Monsters were such a better idea than trees. Though he was pretty sure he'd seen some trees that -looked- like monsters. Stupid trees.
Anway.
He'd found a couple other players to join him and they headed off in search of some fresh planty creatures to kill, hopefuly kill ... yea they'd kill it. "Alright guys, batter up." He grinned. "Wait, girls? Or still guys?" He looked over at the player he wasn't familiar with yet.
Hopefully they could talk and fight at the same time. Shuffling around his cards after yanking them out from under his hat he set up his first attack, which didn't do too bad. He landed a pretty good hit on the plant and there was a little left over to hopefully help Natt not take too much of a beating. The little furry lupia at his feet also did wonders for helping him not take a beating too.

Natt only gave the speaker a blank stare, not quite sure what she was being asked.
"THIS IS MY FIRST BATTLE." She said, rather loudly. "VERY EXCITING!" She cried, concentrating hard enough to bring up her first round of three cards - none of which were entirely helpful off the bat.
"Yes, let us go fight like true nakama, Casear!" GreenRanger proclaimed as he pumped a fist up in excitement. Ready to go out with his bro and guildmate. He lunged forward, pulling out his clunky sword and got the cards into motion.
He was perhaps a little too full of vigor as well, it was actually a little low on the attacking and the other cards had done absolutely nothing. He still tried to play it off like he was totally cool about it and touched on something else. "I like your spirit, Natt!" Yeah, lets admire the cute little.. girl? With a thumbs up!

"WHAT'S NAKAMA?" Natt yelled, and after a small pause, added: "WHO IS CASEAR?" Not that it mattered, since the excitement in the air was enough to make her hop on the spot, eager to do good, and be helpful, and typically everything she wasn't at the moment. "AWW YAY THANKS YOU!" Natt cried in delight at the compliment, giving GreenRanger a thumbs up in return, before flailing her hat around...which spilled out a tack that landed in front of the boss's foot.
A small bandage tumbled out as well - actually it was exactly half of a bandaid - and after she put her hat back on her head, she hopped to grab her sword, and swung to protect the GreenRanger.

GreenRanger gave their new little friend a nice hearty thank you smile from her excellent display of defensive skills. He took that moment to step quickly to one side and draw the blade outward across to hit the beast. Much better this time. And always gave him a chance to position himself to defend DrgnZ0rd.
And now answer questions, "comrades, Natt! Nakama are your friends that you hold deep in your kokoro!" Yup, he was just going to confuse her some more. He wasn't exactly sure how to explain the Caesar name, poor thing, did she not know about Power Rangers? Taking the time to educate the small girl would probably take a little more time then they had, now was not the time. Woe.

"OH." Friends, cool! That was a fun word. Nakama. Sadly though, the explanation also added one more question: "WHAT'S KOKORO?" If it were possible to make herself look any more like a space cadet, she would have tried. As it were she knew she was in over her head, but at least these two seemed friendly enough to help her out.
"POWER RANGERS?" Seriously, these two might as well have been speaking an entirely separate language. Though tilted her head to look at the username of the Gryphon. Green Ranger...Power Rangers...? Which meant... "ARE YOU A POWER RANGER? IS IT HARD TO BE A POWER RANGER? CAN I BE A POWER RANGER?!" Did they have to be colour themed?! She wanted to be polka dot ranger! THAT WOULD BE SO COOL.
As she flailed with excitement, she may have hit the boss and managed to deflect some of the monster's attacks on her comrade.

"Well, she's askin,' might as well try," He added with his own laugh as the two of them up up the defensive line. Green spin on his heels, letting his coat trail in the air in a flurry of flair while he brought the blade of his sword down. This might have been a move he saw on Gokaiger. Probably.
"They're a team of amazin' warriors who defend against bad guys," simple terms, trying not to throw anything too confusing out there for her. "I'm totally the green one," he told her, grinning (and posing. of course). "Dudette, think you got what it takes to be one too." What color.. what color....

While he was talking he shook his hat to see what would fall out. After a few good shakes out fell his March Hare pet who scampered over and took a small chunk out of the flower. The next thing to fall out was a already inflated, rather large, life raft. "When in Rome..." He slid the raft between the three of them and the tree. It could at least waste it's next strike on that.

Natt was flat out sparkling by this point. GreenRanger, the...Green...Power Ranger, had admitted that she had what it took to be one too. Animated little stars floated around her head and even went as far as turning her blue eyes momentarily gold. She was so happy.
"WHAT COLOUR AM I? IS POLKA DOT AN OPTION? HOW ABOUT BLUE?!" The ghoul wasn't even paying attention to the monster anymore. All she was doing was flailing in excitement, too eager to be a part of something to realize that she was destroying the monster.

He did have to take a moment to stare at the awesome display of the defeat of the monster. Not bad, he thought, not bad.
But quickly he was back to the admiration from the small girl, and GreenRanger couldn't help but feel a swell of, maybe, pride. It was just really awesome seeing her reaction, like something he'd only wish a small child back home could give display when being told about the amazing that was Power Rangers.
"Aa, dude, there have been plenty of energetic pinks and yellows though she does fit a lot of the reds, ya. Like Jan, GekiRed." He rubbed at his chin as she seemed to just sparkle with delight and nodded slowly when she made her own requests. "Been lots of girl blues too. Aaa, like Nanami ~ HurricanBlue! Oh, you're a lot like the second AkibaBlue ~" Luna was kind of loud... and clueless about Power Rangers. It so worked. Even he got a sparkle in his eye.... genius!
"You can totally be Blue," he told her oh so matter-of-factly.
