving away and she could feel herself catching a second wind. This was her chance, her hunter instincts kicked in and the rest was a blur...

Daybreak was peeking over the forest now, and it was almost like re-awakening from a dream. Her hands were still grasped tightly around her weapons. Warm blood ran down her cheeks and skin but it wasn't her own. Four bodies laid at her feet, unmoving while Noein stood in the midst of them, focused on the regaining of her breath over mixture of blood, sweat and dirt which had caked on her.

She finally moved after a long silence, sheathing both her weapons and stepping over her kill. The bodies would be retrieved by the others as soon as she called in but for now she just wanted to get home as soon as possible.

1. What would you like you Root code name to be?
White Mage [Due to his Ivory hair and his mystic powers]
2. What position do you wish to hold?
A Normal Member
3. Out of the brief description of Root, what kind of tactic do you think you'll be best in?
Assassination- Through the transformation between a cold blooded killer, and awkward, Feminine, and kind young lad, the young man is perfect for getting close and taking out people who underestimate his kinder form.
4. A brief example of RP of you using that tactic:
Approaching the building, the young man spun in glee and bliss while his sleeves trailed down his waist. The boy's eyes were closed while the few guards by the gate stared at his trot. His skip lead upto the gate and his mouth grew from a small grin to a wide smile as he giggled lightly."Excuse me. I would ....Well...I kinda wanna....If it wouldn't be trouble..."He stumbled over words while looking down and around, jovially, yet with a slight timidness. The three walk to him and look down at the lad. He seemed like the only thing he could hurt was a bowl of cereal. The two in the back chattered before the one in the front sighed and stepped to the side. Kiyomaru looked up and smiled with glowing eyes. He nodded furiously and began to walk through the guards into the front door.

His walk was a bit loud as he looked around the lobby, spotting an elevator and grinning. He held his sleeved hand up and looked down to it. "In the lobby, Will be reaching the top floor soon enough." He said while giving an innocent chuckle. He seemed to be talking to himself, yet, he was talking to the device under his sleeve. Keeping his higher ups informed of his progress. The young man gave a light jog to the elevator and hit the button to call it down.

His mouth was in the form of a slight frown while the boy rocked back and forth. The wait seemed like forever in the teen's mind while he watched the buttons count down from 34. Each moment was making him more and more anxious. And then, it finally hit the 'L', allowing him to step on. He put his sleeve on the up most button, which happened to be 36. The next wait began. His brown eyes slowly closed as his frown turned to a smile. The ride up seemed to be a bit faster. No stops on the way to the top.

The doors slid open with a ding as Kiyomaru jumped out with a sing songy skip. He held his joyous smile as the receptionist stared at him with an astranged look. "Um....Do you have an appointment?" She asked as the young man's eye lids opened to his completely white eyes. His smile fading. "Yes....I have a 3 o clock with Mr. Thompson. To kill him." He said in a monotonous voice. His arms crossed with a sleeved hand at his thigh, where the sweater stopped. With a swift movement, the green sweater floated in the air. The young man's eyes were a blank Violet that matched his mysterious ivory hair. His white T-shirt ruffled as the long black sleeve of his undershirt went to his wrist and flew back.

As the receptionist went to shout and grab the phone, her head was decapitated from her shoulders. The woman's body leaning in the chair where the splatter dripped down the wall, and on her desk, next to a disconnected phone, was the sweater, neatly folded. The young man stood beside her. The whole movement seemed instantaneous while he held chewed. A candy rested in his lips while he walked forward.

The door to the office was opened while the ivory ponytail the boy had bounced. The business man looked up from the meeting he was in the midst of, with the many others and saw the young man standing, his arm full of mint candies from the desk. "Yo, Francis." He said, with an almost equal amount of candies in his mouth. "What is the meaning of this? Why did Angelica let this kid through when I am obvi-" The man infront of the graph began. Kiyomaru's new form, called Tetsuo, cut the man off by raising a finger and giving a bit of a pained expression. The young man leaned over and put his hand on his the knee of his shorts while crunching was heard.

He then looked up with slightly teary eyes while he tried to swallow what was in his mouth at the time. And after a majority went down, his mouth let out a sigh of relief. He then looked up as he said, "She's dead....Sorry, Candy was making me Drool." He wiped his mouth on his sleeve and winced lightly. "And I'm gonna kill everyone in this room. So don't worry. " He then watched as the majority gave a laugh while the others looked confused. Tetsuo sighed while putting his hand on his infront of him and looking at a leather book. "I'll start with Paul Rogan, just to start." He said while looking up to see the person in the back most corner check his person. It seemed that he had taken the man's wallet. And also finished the candy he was cradling.

Tetsuo seemed to move in a blur as he rushed behind Paul and let his hand chop him on the back of his neck. The chop seemed to snap something, as the young man's head bent unnaturally and his body began to convulse. The young man's face was blank as he looked at all the others who would scream and jolt towards the door. A blade slid out of the young man's sleeve, a Tanto . He muttered to himself as he held out his hand. A Filter of Black and white expanded over the area quickly as he frowned and said, "5 Seconds." He called while he walked forward. All things around him had stopped as he swiftly monuvoured through the crowd of people, slashing and stabbing in fast paced manner. As the forth second past he slid into the front of the crowd that ran with only two people unscathed, him and Francis Thompson. He sighed lightly as he stared at him while he said out loud. "5...." The blood spurted and the man people gagged, fell, and killed over as the young man took his casual stance looking at the traumatized man ahead.

"Wh-what did I do...What will it take fo-" He stepped forward as people died around and the young man lunged forward, stopping an inch away from the man as he replied, "I don't ask questions. I just do my job."

The young man trotted out of the revolving doors with with his sleeves over his hands and looking at the guards, smiling. "Thank you guys~" He said as he ran off. The top of the window painted red.
