Ace was wandering quietly through the Tulgey Woods, lost in thought and dreams, when a tree gestured wildly towards her and almost hit her in the face.
"Excuse you," Ace huffed. She wasn't exactly paying attention to what the tree said after, only that it was making a mean face at her which practically screamed HIT ME, HIT ME. The sudden beeping of her pocket interface and a sign which grew out of the tree's branches to display
HP: 10/10 informed her that yes, she was finally going to be able to put her dagger to good use.
"I said," Ace repeated, winding back with her left arm, "EXCUSE YOU!"
(Note to self: not the best attack name. She was going to have to come up for a better thing to call out when slicing with her dagger.)
To her surprise, one of the surrounding wildlife seemed to answer her call, going up to the tree and kicking at it with its tiny bunny feet. The tree grumbled and hit her back for
2 damage, ignoring the march hare completely.
